Beautiful property, and was very easy to find everything. The bathrooms were very clean, and the breakfast was very good too! Will definitely stay again, and tell my friends to do so as well if they're in the area!

I attended the annual FIRE conference at the Metal Museum. My husband and I booked Daniel’s place at the last minute for a week while we were in town. It was affordable and conveniently located. We could get to anywhere we needed to go in 15 minutes or less. It was nice to have a private space to go back to. The apartment had a kitchen and we were able to prepare meals instead of going out for everything. We will definitely consider renting this apartment again next year if it is available.

Absolutely loved my stay at Catherine's apartment. The location could not have been more perfect, very much love the Germantown area. Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops and a short ride or nice walk to Broadway and all the action. The apartment was beautiful and very peaceful - loved the private deck. Catherine is an excellent and very responsive host and I will definitely look to stay here again. Highly recommend as someone who comes to Nashville quite often.

The place was perfect. Close to downtown restaurants and shops as well as walking trails yet in a quiet lovely neighborhood. The apartment was clean and charming. The water and snacks were a nice bonus!

My husband and I came up to Chattanooga to spend time with my daughter and son-in-law as well as to see a comedians show. The Airbnb was in lovely surroundings and very peaceful. It felt like we were out in the peaceful woods even though we were minutes away from downtown, the arena where Nate Bargatze performed and multiple restaurants. It is one bedroom and not incredibly spacious but has beautiful outdoor space and is perfect for a private retreat or a quiet getaway. Bonnie was friendly and easily accessible.

We had a great time at Big Blue. It was a very comfortable place and was conveniently located in East Nashville which was a quick drive over to the downtown festivities, plus some great restaurants and bars in East Nashville.

This house is convenient and we felt safe with our surroundings. The special extra touches were nice and the house has plenty of character.

It was absolutely the most peaceful place. Not only was the house and fenced back yard extremely peaceful, but the surrounding neighborhood was surprisingly quiet as well. The house is a quick 10 minutes from downtown so a great location. The interior was spotless with all the amenities you could possibly want. Really enjoyed and appreciated a great stay at this home.

This was easily one of the top Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Elisabeth was so friendly and the location was perfect. Everything was wonderful. Would 10 out of 10 recommend.

Fantastic stay all around! Elijah was extremely communicative, the house was clean and perfect for accommodating our large group, and the location was more than ideal. Highly recommend if you’re bringing a big group to Nashville!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gabe's property. The home comfortably accomodated me, my husband, mother and adult son for a long weekend stay. All the rooms, linens, and furniture is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with flatware, dishes, and pots and pans, although we didn't cook. If you prefer drip coffee over K-cups, I recommend bringing coffee filters, as there were none in stock. The decor is remarkable, and we enjoyed perusing the antique artifacts, paintings and prints, books and imagining what the house might have been like back in the early 1900's when it was built. The home is conveniently located in Midtown and sits on a very quiet street where we felt very safe. We woud stay here again if we visit Memphis in the future.

Great stay at a great location!

My fiancée and I had an amazing time staying here while we visited Nashville! The room was very clean and spacious! Plenty of things to do nearby! A lot of places to eat within walking distance! Would highly recommend for anyone else! We felt right at home!

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely LOVE this location. Right on the Greenway, and we actually ventured off a little bit and ended up walking around the adorable Germantown streets. The scooters outside the complex to rent are so fun to take down to Broadway- maybe a 10-15 ride. Love being close enough to easily get down there, but far enough way to enjoy the quiet on the river.

I enjoyed my stay at Sunny’s. I would definitely recommend it. It is centralized to many attractions and plenty of fantastic restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and anything I needed was at my fingertips.

Rebecca’s place was everything we needed for our Nashville stay. Germantown is lovely and walkable, downtown and the Gulch were an easy uber or longer walk. He place was very clean and the view was beautiful!

Great centrally located Condo! Very short drive to the island and lots of restaurants! Lots of space in the Condo. Loved drinking my coffee on the balcony and the kids loved the pool! I definitely recommend this place!

Kimberly's place was conveniently located, even though it was about a 20 minute walk to Broadway. She was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated us checking out late...that was a life saver really!!! Thank you so very much for letting us stay at your home!

Daushinay was very responsive and kind to our requests. Apartment was very clean, has a nice balcony view of the mountains, and very close to most of the attractions in Smoky Mountain area. This resort has a decent restaurant and marketplace (with Starbucks). Location was definitely the best part as Gatlinburg can get pretty crowded during the holidays, and since this resort is bit away from the main commercial area, it was easy to escape traffic. Overall, definitely recommend staying here!
