Vacation rentals with a pool in Tennessee

We had 7 adults and 2 kids on our 5 day stay. There was plenty of room for all of us and a lot to do. Diane was very kind and responded quickly.

Very functional and clean. Wouldn't hesitate to return. You'll be comfortable. It's a touch thin on spices left over from prior renters (for good or ill?). Do note that the washer and dryer are upstairs by the bedrooms in the hall.

We had a blast staying at Liz’s place during our girls trip. The accommodation was exactly as pictured and a great location. She was gracious enough to allow us an early check in and late check out which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay again!

Phenomenal house. Pool and hot tub were great. Ample towels and disposables (soap, tp, etc.). Definitely an older home but you can tell it has been well loved over the years. Only two complaints were one of the pool sticks had a missing top and the bottom trundle bed was not very sturdy. Overall though, phenomenal stay and will be back if available again in the future.

Shell Mountain Splash was the perfect place to stay in TN. There are steeper roads getting up to the house, which made it into an adventure, but very drivable still. The house is in a gated community and in a quiet more secluded area which we liked. We rarely saw other cars. Our favorite part was the Mountain View’s off the porches, the pictures don’t do it justice. We basically lived on the porch for the week. It’s situated with woods in the back, very peaceful. There was plenty of space in each common area for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, there was plenty of silverware and dishes to go around. The pool was perfect, it seemed bigger than other places we looked at in the area. The temp in the pool room and water in the hot tub was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Matt checked in on us throughout our stay and was very responsive although we didn’t need anything. We will be returning in the future!

This was the perfect place for our group of family and friends celebrating my daughter’s bachelorette party! Close to Broadway, but I wouldn’t say within walking distance. A short ride using an Uber or Fetii.

OMG! This home was amazing!! This home was exactly like the pictures. The outside lawn and amenities were exactly like the picture. All of my questions were answered in an accurate time manner. This location was amazing; restaurants were in a great location, grocery stores were supper close, and Downtown activities were no more than 15mins away. We had 11 out of 15 girls to stay In the home. We overly enjoyed this Weekend with this home. Even our guests enjoyed the Fire, Pit, Jacuzzi, and outside Pool/Golf Course! Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

This place was a perfect place to stay for our Smokey Mountain trip. It was a great location because it was an easy drive to the national park and Gatlinburg. The place was nice because we were able to hike in the morning and relax the rest of the day in the comfortable space. I would come back!

The condo is well placed for the touristy spots and bar scene! The building is nice, has an excellent gym and the view of the sunset from the living room was beautiful. We even took a quick cold plunge in the pool. 😊 weather dependent, there’s lots of outside amenities! We didn’t cook so I didn’t check out their cooking stuff. We did use the large fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. And they did have enough towels, paper towels and toilet paper, cleaning stuff, etc. As for sleeping, the main bed is a full and not a queen. Not a deal breaker by any means, but thought you might want a heads up. They do have an ample amount of extra single sleepers (a cot, a reclining sofa and a fold out chair.) The host team was excellent with communication from booking through the whole trip. We are grateful it was a good landing spot for our short trip to Nashville.

Ronald’s place was wonderful! It was at the quiet end of the complex, with a nice balcony view of the river. The pool was right there and looked awesome! The grill is also on the same end. Ronald had everything we needed and the place was very clean and comfortable! The place is walkable, but has a long drive to get to the road. Once construction is complete across the street, you should be able to hop right on the Greenway trail. (This us an easy way to get to downtown.) It is very close to the baseball stadium and right within Germantown. We loved it here and will be back when we return to Nashville!

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)

This is a great place! Simultaneously isolated and close to everything. It feels like a cabin , but you are in the middle of Pigeon Forge within 3 min. Close to Gatlinburg as well. It's an older place, but very clean with great amenities and multiple balconies. Kitchen had everything, unlike some other places we stayed. Very nice gas grill outside, we use it daily. We enjoyed watching birds and hummingbird, as Brian and Teresa provided food for the bird feeders. I worked remotely during my stay, and wi-fi worked great. Free Dollywood fireworks nightly, although slightly obstructed. Sometimes there are some noise from Dollywood rollercoaster, but it's not a problem if you are running around during a day.

We had such a good time at this house! The kitchen was perfectly stocked to be able to do any or all meals at the house, the bedrooms were great sizes, the couch was wildly comfortable and the backyard was beautiful! Great location, we felt safe walking to a nearby playground and there were plenty of restaurants/breweries in a quick 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!

Ida and David have an exceptional home, truly couldn’t recommend it more. From start to finish, their co-host Sophia was a joy to work with. She was responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It was also such a treat to meet David in person and hear about the history of the home, especially all the beautiful music that’s been played within its walls over the years. The space itself is even more spacious and inviting than the photos suggest. Can't recommend this home enough!
