Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Tennessee

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the kitchen, the fenced in back yard for our dog (so clutch), the behind the fence parking (which allowed me load and unload the car without worrying that my dog was going to escape), and the hot tub. The kitchen had a couple of pots and pans which allowed us to do some basic cooking and the dishwasher and washing machine / dryer were a nice touch. I had read some reviews of people worried about the neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues. It felt like a diverse middle-class / working-class neighborhood. And it was maybe 5-10 minutes into downtown. We door dashed some Thai food one night, went downtown to the winter farmer's market, and Ubered to Balter Beerworks. All very quick and easy to get to.

My husband and I took my daughter and 2 grandkids for a short vacation at Gary and Maxine's house in Tracey City. The house was exactly as he described it. Very clean and comfortable. We had a great time!

He was extremely helpful getting us safely out of the snow storm and allowing us to check in early even though he had to rush to get everything clean. He even let us show up before he left. We were grateful to get off the icy roads!

My partner and I enjoyed our stay and had plenty of trails to hike with beautiful scenery. We hiked the 6 Mile Creek and experienced some great spots to take in the scenery. The tiny home was clean and very welcoming. I felt right at home and really enjoyed the fire and hot tub. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who is looking for a peaceful getaway. The Tellicafe has great food along with the Lazy Beagle Grill and Pub. Both great places to eat and hangout. The Lost Sea Adventure was really neat to see. The boat ride through the underground lake was one of my favorite memories. Will definitely have to come back soon and check out some more hiking trails and maybe some horseback riding.

The property was amazing! This property was so cozy, from the cute and comfortable TV room to Master Bedroom with a makeup and dressing area built into the large walking closet! We have stayed in quite a few Airbnb's, the hosts of this property have thought of everything you may need; from coffee & creamer to popcorn & smores. Andy was super responsive and very nice to speak to! I would definitely rather this property 5 stars and plan to stay there again when visiting Nashville!!!

I spearheaded a gathering of 7 women this past weekend and we could not have been happier with our stay. The house was beautiful inside and out - incredibly well-appointed - and had every amenity imaginable. Candy and Rick thought through everything! The house was spacious, clean, and the hosts went out of their way to make it extra special for my birthday with several unexpected lovely touches. We loved the hot tub and backyard - and only wish it was warmer so we could have spent more time enjoying it. The location was stellar, too. Anytime we had questions, Candy and Rick wrote back almost immediately. They were so responsive and helpful. Also worth noting: we were there when the temperatures dropped below 10 degrees, they could not have been more respectful when asking if they could stop by to drip faucets to ensure the pipes wouldn't burst. We felt so well taken care of - and definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Nashville.

Place is pet friendly. Which is great! Yard was small and a steep pitch to it. The bed had a dip to it. Place was nice and cozy. Very close to the main strip. Danny was great responding to any questions. Definitely would recommend.

Our family was in Chatanooga for my daughter's wedding. The house had ample room for everyone to move around as well as host several family and guests who stopped by to visit leading up the wedding. Everyone mentioned how nice the first floor was with its openness. The upstairs belonged to my older children who enjoyed the loft area for hanging out away from the adults. The house had all the amenities needed for a week's stay. I enjoyed the quick access to Publix and Walgreen which was just down the street. If our family returns to Chattanooga in the future I will definitely stay at this location again. Thank you for a very memorable experience.

My family enjoyed the weekend so much. The house has a lovely floorplan, a hot tub, pool and fire pit available for guest use. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

Beautiful home, and wonderful views. What an amazing getaway to a small town with a breathtaking lake. Extremely clean and comfortable beds. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed somewhere so clean. The only complaint I have is for a $150 cleaning fee, host asks guests to take out trash and start dishwasher (reasonable), but also wash the bedding and towels. I felt that was a little steep of a price for us to start the laundry. Otherwise, it was absolutely a wonderful stay. I definitely would love to come back.

The house was beautiful! It had so many amenities…something for everyone. The layout was spacious and provided everyone with their own privacy too. The kitchen had all appliances and dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans you would need. There were two washers and dryers! The game room was amazing. The dining table was large and allowed everyone to gather. The decks were lovely…the hot tub was great!! There were plenty of towels and washcloths…soaps, shampoo/conditioner, and lotions provided throughout. The hosts were friendly and so responsive. I highly recommended them as hosts and this house as a destination. We will definitely go back for a longer stay. This experience was fantastic!!!

We absolutely loved this house. Very nice, very spacious, very updated. It was very cute interior and the backyard was great. We feel we got our moneys worth. The only issue we had was the process of trying to be approved. We waited longer than usual to get approved and we had to go through a whole process and answer questions to be approved. After approval we had to fill out a rule agreement that was pretty lengthy. Not to complain but it was just very inconvenient and a lengthy process to go thorough for us to just stay one night. Host were very nice and easy to communicate with and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and very clean home. It was a peaceful and quiet stay but close enough to the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would highly recommend!

Great and relaxing stay at Fancy Pants! Enjoyed some chilly weather in the hot tub and by the fire. Shuffleboard and the arcade classics console were a big hit. Would definitely stay again!

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.

Cabin was as pictured with easy access and great location, only about 15min to downtown activities. Hot tub and jacuzzi are great, would stay again.

Great host, loved the cabin. It was a wonderful experience overall. I will mention that it was a little dusty, and there were spider webs in a few places, but everything else was very clean. If you're traveling 8 hours or more, I’d recommend leaving early to arrive during the day, as the cabin is in the mountains and can be hard to find at night. Also, you can't make s’mores if that's apart of your cabin experience. But overall, I would rate it a 10/10.

Definitely recommend this renter. The cabin was exactly as described. Clean up duties were within reason. The view is amazing. We felt right at home. She does stock the unit with the basics of home. I will check out her other listing in the future. This was our first Airbnb and we were a bit reluctant. No need to stress. Her listing was exactly as described.

I could not have picked a more perfect location for my sisters trip! It was perfect distance between both Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg, had beautiful surroundings, and the hot tub was wonderful. Will definitely be booking through Larry again!
