Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Tennessee

We had a great stay! Place was comfortable, open and clean. Very private feeling, quiet and easily accessible. We stayed while attending a show at the caverns. Perfect distance. Will definitely stay again.

We had a last minute need for accommodations and, thankfully, Gary and Maxine’s place was available. We didn’t get to stay long in the area but we definitely plan to come back and we’ll be seeking their place as a definite return destination! Very hospitable and helpful hosts! Worth the trip!

We had a great experience! We were in a pinch needing somewhere to stay last minute and the hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were great to work with and provided consistent communication and clear instructions. The home is awesome for those with pets and has enough space to feel like home! Close to the airport, there is a beautiful park 2 minutes away, and easy access to the interstate to get anywhere you could want! We would absolutely stay here again!

This is the perfect secluded, private getaway. Rich and Kelly are the great hosts. Proactive with communication providing all the details you need to find the place, check-in, and everything to do in the area. This is nestled at the edge of national forest lands and is 100% private. They have hiking on the property and plenty in the national forest as well. It is very unique and has all that you need for a great retreat.

Had a great stay here! There were only four of us but would have been plenty of room for more. Hot tub was great, home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was fairly easy to drive to some locations and easy to Uber to others. Really enjoyed the home!

We booked this Airbnb last minute and it was perfect, close to all the attractions and restaurants. Plus it was easy to get to, the area is overall quiet and offers great views: They allow pets which we were grateful to be able to bring our dogs with us! We would stay here again!

My second time staying in Theresia’s place, never a disappointment! Pictures in listing are spot on, and everything was very clean. Has every necessity you could possibly need or want. The Fire pit area and Hot tub are an added bonus after spending the day hiking all the Waterfall trails that are conveniently located from 10min to 45min away. There are a couple neighbors nearby, but I never heard a peep from anyone. A major highway is close, but the few times I even heard the traffic it wasn’t loud enough to be a bother. This AirNB is one of my favorites, and I’ll definitely stay here again when available.

What a relaxing and peaceful spot…serenity is the perfect name!! Hot tub and sauna were perfect and the space was attentive to all the details a guest could want!! Highly recommend…they should be a super host soon!!

We had an awesome time at Resting Eagle. The home is beautiful and very clean. Amazing views, great floor plan for families!! The beds are incredibly comfortable. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area!! Jason is a great host!

This was our 2nd time staying at this house. We did have a few things come up during our stay but Christian was great. He was very responsive, friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was great. I would stay here again.

My wife and I were looking for a short getaway for our 12 year anniversary. We were looking at another smaller property they had but it ended up getting booked before we made our decision. The host helped me with other options that were available and was very helpful in answering my questions making sure we would have a spot to park our boat. The house was immaculate and had a beautiful view, "dream home" if you will. Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely be returning when we have more time and can bring the fam bc this house has plenty of room. There is plenty of room in the driveway to turn around and park a boat, there's a private ramp at the end of the road but we ended up going to a public one, about 5 minute drive, for more parking options. The only recommendation I have is maybe adding some small rope or string lights for the hot tub area. Great trip & house, look forward to returning!

This house is perfect for a large family. There was plenty of space to spread out! There were at least 2 portable cribs to use. Air mattresses if you needed them. TVs and plenty of lounging areas! Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked! It was a huge hit for our family gathering of 3 siblings and their families and grandparent’s!

Four Sisters on a Tennessee vacation! We cut off 75 north onto Hwy 441 and it brought us right to Applewood Tavern adjacent to our Villa complex!! Beautiful drive! The villa is in a perfect location! 5 minutes to everything, Walmart, restaurants and much more! Dollywood 12 minutes! The villa is furnished so pretty! You will love the decor! The kitchen is complete! Very clean and supplied with extra towels and linens! Patio and front porch so accommodating!! Ceiling fans in bedrooms were a plus!! Perfect location!!

This place was amazing! It was very homey. The people were absolutely amazing. They were so sweet, very responsive, very cooperative and very understanding. Any time I had a question they answered it exactly! It was very clean and tidy. When you walk on to the back porch you’re looking at the lake. The hot tub is very nice and pretty big. We were staying for my boyfriend’s birthday and they gave him a gift bag with a quite a bit of stuff in it. There is plenty linens and dishes. I will definitely be booking here in the future and can’t thank the people enough for everything they did!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect: private and secluded but close to town and a short drive into Smoky Mountain National Park. Place was clean and had a beautiful view. Highly recommend.

The cabin was very nice, meticulously clean and had all the comforts of home. The listing said there was coffee maker (there was) but there was also a keurig. The roads in sky harbor are curvy and narrow, but we had previously stayed in the area and were familiar with the neighborhood. Our GPS provided navigation without any difficulty in finding the exact location! Although the listing states it sleeps 4, I would not recommend for 4 adults. It’s absolutely PERFECT for 2!! One of the greatest things about Sky Harbor is the location!! It’s right between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, making it easy to explore both areas!! Megan could not have been more accommodating, responsive and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend her as a host!! We love the Smokies and would definitely suggest Megan’s place as the perfect getaway for anyone!!

The place was very nice. But far as privacy you had none. All the cabins could see you when you was in the hot tub or on the porch. Has other guest from other cabins waving to you. Although it was very nice and we seen up close many bears, they did not bother us and made for excellent pictures, all in all it was a very lovely place and we highly recommend it, great place to vacation.

Wonderful place…so peaceful, beautiful backyard hot tub fire pit and very pleasant cozy interior. Stocked with coffee pods, soap, cooking oil and spices. Clean and lovely. Will def stay again!

Great location. Easy access. Private but near all the fun things to do! This cabin was perfect for my husband and I. Abel and his brother were very responsive and made our stay seamless.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The location was perfect—only about 17 minutes from the strip, with a stunning and peaceful drive to and from. The cabin itself was exactly as advertised (if not better!), with amazing views and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spotless and beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and luxurious at the same time. The hosts were phenomenal—super responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend
