Just as advertised. Lois is an excellent host. Good location north of Nashville.

At every level, Debbie is a super host. This comfortable apartment is fully stocked for guest's comfort. Debbie provides delicious snacks and breakfast options. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and welcoming. We originally chose this hide-a-way because it is minutes from our family's home. However, the location is a quick drive to shopping, visitor attractions (Debbie stocks brochures), and the airport. Highly recommended.

This place is such a gem of East Nashville. Perfect place to gather and enjoy the trendy part of Nashville.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience at Chuck and Diane’s place. It was a home away from home….from the National Park recommendations to the great breakfasts they prepared to the stories shared about their Gatlinburg home and surrounding area. Their desire to be great hosts is evident from your first encounter with them. The bedroom and bathroom are private and cozy while the shared areas in the home are welcoming and homey. We walked to and from the strip in Gatlinburg a time or two but there are free trolleys available if you don’t want to hoof it. Chuck and Diane say that they love what they do because they make new friends along the way. I’m convinced that is true. My wife and I will easily feel like friends coming home the next time we stay with Chuck and Diane.

I enjoyed the scenery around the property. If you're searching for a peaceful and quiet stay, then this is your location. Thank you Reina for the hospitality in opening up a part of your space for others to enjoy. Many blessings!

We had such a nice time there for the weekend, wish we could stayed a week! They were super friendly + helpful, as well as very responsive! Will definitely stay here again! Breakfast was nice too, many options! Just overall loved our stay here, peaceful, serene, awesome views, pretty quiet to be 20 mins from downtown Nashville! Highly recommended!!

Beautiful bathroom off a comfortable, quaintly decorated sitting room that separated the two charming bedrooms on the private second floor. Tons of games, books, and amusing knick-knacks. Although we were only there for two nights, this was the perfect place for us to rest and prepare for my granddaughter 's skating competition. Marie made us feel right at home without being intrusive and was totally responsive to our questions and needs. My daughter is already talking up this Airbnb for other local families who are journeying to Nashville.

This was the cutest little private room with such a good location and view! The bed was really comfortable, parking was close the entrance, and the communal kitchen was pretty well equipped for some basic cooking. (We made a chicken sausage and orzo one pan meal while there and had everything we needed) There was a really sweet horse on the property that we got to pet, which was a nice surprise for someone who LOVES animals! Also, the Airbnb is right across the street from a general store, ice cream shop, coffee shop, and tiny bar that had live music until 7. It would have been really fun to walk over and have a drink and some ice cream, but unfortunately we lost track of time and didn't make it back before they closed! The hosts were great, offering us recommendations and tips for the area. They offered to meet with us if needed, since they live on the property, and quickly responded if we had any questions. I highly recommend staying here if you plan to hike at the national park!

We had an amazing stay. The house brings you back in time. It was incredibly clean and the property is beautiful. The host, Linda, was available at all times to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing we had to complain about, which is not Linda’s fault in any way, was the fact that the neighbor has multiple dogs that bark so much. It took away from the enjoyment of the backyard. Regardless, we were able to enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful Nashville stay.

A wonderful place with charm and character. Marian and her husband are top notch. They make us feel like we are at home each time we have stayed with them.

The Belmont Inn is full of charm and history. We loved our experience so much! Best part was the continental breakfast with original crystal and plates. So creative and thoughtful. Linda was sweet enough to blow the fall leaves from our car upon departure. Would stay again. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable accommodations, and Jackie and Julie are great hosts! They made us feel at home, and were very helpful with recommendations for local eating places (even providing plates and utensils for eating takeout pizza!). We'd definitely return there if we find ourselves in the Clifton area again.

Very pleasant stay at Juliet's beautiful home, as discreet as available if necessary. The room is spacious, well furnished, and overlooks a beautiful garden. The private bathroom is very pretty and impeccably clean. A document on things to do/see in Memphis awaits us. Perfect 3-night stay in a green environment, very quiet and relaxing. We would highly recommend!!

Hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Bill was a 10 out of 10 as a host, who had us feeling like we left with a friend. The wine and people were just as amazing so you won’t be disappointed spending the day enjoying wine and conversations. Also, a big thanks to Josh and Bryan for the hospitality and strawberries!! P.S. Don’t forget to leave with some great soaps, jams, candles, or honey.

Tommy is a great host. It’s not that often you find someone as nice and hospitable as him. Also let me say he makes a mighty good breakfast!

10/10 Perfect stay for a large group with kids and infants. Everything is easy to find, comfortable, private, peaceful. If I'm ever back in town, I will always like to stay here! The host seem like great friendly people, we only stayed for 1 night but they added so much attention to detail from the snacks, chocolates and personalized greeting on a note right when you walk upstairs.

We have become very drawn to places like Roxana’s through Airbnb because of their homey feel. All too often hosts have the cheapest furniture and bedding, while places like this have linens and bed/pillow quality like our own home. The guest suite is cozy with a great bathtub and all you need for a great nights rest. Roxana was gracious with our last minute late afternoon booking!

The stay was great. The amenities were awesome the whole family enjoyed it all. Will visit again!

We had an AMAZING time staying in Amanda's Sunflower room. We were a last minute check-in (night of) but Luis was super responsive and helpful in making sure we were comfortable! Amanda's personally decorated house and property are beautiful and right on the river (with swimming holes)! We were sad we could only spend one night but were extremely happy with all the amenities included at such a low price! We made use of the hot tub and camper area kitchens and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast prepared in-house the next morning! We loved our stay and will definitely be returning in the summer! This is a rare, rare find and highly recommend!

Wonderful host family! They were friendly, kind, generous & helpful. They respected my privacy. Under amenities is says: “Paid washer & dryer” but this was not available upon request. It’s described as a “Room in a bed & breakfast” but no breakfast was included or offered. Listed in the house rules, after you place reservations, it says “breakfast offered for $15” but nothing was offered. I did not feel comfortable using any of the other rooms (kitchen, living rooms) as the doors were closed & the host family was home, but that has to do with my own comfort level. Also, it said “no cooking allowed” under house rules (after you reserve the room) but in the listing description it says that a kitchen is available for cooking. There is a sweet cat & quiet dog on the premises. The home is immaculate & perfectly decorated. I cannot say enough nice things about the host family! I would definitely recommend them & stay again myself if I’m ever back in the area. Worth the stay!!!

Hosted daughter 13th birthday party. Kids had their own A frame and we had ours across the way.

Audrey and Eddie were outstanding hosts. They were most accommodating to our late arrivals both on Friday night and Saturday night. They have a beautiful home and their place was immaculate. Audrey prepared an amazing breakfast and we got to know them more on a personal level eating breakfast with them. I would highly recommend Staying with them. They are both very down to earth people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend. We will definitely look to stay with them again when in the Knoxville area in the future.

We loved our stay at the farm. It was a perfect restful getaway that was tucked away in its own private corner but not too far from town! I've already recommended it to other people.
