There is a stair from the entrance to the upstairs apartment. But, it's part of the experience. Everything is new including the washer and dryer. The windows are operable. Other than very cold or hot weather, enjoy great cross breezes by opening the windows. It's amazingly quiet and yet so close to all that gives East Nashville its vibe. It's a private apartment. You are completely free to use everything inside it. The door has a smart lock. Prior to your visit, you'll receive instructions. There's no need for a key. We are available as needed by phone, text or email. While we live in the house on the same property, guests have total privacy by design. Oasis is a cozy getaway in the heart of the unique neighborhood of East Nashville. The loft is walking distance to quirky retailers, local restaurants, coffee shops, and music venues. Hop on a bicycle to reach Shelby Park, Greenway, and the city. Much of what East Nashville offers is within walking or biking distance. Downtown is a short drive on local streets. If you don't bring a car, Uber is a great alternative. This Loft is accessed off an Alley.

The allée des fraises loft is a studio loft inspired by my stay in Paris and London, located on the second floor of an historic 1890’s building. The charming brick walls and rustic aesthetics add character to this bright space. Perfect for a couple’s getaway or a solo traveler in town for work. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, local cafes, boutiques, breweries and more. Near Austin Peay State University, Fort Campbell and less than hour from Nashville. A parking pass is provided.

This jaw dropping, 2nd floor walk-up apartment is located above a bicycle shop on the Columbia Town Square in a historic brick building that dates back to 1857. Only 45 min. south of Nashville, the loft features high ceilings, exposed brick, unique architecture and plenty of historic charm and is definitely worth the drive. Extremely private area detached from the main house on the property, and ample area to park your boat. Literally minutes from the public Shady Grove boat launch and boat and jet ski rentals. 6 minutes from Interstate 40, and about 30 minutes from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge areas, so you can get to your destinations quickly, and then come back to peace and quiet at night.
