Of all the wonderful places to stay in Big East Fork, Terrapin Station is definitely the coolest and coziest. Terrapin is a whole vibe. It’s got an at-home and lively feel to it. Quiet, but not too quiet. “Ain’t no place I’d rather be”

We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at Hachland Hill. It was a great base for our trip to Nashville and a quiet place to regroup and rest after spending the days in the city. The breakfasts were a real treat and my daughter so appreciated the meatless plates the staff provided…just after mentioning in passing she was vegetarian when we checked in the night before. Nice personal touches all around and carefully curated throughout. Joe was super kind and friendly and I enjoyed our few chats. His local recommendations and stories of the history of the place and personal connection to it were so very interesting. We also reminisced about our days at UT…coincidentally we were both alumni and our time there overlapped. Hachland Hill was a wonderful addition to our weekend. Off the beaten path (but easy to get to) and so charming, this is truly a gem. We’d love to return sooner than later!

This was a great stay! Beautiful, nature-filled quiet scenery and easy to get to the city. The most impressive part was the genuine, warm hospitality we enjoyed throughout the stay. The breakfast was amazing! Great find.

Sally was a fantastic host! The room was clean and the exactly like the pictures described. Joe was also very helpful giving us recommendations for places to check out in Nashville and was kind enough to make us breakfast in the mornings.

Great location on the outskirts of Nashville. Easy access to downtown. Property was very nice and lodging was very comfortable. Good breakfasts and great hosts.

This place views are absolutely breathtaking !!! If you are looking for rest and relaxation of the beaten patch this place is perfect, beds are comfy , decorated beautifully, the hot tub feels amazing especially in the evening with the sun going down and a glass of wine !! But beside all that the host are super nice!!! They went above and beyond.. we went for a nature walk , my daughter was complaining and they came picked us up and brought us back in mins!!! I messaged them kinda late because I couldn’t get in one night because i was putting the wrong code ….they made sure we got in safely!! We are from the city so at night me and my daughters were a Little scared but after meeting the host we felt right at home !! I AirBNB a lot and this place and these host WERE THE BEST!! This is my favorite place ive been. ! Thanks for sharing your place ⭐️

Great area, sadly we weren’t there long to discover all the features on the land. The room was very comfortable and the hosts were very hospitable

Beautiful property! We especially loved the wrap-around porch and the sweet friendly dog. Syresa and Lonnie were communicative and check-in was easy. Good location for visiting GSMNP, and much more peaceful than Gatlinburg. Please just be aware that there are cats on the property, if you’re allergic like I am. Otherwise, an awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! We would love to stay there again. It was beautiful and lots of place for the kids to run and play and enjoy after a long ride! This is a great place with family and/or friends!!! Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely beautiful property! The wagon was soo neat! Can’t wait to go back and stay again with my kids next time!

My husband and I stayed for our 1 year wedding anniversary and we absolutely loved it! The river and Mountain Views were beautiful. It was not far from downtown Chattanooga so it was easy to go back and forth all weekend. The only issue we had was some WiFi connectivity problems the first night but they resolved by the second day! We would definitely stay here again!

This is our new family getaway! The room was exactly as pictured & extremely spacious. We travelled on very short notice to TN for our son’s football tournament & found this place at an even better rate than any other hotel. Would have loved to stay another day to enjoy the 135 acres the property sits on but that’s why we’re definitely coming back! The bed was SO COMFY & we loved the jacuzzi tub in our room. Everything was clean & ready for us! The only thing I’d improve is making sure the floors are free of any pet/animal hair as this is a pet friendly facility & our room had some dog hair in the corners of the room by the nightstands. We are 100% coming back & can’t wait to book our stay!

Beautiful location and peaceful, would definitely recommend if in the Chattanooga, TN area and are looking for a quiet place to escape it all.

Had a lovely short stay here in the Williams Island room. The accommodations were comfy and clean. There was a wedding going on the day I arrived so I didn't explore much, but enjoyed walking around with my dog the next morning and drinking a coffee by the river. Would absolutely stay here again.
