Monthly Rentals in Southwold

Wonderful house with great sea views. The location was in close proximity to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and pier. Lovely host, extremely good communication and made sure everything ran smoothly. 100% recommendation.

A lovely couple of nights in Southwold, perfect for our 3 year olds, bedrooms and bathrooms great too, plenty of room in the living area and great kitchen. Will certainly be booking again!

The flat is in a great location, it feels a bit strange entering through a back area behind Tesco and then climbing fire escape steps but once inside it’s a great flat with plenty of space for 2. It was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfy. The outside area was quite dirty but this had been cleaned a couple of days before our arrival and the local seagulls had made sure we couldn’t use it, which was a shame but as we had quite a bit of rain it didn’t really matter. Parking was easy along the beach front and we just left our car there for the weekend. Overall a great spot for exploring Southwold.

Nina’s Cottage is perfect for 4 people staying in Southwold. Very modern inside, clean and fitted out with all mod cons and a sunny secluded garden. It’s only a short walk into the town centre and there’s plenty of free on-street parking, in fact we were able to park right outside Nina’s cottage when we got back from each of the days we drove off into the countryside. Simon is great host, very communicative and helpful. When we visit Southwold again we’ll certainly try and stay in Nina’s Cottage. A great stay, thank you Simon.
