The Cottage is at the end of a pretty tree-lined drive set in the 12 acre grounds of Street Farm. It is a beautiful setting with water meadow and streams, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.

The cottage is just steps from the beach, with its traditional colourful beach huts, and so central to Southwold's fantastic cafés, deli's, restaurants, famous pubs & independent shops. Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.

We were looking for a last minute booking for a peaceful Easter getaway and we couldn’t ask for a better find. Perfect spot to unplug and unwind. Sam & Mike were great hosts and the cottage was idyllic with some lovely interior design details from Sam. Location feels remote (which is what we wanted) but there’s loads going on in the area that kept us busy when we wanted to go out. Watching a herd of deer scamper across a field on an evening walk was a lovely bonus. Just watch your head on the beams!

Delighted with our choice of accommodation in Aldeburgh. Property is in a small courtyard just behind the High Street, so is quiet and peaceful. Property is comfortable and with all facilities we needed. All restaurants and pubs within a few minutes walk, and the beach is also very close. Highly recommended.

This air b&b is absolutely lovely. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and light and airy. We stayed with our young children, and really appreciated having a washing machine and tumble dryer to sort a few odds and ends out while we were away. The property is next door to a pub which has a small play area, which was ideal for an early dinner with the children. There is a Harvester a 5 minute drive away which was also excellent for the children. Lowestoft, Yarmouth and the East Anglia transport museum are all nearby and great for a day out. Kelly was very responsive to messages and the communication was faultless both before and during our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, thank you for a wonderful stay Kelly!

A beautiful house in a lovely tranquil setting. There were a few bumped heads, due to low doorways (and in spite of many warnings!) but I would thoroughly recommend Meadow Cottage as a well-located base for a break in a Suffolk. We appreciated being able to check out a couple of hours late as we had a lunch appointment close by.

Communication with Caroline was concise, straightforward and easy. Small but perfectly formed. Amys cottage has a very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. We enjoyed many lovely walks from the doorstep and enjoyed exploring the area.

We have had a fantastic stay at Ann Page Cottage. Everything is as expected from the listing, though the location is even better than we had hoped. One minute's walk to seafront and beach, half a minute to the main shopping street, and right beside bookshop and cinema. Lovely and quiet nonetheless and no issues with parking. Everything we needed was in the house, and the lovely warm heating on our return each evening from the outdoors was a real comfort. Barry communicated almost straight away every time and was always incredibly helpful. Thank you Barry
