This was the second time we have stayed as a family at Graham's house when visiting Suffolk, and it was just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time. Graham was a great host who was able to accommodate our requested dates and offered a flexible check-in. The house is really well equipped and clean and in a lovely location with a lot of character. The beds are very comfy too, and we really valued the treats on arrival to toast the New Year - thank you so much - would highly recommend staying here!

The house was really great (especially for the price) and suited our needs perfectly! We were 4 adults and were able to cook and use the space exactly as we wanted to. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked. James was a friendly and responsive host! We would definitely book the place again.

We stayed at The Burrow for a big family Christmas get together. The property is unique and full of character and we are all going home with amazing lifelong memories of the time we spent there. Helen's thoughtful personal touches made it feel really special and put us at ease straight away such as age appropriate toys and books left on the children's beds and lovely home made mince pies. The outbuildings were perfect for our older family members and were beautifully kept and well equipped. Thank you Helen so much for letting us share your beautiful home!

Perfect! Can highly recommend. Very high quality accomodation in a peaceful setting. Extremely comfortable. Very well equipped. Excellent condition. Charming helpful hosts. Great communication. Impeccably clean. Very well laid out. Extremely spacious. Great for pets. Great lighting. Gorgeous emerald green couches. Plenty of natural sunlight. This accomodation is in the most scenic of areas with a marina and grassed areas. Extremely lovely. You're going to love it!

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

This place has everything you would want and need for your stay, even provided phone chargers. Spotlessly clean, beautiful towels and bedding, communication was on point. Very helpful and accommodating. The welcome “goodies” were a lovely gesture. Fully stocked with Tea & coffee even provided milk so we could have a cuppa on arrival after a long drive. Recommend 5 stars ✨ ✨✨✨✨

Wonderful house in great location. Dunwich and surrounding area is one of our favourite places and this is a perfect house. Very close to the great Ship pub and the sea. House beautifully laid out and decorated. Great to have the two sitting rooms. Lots of room for eight of us. Kitchen really well equipped and lovely to eat in. Views from top front bedrooms over the marches to the sea really wonderful - saw deer and kestrel every day. Great garden for summertime- a bit cold in January! Certainly one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in

We booked Hope cottage for a Christmas getaway by the seaside, and it was everything we hoped for. The cottage is super cosy and well equipped. Charlotte even left Xmas decorations to make it feel xmassy. The cottage is perfectly located: the beach is a 3 min walk away, the main high street has lots of shops and cafes and the cottage has views out to the magnificent church. Charlotte is such a great host, extremely responsive and helpful. We loved visiting Southwold and will definitely be back!

The house is beautiful and even better than the photos. We were a party of 10 and we found we had everything we could possibly need and enough room to live comfortably. We stayed mainly around the house, cooking meals and playing games by the open fire but ventured out for country walks and to visit the alpacas, which were a highlight. Overall a fantastic weekend, we can't wait to come back.

Joe's place was easy to find, had plenty of parking for our 4 cars, it was a very cosy quirky house lots of toys and games for the children, plenty of beds, lovely big kitchen and oven to cook our Christmas dinner in. It had a nice piano which the adults played for the children, they had put up Christmas decorations for us which was a magical touch for us, the wood burner was so nice to put on in the cold evenings or after we had been out for a walk. we had a nice dinner a couple of days after Christmas down the pub at the end of the road. The children loved the freedom of the house and garden, they loved walking down to the field to see the chickens in the morning and before it went dark. There very friendly cat kept trying to creep in through the cat flap. It wasn't far from Norwhich which we went to a few times, we drove to Theford Forest and did a Elf walk and the Gruffalo walk which the children loved. All in all it was a wonderful family Christmas get away. Thank you Joe and Fam.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Marcus ensured we were very well informed before arrival providing a guest book with comprehensive information and recommendations. We were greeted with bottles of wine & the house was very warm & music sound system set up. The barn is absolutely beautiful & immaculate. It is in a very remote area but this suited us all as we were happy to stay in and enjoy it. The log burner, games room & hot tub were added bonuses. A big thank you to Marcus for a truly amazing weekend break away with good friends ❤️

Sinead is so helpful and friendly from first contact. Absolute pleasure dealing with her. This was the perfect location for a group of friends originally from South Africa to meet up. As this was our first visit to Norwich Sinead kindly recommended options for sightseeing. We had time to see the cathedral, lunch at Adam and Eve pub and looking around the central shopping area which were all within walking distance of the property. On day two we drove out to Cromer for a seaside walk. Even the weather was kind to us! The house has a lovely living, kitchen and dining area with very comfortable bedrooms. As we had 3 vehicles in our party, with some suggestions from Sinead, we found parking for them all within walking distance of the house.

Hosts were very responsive and the play was incredibly clean and within walking distance to town. On street parking just outside was nice and easy, with no issues. There were basics in the kitchen which was helpful and the place soon warmed up when we put the heating on. I would absolutely recommend to future guests, with a few things to note; the stairs are VERY steep, one of the bathrooms is downstairs (not a problem, we just didn’t realise and navigating the steep stairs at night could be tricky), there isn’t quite enough seating in the living room for 4 people staying. The floor was comfy enough for one person to sit on (and we played games at the dining table most of the time) just not ideal. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a great stay at the Corner Cottage. The property was well provisioned and, despite being on a busy road, was secluded and quiet.

Property is a mixture of architectural and decorative styles with an interesting, quirky character. Good heating and overall facilities with well-equipped kitchen. Only downside with the kitchen was that the oven hadn’t been completely cleaned of grease after previous residents. There are two en-suite bathrooms but no downstairs toilet, so the 3rd bedroom guest will have to use one of the en-suites. Towels and bedding were clean and comfortable. Christmas trees were a nice, seasonal touch. There is a general stores and good cafe just 20m away and an excellent pub/restaurant around the corner. Parking is on-street but not difficult to find a space nearby. There are good walks around the minor roads, farmland and village common nearby. The castle can be accessed with a key obtainable from the stores. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay for a family’s 50th birthday. Good location, walkable to Southwold and surrounding areas. Philippa was very helpful and communicative making the whole weekend relaxing and enjoyable. Love the wood fire in the lounge! Thank you!

What a lovely property, we travelled as a team working at the local hospital, plenty of room for vehicles and the house has lots of space. If you get a chance to visit Norwich this is a great house with great facilities. Thanks for a great week.

Paul’s house was very nice everything we needed

We had a wonderful new years stay in this property . Herve’s place was extremely clean, cosy and very well stocked with everything you might need. The location was perfect for walks, pubs and restaurants and in a lovey quiet cul de sac. Herve was easy to contact and very responsive and pro active. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

We had the most fantastic stay at John's place for New Year. The house couldn't have been better. There were 7 of us plus the dogs and there was so much space and everything we could have needed. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs (all ensuite) and one downstairs with a lovely bathroom which worked perfectly for our family set up. There is also a nice separate lounge area upstairs (perfect for star gazing). The house is even better than the photos suggest and the view incredible - we felt very spoilt. We cooked a few times and the kitchen had everything needed. The boot room / utility was perfect for boots / coats and all our stuff - plus for drying after we ventured in to the sea! John was a great host - really responsive and flexible and we felt very welcome. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend!

Great place to stay, Linda wzs able to update the changes we needed straight away, and responded immediately. The lads were impressed with accommodation, it was very homely.
