Darlene is an excellent host with clear instructions about the house, quick with responses, and has added so many thoughtful amenities. The studio was as described, very comfortable, super clean, and everything in excellent condition. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming guest suite in a great neighborhood with easy access to everything we wanted to do.

Jane and David's suite is lovely. Everything one could need is there. It looks very nice, decorated in white in blue, and it is comfortable and clean. A large part of their garden is included in the Airbnb, with sitting areas. It is very quiet. We felt completely " at home ", coming back every day after having been to the beach, the botanical gardens or visiting San Diego. No flaws, just good things to mention. We will come back with great pleasure !

Great space, perfect spot for a quick get away.

Katy had a beautiful spot for us to stay at. She was very communicative, and she was very kind when asking questions. She provided extra blankets which helped during the winter time. ☺️ would recommend and hopefully will be back in the future!

We had a great stay! Lovely place and had everything we needed for a few nights. Rachel was very friendly and gave clear instructions. The walk up to the guest suite is very nice as you’re surrounded by the citrus trees.

Super cute and comfortable place, just what we needed! Loved the memory foam bed, nice linens, and impressive array of Keurig pods in different flavors.

Overall, great stay if you’re planning a trip to Santa Barbara. Very close to all the local restaurants and fun activities. The place was nice and cozy. Felt like a small home away from home. Our host was very helpful and very concise with details of the stay. I recommend this place if you’re going to be in the beautiful city of Santa Barbara.

Arlene was an amazing host with great communication. The rental was spacious and provided everything we needed! 10 minute walk to the main strip of shops and eateries, and about a 15 minute run to Moon Canyon and Heidelberg Park (nice little areas for the avid runner). Comfortable, clean, spacious, light filled. Very private with outside space. My second time to stay! Was there in mid january around time of Palisades Fire in LA….did use the heat a little bit. Met master craftsman Jerry and he and Melissa are lovely and very fine people! Gracious hosts. Thank you!

Great casita in the perfect location for exploring Palm Springs. The hosts were responsive and kind. I appreciated the shampoo, good coffee and little bathroom amenities. Beautiful backyard!

I requested a last minute booking late in the evening. Evan responded right away with additional questions, was understanding of our situation, accepted the booking, and we checked in within the hour. The rental was easy to find and ended up being a perfect location for our needs. The rental was decorated beautifully and had everything needed to sleep myself, husband, and two teenagers. I was very impressed all around and will keep rental in minds for future travel to the area.

My kids and I had a great time at Jodi’s. Aside from the cozy accommodations and super friendly host, the apartment has tons of great amenities like French toast ground coffee and even Stevia, which is what we use as sweetener! Super easy to check in and out and Jodi was always ready to help at a moment’s notice. Thanks again for a great home base in the L.A. area!

Had a great stay! Tim’s places is conveniently located by near freeway access so it was easy to get around to all the major sites. The space was simple and clean. Just what we were looking for. With so much of the parking in San Diego being street parking, I was grateful to have a designated spot in the driveway (just be careful, it’s pretty steep). Would recommend!
