Our stay at Darlene's Place was amazing. Darlene is a sunshine and very helpful. We felt at home the moment we arrived. We travel with our baby and Darlene set up a babybed. The place is really cozy and has a nice vibe. The area is amazing and calm. In walkable distance there is cafes, restaurants etc. The beach is not far by car. It's the perfect distance for a morning run. 10-15 minutes one way. We tried booking again for our next stay but unfortunately it was already booked. Would definitely recommend if you're planning on visiting Santa Monica. Thanks Darlene!

Very clean and quiet in lace to stay that is close to Palm Springs.

Jane and David's suite is lovely. Everything one could need is there. It looks very nice, decorated in white in blue, and it is comfortable and clean. A large part of their garden is included in the Airbnb, with sitting areas. It is very quiet. We felt completely " at home ", coming back every day after having been to the beach, the botanical gardens or visiting San Diego. No flaws, just good things to mention. We will come back with great pleasure !

Katy was very communicative and hospitable. Though it wasn't needed, she allowed us to come early and stay later. The space was clean and inviting. Our girls loved the toys there! I'd definitely stay again.

What a great place. It takes some doing getting out of the L.A. madness, but this place fills the bill. Peaceful, room to walk around, animals to check out. a nice little ranch experience. We only had 2 nights there, but would have easily been content with a couple more if time allowed.

We had a wonderful stay! Greg and Leslie were so welcoming and kind and their home is beautiful and very enjoyable. Hope to be back again soon.

We had a good experience at their property. We enjoyed the peaceful nature, the pool and the outdoor jacuzzi. Even though the house did not have a kitchen, we were able to buy food locally and enjoy it on the patio. We would visit again. Even though the owners house was next door they made themselves invisible. We would not mind some conversations, but that was their choice and we respect that.

Fantastic cabin. My girlfriend and I couldn’t have found a more cozy spot. Thank you.

Rachel and her husband were very nice. The place was cute and it was interesting to see the fresh gardens and the animals. I did get a little confused on the fence to get in even though she sent pictures. It was pretty quiet around us and a nice stop on our way through. We visited the handmade craft market which was really cool to me. I recommend it and 22nd Street Seafood and Grill!

Multiple stays at Kim's and multiple 5 stars! I have this placed booked marked and always first place to look at for availability when coming to SD. Very responsive host and very clean house that's private, feels like home.

Arlene’s place was perfect for our weekend in LA! It has all the amenities we needed and was in a great location. Arlene was also extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Beautiful suite in a very safe feeling neighbourhood. Everything looks exactly as pictured and described. Mark is very friendly and quick to reply. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Loved the big TV and fast WiFi. Definitely worth the money and I'd stay here again if I ever come back to the area. Highly recommend!

We had a good stay at Lings place. One thing was a drawback because if it’s location, is it did take a long time to get Ubers, average wait time was 15 minutes because Ubers don’t hang around the residential area, but if you’re driving yourself, it works well as it’s close to the highways. Also the Tesla charging was nearby however, it was limited to only two chargers at the town center ( there may have been more but our navigation brought us to the one with only two) and one of them was broken, so that’s something to consider if you’re driving an electric car.

EXCEPTIONAL. Rare to find a place so private and away from things. Although a "Studio" it is much larger than appears, plenty of room. Craftfully made walnut table (approx 27" x 90") shown in picture provides spacious scale of place. Quiet, comfortable, and grounds are super private with no nearby neighbors. Came in October and didn't require any heating or cooling. Perfect weather. Comfortable bed. Bathroom also larger than appears in phots. Melissa's kind near immediate responses both on text and in person shows her commitment to making guests feel comfortable. Recommend.

Damien and Stephan are amazing hosts. Damien was there when we arrived and helped us park and get into the suite. The location is quiet and away from the traffic noise on the main roads. It's also close to everything. Stephan and Damien are very responsive to messages and happily turned the hot tub on for us when we asked. They were also very accommodating on our last day. I hope we can stay with them again!

We enjoyed our stay at Evan’s Boho Studio. Evan was a great host and the studio had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were there a week while visiting family in La Mesa. It was nice to be able to walk to some restaurants on LaMesa Blvd and the washer/dryer was an added plus. Street parking was always available. There is some noise from the unit upstairs but it was not a problem for us. We will definitely consider Evan’s studio next time we need a place to stay in LaMesa. Thanks Evan for hosting us.

Mary’s place was a great place to stay for our visit to La Jolla. It was clean and had everything we needed. Just a note for travelers that it is up in the hills so you will have to drive to your destinations, however the peaceful neighborhood made it worth it for us! It is advertised that there is a washer and dryer which we were able to use, but you can only use this amenity if your stay of longer than 5 days, so that would be helpful to be part of the listing.

A great place to stay. Very quiet and private. Jodi is friendly and welcoming. She provided very clear instructions and was responsive when I had questions or requests. It was super clean. There are plenty of fans and space heaters and you can get good cross ventilation from opening windows and the door with a screen door. The rooms are spacious with a lot of storage for clothes and bags. She provides a lot of dishes and other kitchen related items. It is very helpful that she provides basic condiments, sugar, tea, cling wrap and aluminum foil. I like that she has a Brita filter pitcher and that the fridge is adequate with a working freezer. Note that there is a drip coffee maker or a small press pot, no Keurig. There is a family dog that shares the outside space. She is cute and nice, but if you are scared of dogs it might not be the best fit. NOTE: I gave the location 4 stars for price, NOT because the place isn't worth it but because I didn't need that amount of space.

Clean, comfortable space, easy entry, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to dinner one night. Great central location made it convenient to drive out to downtown and the beaches. Thanks for the stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Alejandra's. There were ample dishes/cooking supplies and the kitchen suited our needs great for cooking! The king bed was comfortable. We wished that there were proper lamps in the bedroom with a lightbulb and lampshade for more evening light and to create a cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately we did notice some brown smears in the bathroom on the door trim. My wife also found a yellow cupcake wrapper and crumbs in the bed when we first arrived. We were quickly brought a new pair of sheets. Overall we were extremely happy with the location and set up of the guest suite. We would stay again! Thank-you for your hospitality
