Vacation rentals with a home theater in Southern California

As a first timer booking with AirBnB, Aja made it super smooth and easy. She was communicative and checked on me during my stay to see if everything was going well. The place was clean and the location was super convenient to everything. Literally a 10 minute drive to stores, restaurants, beaches, etc. I would most definitely book with Aja again!

Nice place. When there was an issue with the original booked place Jack helped us relocate to a larger more convenient location. The apartment needs a full length mirror and it would have been good to have pillow cases on the pillows but overall clean and tidy and lovely little place

This was one of the best Airbnb experience I've had in LA. I stayed for 8 nights and was working for most part. I really appreciate that there was a working desk inside of the bedroom. There was also ample closet for clothing, washing machines and dryer. The apartment was spotless and clean with fresh beddings and towels. I am most delighted with the kitchen as it was spacious with all the things you need - big fridge, oven, cutlery, seasonings, all kinds of cookware and a water kettle, which I enjoyed cooking in and was more than what I have come across in the past. Parking was easy and the elevator is just right outside the apartment. The Apt is also centrally located and very new. The neighbours are all very friendly. Residents are also allowed to use the gym, pool and etc. The host is very caring and would reach out to fulfill your needs. I think this apartment can comfortably fit two, and I would definitely visit again! Highly recommending this listing to all.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb I stayed for three days, and it far exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of LA’s vibrant community, surrounded by countless restaurants and right in the middle of all the action. What really surprised me was how well thought out this apartment was. The view was a pleasant surprise, and the convenience of a perfectly functioning washer and dryer made a big difference. The coffee machine was loaded and ready to go, the TV had all the streaming platforms, and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, and there were plenty of towels to use during my stay. One of the biggest perks was the parking space, which is a huge plus in an area where parking can be a challenge. What really stood out was the attention to detail. this apartment checked off so many of the little things that can make or break a stay.

We were in town for an event in Tin City and the location could not have been any more convenient. Just a few minutes drive. The the next day we went the other direction into town for breakfast before heading home. The house worked out perfectly as a home base for our weekend.

I absolutely love this place !! Everytime it’s available I take advantage and book he’s so nice and accommodating!!! There is so many things to do in the area so many great restaurants I definitely would recommend!!!

I had a convention for the week and am so glad the hotels were outrageous as I helped me find Ben’s place. It’s wonderful and so is Ben.

My family and I enjoyed our stay for the weekend! We checked out the amenities they had and we had a lot of fun. It was relaxing and not far from the places we needed to go to. I would love to stay there again! Thanks!

I really recommend this place it's a beautiful place. Everything was perfect. I was I little concerned about they let animals stay in this place and unfortunately I'm allergic to the hair of the animals. but it was super clean, I don't have to take my medication for my allergies. so if you have that some problem don't worry. Nomas was very helpful with everything. Definitely 5 🌟

Chako’s home was perfect. Great location between Pioneertown and Joshua Tree. Game room was fantastic! It kept the kids busy are whole stay. Movie projector, four reclining chairs, blankets, popcorn machine, ping pong table, shuffleboard/bowling pin table and foosball. A big plus for us adults ;) The fenced yard was great if you have pups and she provided dog bowls and dog blankets. Hot tub was another great amenity. Would definitely stay at Chako’s home again.

We can down to watch our Washington State Cougars play SDSU and had a fantastic time. Andrew was a terrific host. Had a few questions and he would get back to us in 5 minutes or less every time! Pool was clean and the backyard overall was in great condition. Supplied us with everything we needed from towels to kitchen amenities. If we are ever back in San Diego we are going to make sure we come back and stay at this Airbnb! Would highly recommend for families or any group of friends.

Was great! Option to heat pool and pool was actually warm. Fun for the kids with all the games and ping pong foosball.

This is one the best air bnb’s we have stayed at. The host were extremly accommodating and very responsive. Plenty of space and the pool and spa were a huge hit! The neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet! Would 100% come back!

This place is fantastic! I’m almost upset with how much there is to do at this AirB&B because instead of doing the things I wanted to do in the area, I just stayed at our AirB&B because they literally have EVERYTHING!!!! I mean what place has a movie theatre AND a couple holes of putt putt at this good of a price!? Not to mention how beautiful the property actually is, if you don’t book this AirB&B, you are making a mistake!

I stayed at Raymond's Airbnb for six months and can wholeheartedly give it five stars! Raymond was an incredibly kind and accommodating host, always available to help with a quick response time. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for our long-term stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood with considerate neighbors, it’s a lovely suburban area close to parks, stores, and restaurants. The good-sized backyard provided shade, which we appreciated; however, the downside was the abundance of bugs and mosquitoes, making it tough to enjoy outdoor time. The home comfortably accommodated my family of four, with plenty of sleeping room to spare. We did notice a lot of personal items in the garage and closets, but it didn’t impact our experience. Overall, I highly recommend Raymond's place for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

I had a amazing time staying here and the host was always responding to my questions and getting any issues resolved quickly. The home and land itself was beautiful and relaxing and would love to stay here again soon!

We were in town for a tournament at the convention center. Super close and totally walkable. Loved the location. There are tons of things to do and places to eat. Good food places too! 😊

Sidharth was a very responsive host. He made immediate contact once the reservation was made to offer any assistance. As soon as we checked in he reached out to touch base with us. Room was clean and spacious for our party. We were right next door to a golf course which was so convenient, we literally could walk to the clubhouse. Definitely would recommend!!!

I can’t recommend this Airbnb in Santa Clarita enough! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect—so close to great restaurants, shopping, and everything you might need, yet tucked away in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. The apartment was spotless and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. It was such a treat compared to a standard hotel room—so much more space, comfort, and privacy. The mattress was super comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights, and the gated parking gave us extra peace of mind. The host was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always available if we needed anything. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Five stars all the way!

Our stay at Bella and Alan’s place was spectacular! Travelling from outside of the US, we felt right at home. A clean, comfortable and modern space where we could enjoy rest from our busy tourist schedule. Location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We highly recommend staying here, you won’t find anything better! 10/10 place to stay!!

Loved our stay at Britta’s lovely villa! We felt right at home & the community was so great for walking the stroller around!
