Great location, easy walking to the village home was clean. Jan was very quick to communicate.

I brought my mother and 6 year old to stay for a short weekend and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the home and hosts. The home is a lot bigger than I had expected and my daughter was over the moon with the huge selection of toys, including a little electric jeep that she could ride down the street. It is a wonderful family spot and the hosts gave us the best recommendations and were so friendly and welcoming. We made a lovely new friend, Edna the chicken, who followed us up and down the driveway which my kiddo loved. I highly recommend, especially if traveling with little ones!

We had a great getaway at Wendy’s place! We wanted a quick trip to recharge and this was the perfect place for us. The peacocks were right outside our window! They weren’t noisy and neither were any of her other animals. We took our senior dog with us and even he had a great time with all the smells. The place feels private and we enjoyed looking at the stars at night from the wraparound porch. During the day, we drove to Julian for lunch. Wendy was very friendly & accommodating. We came back home feeling recharged & rested. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved staying in this home surrounded by the gorgeous Joshua Tree landscape! Great hot tub, great privacy, great communication. We will be coming back!!

Dan's cabin is a beautiful cabin made with wood, accommodates 6 family very well, everything was well organized & thoughtful, wall heating made us warm during the winter, I would like to come back with my family again.

My husband and I booked Kelly’s house about a year out planning to spend Valentine’s weekend in this very private cabin in the woods. Upon arrival, we were happy to find that the home looks just like the pictures. It’s a happy mix of modern vintage which, for two 70s babies, sits very well with us. The home was extremely clean and just cozy enough for a weekend for two. Nestled among towering trees, it almost felt like we were staying in a dreamy treehouse. The beds were comfortable; my only criticism is the pillows were a bit flat. When you lay on them, feels like your head goes straight down to the mattress. Maybe I just have a big head. :) Other than that, it was a lovely, lovely stay for our first time in Idyllwild which is the cutest little town.

We were on our trip of highway no.1 and had a short stay for one day here. We arrived at night and were totally overwhelmed by all the decorations and furnitures in the house. The room is spotless and has enough space for us to have a rest after a long day. It’s a pity that we only stay for one night and didn’t have time to talk to Reanna for a longer while. The breakfast she made, the stories she shared and the moment we had there were absolutely amazing and unforgettable! Thank you Reanna for being such a great host! We hope to get back there again!

"The location is excellent, especially for La Verne University students, as it’s only a 3-minute walk away. The neighborhood is beautiful, green, and safe. The house is stunning, with a unique boho style, filled with paintings, artwork, and photographs—a perfect place for history lovers. The room was very comfortable, with soft bedding, and I received a fresh bottle of water daily. Jaqueline was a kind host, often preparing dinners, snacks, and small treats. She shared interesting stories and even accompanied me on an emergency shopping trip, showing exceptional hospitality. The shower was great, with good water pressure and temperature. However, the bathroom is downstairs, which might be worth noting. To improve, I suggest clarifying that the kitchen is unavailable. Although there was a fridge in my room, the microwave and kitchen were not accessible, which could be important for some guests."

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway in a charming location surrounded by nature, then look no further! My girlfriend and I came up to Idyllwild for the annual tree lighting ceremony and booked this charming spot just outside of the main town. From our first introduction to Debra, she was warm, inviting and extremely friendly! We knew that we were in for a wonderful time. Her hospitality made us feel at home and her two doggos were always a delight to be around. She was extremely welcoming and accommodating and was a blast to be around! The breakfast she provided was great but the highlight was the coffee! Our room had everything we needed and there were some great amenities provided onsite. From building us a cozy fire to snuggle next to, to swapping stories from our lives, we had an incredible time with her and her lovely home. We cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

MJ and Mhykee are great hosts. They have a beautiful house and were very welcoming. We had the Asian themed room - it was beautiful. Mhykee also served waffles for breakfast, which was so very nice of him! Cannot thank them more for hosting us! Definitely recommended to stay at their place if visiting the area.

Beth and Brian are wonderful hosts who run a very good Airbnb. They do have a good list of rules, but it’s all very helpful to keep things running smoothly. No complaints here. The bedroom and bathroom are as described and everything is very clean. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their preparation. They prepared us a delicious breakfast, which was great so we could get on with our day without having to head out to a restaurant first thing. The location is wonderful. I would highly recommend their Airbnb. We will hopefully return the next time we are in the area.

Great Cabin for a small family! Beautiful and very homey.

This house is exactly what you see on the listing. The photos match the home and the reviews will match your experience. Everything was great; the decor, the yard, THE SAUNA! It was raining and windy the weekend I went so I couldn’t enjoy the outdoor lounge area but it was still beautiful. There are so many board games provided so you can have fun inside too. Saturday morning we drove 15 min to the farmers market and we grabbed some fresh juices, a yummy spicy salsa, and some fruit. It was perfect to have with our breakfast at home. I would definitely come back again. PS. We did have a small little guest in our yard that was out and about in the early mornings. 🐰

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Haunted Mansion, one of 11 quirky and unusual rooms at Hicksville. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the complimentary breakfast, communal hot tub, and various other amenities. The only thing that we’d recommend improving upon is better insulation for the ceiling. We could hear our neighbors walking on the ceiling throughout the night.

Anand went above and beyond to accommodate our unpredictable travel schedule. His guest unit was spotless, cozy, and quiet, making for a truly wonderful stay. The area is well located in the city. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay in sunny Yuma. Both hosts were friendly and responsive. House was clean and easy to get to. So much space! Totally matched the description. Centrally located with access to stores, restaurants, and gas stations. Kris was so friendly at check in. Incredibly helpful with all the questions I had about the house and town. The house was homie and comfortable and clean. Had everything I needed and more. Instructions were clear and precise. I’d recommend and stay every time I come into town!!

Just as advertised. A very clean comfortable room with two clean and very comfortable beds. The host was very nice and very attentive, even during Christmas Day. A great Value!

Fantastic home with a bathroom in every bedroom. Front and back of house balconies. Walk from backyard gate into Summit's parking lot. gorgeous view of the slopes from the back balcony and master bedroom. Perfect for our large snow sports family or a group of friends.
