David was very easy to work with an accommodating for an early check in. The house was clean upon arrival and steps from the beach. This is a perfect house for a small family get away.

Absolutely dreamy location. I spent 3 nights here from the east coast and everything was better than I expected in this stunning rental overlooking the pacific. I walked to Malibu village easily, it’s a very convenient location. It’s a cozy, peaceful, serene cottage you have to see for yourself. I’ll be back again, thanks for hosting me!

We loved our stay here. My wife loves mid century modern and the place was true to form inside and out. The minimalism was awesome and perfect for across the street from the beach. Pleasant change from the mansions and townhomes. I surf so suiting up in the garage and very brief walk to sand was great. Not many people around even better. Oxnard is our favorite getaway and this place was perfect for laying low and enjoying the beach. Go eat at Freddy's Pizza and order cheese sticks - old school Oxnard and so good!

Kyle was super accommodating and responded very quickly. Gave us clear instructions to get to the home and everything was super clean. Very cozy! Will be back next visit to Malibu

We had such a great time at Sean’s place! It’s only one block from the beach so my kids and I walked over with our small dog several times a day. There’s also a bike path which we used daily. Sean has a wagon, boogie boards, toys, chairs, and towels as well as adult bikes. The kitchen is fully equipped and beds were comfortable. It was so nice to come home to this comfy house everyday. We will definitely come back!

Lisa’s home is a gem. The place is clean, modern, cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a long weekend. Great location, the beach is right across the street and a walkable distance to Carslbad Village. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Lisa was also a pleasure to deal with, responsive, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Lisa’s home. Thank you for a great stay.

Very clean and walking distance to the heart of Oceanside. Cool little outside area to chill in the sun and we had all the doors open to e joy the weather. 100% would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Hula Hut! Such a cozy and tastefully decorated home. We loved the island vibe and decor. Our little ones loved being able to walk straight into the beach. We loved watching the sunset right on the patio. Looking forward to coming back!

Loved how nice and clean the place was. Very comfortable bed and everything was easy to use fan, A/C, dryer, lights,etc. Loved the record player.

This stay was exactly what I needed. I love how close it is to the train. So it was a breeze to get to and from the airport, and downtown—which saved me the headache of having to rent a car and cut back on getting Lyfts/Ubers. I liked the family feel of the neighborhood, and it was close to practical things like laundromats and food trucks. Everything was neat, clean and the kitchen had everything I needed to make quick meals. I also really enjoyed the little courtyard in the back while sitting on the porch. What a cute lil tiny home for one or two guests.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Joshua Tree! It was very relaxing after a day hiking in the park.

We LOVED our time here. It was quiet, peaceful, comfortable… exactly what we were looking for and wanted. The house interior is calming and comfy, and it was a pleasure to sit outside near the fire pit and enjoy the desert in the mornings. Comfy beds, a functional kitchen area, and a hammock outside! We are feeling rejuvenated after our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. It’s absolutely the most perfect place. It was a very comfortable two weeks. In addition, the location is also perfect! Nestled in beautiful Point Loma, it was very easy to get in and out. Highways, airport, restaurants, and shopping are easily accessible. The house are attentive, kind, and very personable. We are looking forward to our next stay!

We absolutely loved Leah and Drew’s place! It was so nice to have a spacious, clean, dog friendly place with an amazing backyard that was within walking distance to the Dog Beach and lots of fun shops and restaurants in OB. They were very easy to communicate with and we appreciated all the thought they put into their place. We hope to stay here again one day!

The perfect little place for a quick getaway. Loved that it was so close to Main Street!

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our stay. My wife, who usually has difficulty sleeping, said that she slept more deeply here than she has anywhere else in years! We also wanted something outside the hustle and bustle of the city but still be relatively close to good restaurants and shopping. Steven's place was perfect. I particularly like the privacy of the pool area and the courtyard behind the bungalow which is perfect for anyone who loves sunbathing. We'll be back for sure.
