We had such a great time staying at Kaily’s place in North LA with the kids! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still felt nice and relaxed. The house itself was super comfortable and had everything we needed, with a fun arcade setup that the kids absolutely loved. The terrace and the hot tub were a nice bonus too Kaily was an awesome host—super responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish. She even let us check out late. Overall, it was a really fun and easy stay, and we’d totally come back!

We had a great family get together for Father's Day weekend. John's home was comfortable, great A/C as it was about 120 degrees that weekend! Lovely kitchen and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. Nice TVs in every room. Living room was spacious and comfortable couch. Large backyard, nice BBQ area and large size pool with cool color changing lights at night, waterfalls, built in table and great slide. My kids had a great time in the pool (as did the adults). Quiet nice neighborhood. Close enough to stores and restaurants. Great communication with John the owner as had a couple of questions about the home but John answered quickly.

Such a lovely place to stay! Looked as described, clean, and supplied with everything you could possibly need. The host was communicative and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Great place with ample food options. Sprouts across the street and minutes from the beach in car. Had a lot of kitchen amenities to include spices.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming guest suite above the Nicole’s home. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at ease—so warm, friendly, and helpful, it felt like reconnecting with an old friend. The space itself was exactly as pictured: beautifully styled, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect peaceful retreat in a quiet neighborhood. We especially appreciated the personal touches and how approachable and genuine our host was. If we ever find ourselves in San Diego again, we’d absolutely love to return! Thank you Nicole :’)

We LOVED our stay here! Elizabeth's place is SO cute and cozy and she has thought of absolutely everything any guest would want during their stay. The place was spotless and the bed was extra comfy. The setting is lovely and there are birds and flowers everywhere in the little courtyard outside the front door. It really is a special place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Trish and Terry were great at being friendly, communicative and welcoming. We even shared some nice cycling stories when we discovered that shared interest. The place was just what we were looking for - and plan to return!

We can’t say enough good things about Mrs. Tammy. Everything was so easy, well communicated and EXTREMELY hospitable. Directions were so clear. Do yourself a favorite and just get the breakfast. A great omelette, a great muffin and possibly the best fresh fruit I ever tasted. Breakfast conversation was great and Mrs. Tammy made us feel right at home. Book here. It’s a no brainer. AND SOPHIE….. this superstar pup is so polite and well mannered. A massive heart on this pup. And yet, still knew when it was her time to shine and when to give you privacy. Truly, it’s like Sophie could read the room. There will be zero regrets booking here. Tammy and Sophie are pros at this

Hope's place was a peaceful place to stay during our visit to San Diego. The room was clean and comfortable, from the bed, kitchenette, bathroom, and outdoor deck. The additional extras, such as snacks, coffee, breakfast items and fully equipped bathroom was appreciated. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to stores and approx. 20-25 minutes to downtown San Diego. Communication was very good.

I brought my mother and 6 year old to stay for a short weekend and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the home and hosts. The home is a lot bigger than I had expected and my daughter was over the moon with the huge selection of toys, including a little electric jeep that she could ride down the street. It is a wonderful family spot and the hosts gave us the best recommendations and were so friendly and welcoming. We made a lovely new friend, Edna the chicken, who followed us up and down the driveway which my kiddo loved. I highly recommend, especially if traveling with little ones!

Where to start?! First of all, this home is exactly as described and depicted. Upon staying, I discovered that Deborah’s place is even more…so comfortable, well appointed, peaceful and relaxing. The guest wing offers privacy, but is just steps away from charming common areas. Continental breakfast is a lovely touch. One couldn’t ask for more! Deborah herself is delightful. She is welcoming and truly eager to assure total comfort. I am very happy to have met her and spend time sharing our life stories. Her place will definitely be on my preferred location if available. It should be everyone’s!!

everything is just nice, view is stunning, bed is super comfortable, breakfast is yummy, the seafood restaurant Renee recommended is also good flavor and chilling vibe.

Great location near SLO & Avila Beach! Quaint vineyard setting, with eclectic antique furniture. Host also left us snacks and their wine, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended.

Kathy and Phil were fantastic. My daughter and I felt right at home in their guesthouse. Kathy made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips on sights to visit while we were in town. Very safe and close to all attractions in and around LA. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Jennifer’s place was perfect for us during Coachella weekend. Super cute and comfortable! She was away that weekend and we had the whole place to ourselves but didn’t have any trouble finding anything we needed. The area is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!
