Fantastic place to stay as family or group of friends, golf cart is a plus, and some of beach equipment, my son had enjoyed in playing PS5. The house is very clean and vast. 9 minutes to Rosemary beach .. very close to shopping stores and restaurants. I recommend it.

Sayra and Jeff were so great . They were very responsible, the place had everything we needed, very clean , and we will definitely visit again. Mr.Jeff was very responsive when Ms.Sayra wasn’t able to respond quickly. They accommodated us so well . Thank you guys for the great stay .

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

Brad and Lisa are great hosts. Their home is in a great location that is easily accessible to shops and restaurants. It's about a five minute walk to the beach from the house. A wagon is needed if you have a lot of beach gear or small children. The home is just as described and has plenty of room for a large group.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time while staying at Mike and Brenda’s listing! It was exactly as described in their description. Very clean and nicely decorated and stocked with anything you may need on your beach trip! The location is great too! We loved that the beach can be accessed through a bridge that runs above the street, so we didn’t have to worry about walking through traffic with our beach chairs, towels, etc. There are several stores, restaurants, and activities all within walking distance too. I would definitely stay again at this listing!

Absolutely seamless experience staying here! Allan accommodated an early check in for us and ensured the place was clean before we arrived. Allan communicated throughout the stay. Honestly the couch was probably the best part about the place, I didn’t even pull out the bed because it was just SO COMFORTABLE, me and my friends that stayed ended up falling asleep on the couch a bunch of times because it was just that good. The place was really clean and the area is beautiful and close to everything, I almost messaged the host to see if I could pay extra to stay longer because the place was that amazing. The host always checked in on us and made sure we were always good and they’re really nice and lovely people to talk to. 10/10 experience

If you are looking for a cozy condo about a minute walk to private beach access, then look no further! Ciara’s place is perfect for a group of four or a small family. Restaurants are also within walking distance. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again!

Very satisfied with the unit, very clean and looked better than the pictures! The last day we did hear the people above us walking/stomping but you can only hear it if you’re in the master bedroom, so recommend sleeping in the other room if you’re a light sleeper.

The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and great view of the Gulf. Their communication was very quick and helpful! Would stay again.

What an amazing view! It's perfect to wake up in the morning and see the Gulf shimmering in the sunlight. This condo was very comfortable and just the right size for the two of us. We stayed during Thanksgiving week and still enjoyed the beach. The heated pool was a nice treat. We only used the king sized bed, not the bunk beds. The bed was comfortable. I slept like a rock after getting so much fresh air. The beach right outside is sugary sand and the water is clear. When we were there, it was off season for the rental chairs on the beach, but Marina had beach chairs and umbrellas in the condo for us to use. The surrounding area has a ton of things to do with kids. You can walk to Walmart, and some other stores and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Cady was very helpful and responsive on our last minute getaway! We loved the cleanliness and convenience of the condo! Very easy walk to the beach! Long time Horizon South renters and this was one of the best!

Paradise Found!! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this place in Panama City Beach, and it was absolutely fantastic! The condo itself was perfect for out family trip. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a [well-equipped kitchen/comfortable living area/balcony with a stunning view]. The [beachfront/ocean view] balcony was a highlight – we spent mornings sipping coffee watching the sunrise and evenings enjoying glasses of wine with the sound of the waves crashing in the background. The location was unbeatable. The condo was just steps from the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. 5 stars
