This condo was perfect in every way. The description was exactly as I found the place, spotlessly clean and had everything you could think of for a great stay. The welcome pack was excellent and I could not fault any part of the accommodation. I would definitely recommend this condo for a couple or a single visitor and will use again if available. Definitely worth the stay. The place is clean and easy to find. Great location with stores nearby and beach access within walking distance. Joe was fast to respond and clear with his instructions. We fully enjoyed our week stay thanks to this host!

Amazing place. Beautiful location

Description & pictures are spot on and we NEVER heard any neighbors! Elevators were not a problem as we were weren't staying during peak season. Keith had great suggestions on being prepared for potential long check ins and elevator waits. Check in was less than 5 minutes & we had a 5 minute wait one time for the elevator! 180° view of the ocean is breath taking. We saw a manatee, and watched visits from manna rays several times a day. Bed & linens were very comfortable, & I'm picky about linens! My back never hurt due to an uncomfortable bed. I would find myself waking up at night and going out to the balcony to take in the sights & sounds. With a full moon during our stay the beach was fairly bright at night. Several beach towels, chairs, & umbrella were available for us. The walk to the water is a shorter distance than other beaches. Bring a scoop of some sort to look for the bigger sea shells! Come prepared for a very pleasant week & a lot of time at the beach!

Great place to stay in Seagrove! Perfect size for 3 couples and had everything we needed. Nice balcony with pretty partial views of the ocean and lake! Host and co-host were very responsive and were kind enough to allow us to have a flexible check-in, which was a huge help. We liked the amenities of using the pool and playing pickleball. Was nice that beach was walkable, although I think we misunderstood the instructions that they have lon their listing, as we assumed Eastern Lake access was the access point as seen from listing picture balcony view. We were told that access is actually private property for Beachside Estates, not villas and were told to move further down. The public beach access is still not far though from the property and is walkable if you don’t have a lot of heavy things. Still 5/5 and we would definitely recommend!

Very satisfied with the unit, very clean and looked better than the pictures! The last day we did hear the people above us walking/stomping but you can only hear it if you’re in the master bedroom, so recommend sleeping in the other room if you’re a light sleeper.

Beautiful home. Very clean. It was just as described & It actually looks better in person. It was perfect for our family. We will be staying again. The host Brandon was very friendly & super helpful. We felt right at home.

A wonderful stay at a beautiful beach house. Pamela was a great host. Great location within 5 minutes walk your toes are in the sand. The sunsets are breathtaking. Restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance. Great coffee cafes close by. Dog friendly beach house that won’t disappoint. Pamela was extremely caring and kind we were evacuated due to the hurricane that hit the Sarasota area and Pamela was very kind in our last minute booking and was very kind in a special discount on her rates due to our circumstances of being evacuated from a Cat 4-5 hurricane in our area in SWFL. Pamela is the kind of host that you want to give your vacation rental dollars to. A kind and caring host. Don’t hesitate to book this beach house rental.

We loved the house everything was great . Our only problem was the pool was COLD COLD COLD , it is still in yhe high 80's and 90's so im not sure why the pool was so cold. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I have slept in.

We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. I love the location of the house because it’s about 3 min to the beautiful beach. The house has everything you could need. Central location for all activities. We will be back!

we had a wonderful stay at Terrah's place. Could'nt have been easier to check in. The gate and door codes worked perfectly. The a/c was a beast. It kept the condo as cool as we wanted it because it was hot! It was clean and had everything we needed. This was our first experience with Airbnb and this beats a hotel hands down. We felt at home and will do it again. Terrah was fast in responding to my questions and that means a lot. Our stay was again wonderful.

Stayed at Eric’s place with 2 other colleagues while attending a conference. So close to conference center, shops and restaurants. A tram ride to the beach (which Eric provided passes and beach gear for). It was a great choice for 3 women instead of hotel rooms. Felt very safe walking about. Would choose to stay again.

We had a wonderful time in this cozy condo. Close to lots of activities and right across the street from the beach. Would visit again!

We stayed during the off season so there was construction above and below us. Otherwise great place. Enjoyed walking out to the beach. Used the pool, hot tub, workout space. All as shown in photos. Comfortable living space. Would book this unit again.

Paradise Found!! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this place in Panama City Beach, and it was absolutely fantastic! The condo itself was perfect for out family trip. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a [well-equipped kitchen/comfortable living area/balcony with a stunning view]. The [beachfront/ocean view] balcony was a highlight – we spent mornings sipping coffee watching the sunrise and evenings enjoying glasses of wine with the sound of the waves crashing in the background. The location was unbeatable. The condo was just steps from the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. 5 stars
