Condo vacation rentals in Seacrest

We had a closet door on the pantry that was kind of hanging there when we checked in. It eventually fell next to our 3yo grandson. Door was pretty heavy. We ended up propping it up so it wouldn’t fall again. Dryer had issues. Sounded awful. Husband said bearing were shot. Took a long time to dry. Overall great place besides those 2 issues. Enjoyed our stay with family. Will definitely rent again.

My friends and I stayed here over Easter weekend to celebrate my 21st birthday and get baptized. It was absolutely amazing!!! Everything was super clean and there was just enough space for the three of us. We could not get over how cute the place was, it was PERFECT for a girls trip!!

The accommodations were spot on and everyone had was comfortable. When we first arrived we turned on the tv in a couple of the apartments, but could not get connected to any channels. I messaged Josh and within minutes he responded with the solution. Josh provided local places to go for groceries and things to do. We really liked the donuts, they even had my fave, maple bacon glazed (yum) and it was very close and easy to get to. Josh was very detailed regarding what would be provided and what you should bring. There were more than enough beach items and we even added some items to the collection.

My stay at Jodi’s place was exceptional. She was an outstanding host—highly communicative, incredibly responsive, and always helpful. Her energy and attentiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. The home itself was exactly as pictured—beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. If I return to the area, I would not hesitate to stay here again or explore other properties she hosts. Truly a top-tier Airbnb experience!

Great location with easy access to the pools, ocean and eateries. My son loved being able to fish at the pond by the condo. He caught a few large mouth bass. Area felt safe, it was quiet and we enjoyed our vacation!

The place was as listed. Nice views and easy access to surrounding attractions. Would stay again if we come back to the same area!

We went over to destin for the spring break and the place was so nice just few steps away from the beach and the neighbourhood was great. We also enjoyed tennis. Will recommend to anyone looking for a vacation in destin

John and Pat were great to work with, very communicative and friendly. Also I felt they went above and beyond, when my daughter left her iPad behind, they quickly contacted me and sent it back. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

John’s place was perfect for our getaway. It was extra special that we got to bring our fur-baby. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My family really enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs. Will definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! Cute and cozy beach condo with easy walking access to a private beach and the hosts were very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book again. The condo was exactly as it was described, the communication was great as well. It was just a few minutes walk to the beach, having the chairs and umbrella service was amazing as it saved us from bringing these extra items down in our car. You could walk to Capt Dave's, Kenny D's and several other locations to eat. Great area to walk as well, I think we did a little over 3 miles each day. Our dog loved the area as well!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

Location! Location! Location! I plan to come back and never leave the condo, because although Jermeys beach front abode was perfection! And the entire property was well maintained, I found PCB (during spring break) to be a bit ratchet. For anyone wondering I was told outside of Spring Break PCB is less intense. Otherwise my family of 5 and fur babe loved our time at this immaculate condo and had everything we needed!

When you first walk in, you can smell the freshness and cleanliness. She is very proactive with our reservations and letting us know that the place was ready for us as soon as it was available. She communicated to us as soon as the front door keypad was running low on batteries and offered to get it taken care of within 30 minutes. Wonderful place and an excellent host! Our second time and it will definitely be our go to stay!

This was a beautiful condo. Everything was so perfect. The view of the gulf from the couch was a nice touch. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the condo was perfect! Communication from the owners was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

Cute, comfy and quaint! The place looked exactly like the photos. The heated pool was just a few steps away in the backyard, the beach was just right across the street and there were great restaurants in the area. Our host Jonathan was very accommodating. Everything we needed was provided, clean wash cloths and towels, cookware and utensils, even beach toys. The only complaint if I had to make one were the loud footsteps from the neighbors above us, other than that it was perfect for our mini vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

We really enjoyed staying at Pam's place. Regency Towers was very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of other spring breakers. We purposely stayed at this end of Thomas Drive because I knew that we would not encounter any of the "wild" spring breakers that typically come to PCB this time of year and would have access to great restaurants. We also chose this unit because I knew that the balcony faced the sunset, which we immensely enjoyed every evening from the comfort of the patio. The property is gated by super-friendly staff and felt very safe. Unfortunately, there were double red flags daily (typical for this time of year), so we could not go in the ocean. However, we enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, ample pool chairs with included umbrellas, and the beach chairs and umbrellas down at the beach. Pam's place is very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. Also, the water pressure in the shower is amazing, which I really loved!

I’ve stayed at several condos on this property but Caty’s was one of a kind! I feel like the pictures online don’t do the condo justice. I loved the decor and felt very at home there. I was literally blown away with all of the different things she had for her guests to use. Board games, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, beach towels, coupons for local restaurants, lots of extras in the kitchen and even several extra throw blankets for those of us who stay cold 🥶 We all felt right at home and I couldn’t be more grateful for the generosity she showed to our family. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

Great place to stay! Vasyl responds really fast and even let us check in early. Great location and only a 5 minute walk from the beach and even closer to Pier Park!
