We had an amazing trip! My family and I loved it! We got huge kick out of the squirrels and the turtles!! The squirrels would come right up to you. Everything was nice neat and clean, I would recommend this host for anyone to stay!

The house was very nice and clean, it had everything that was listed on the site! The outside cooking by the pool and watching TV was the life!!! I really needed this little piece of heaven! I would definitely rent here again! Matthew was awesome!! Thanks again

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

Great location, beautiful pool, and a safe neighborhood. Many of the neighboring homes are AirBnbs as well, so be prepared for outdoor music during peak seasons, but the home and service from management was wonderful! Very responsive to issues and even offered an early checkin. I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back! The house was very clean and met all of our family’s needs. The location was perfect with the pool being right across the street and only a short walk to the beach. Becky was a great host and very accommodating. It was the perfect location to spend the holiday week with our family.

We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable and quiet home during our Florida vacation. The location was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Rebecca was an amazing host—responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The golf cart was a fantastic bonus, making our beach outings and dining experiences even more memorable. We will definitely return if Rebecca will have us!

Chandra’s place was just as described. Very nicely decorated and clean. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. We plan to visit again.

We really enjoyed the close walk ability to the beach. This was a great location in Gulf Highlands closest to the beach entrance. Not all pools are heated, but it wasn’t far to walk to one of the heated pools. We also enjoyed the putt putt course. We found the people at the entrances to be quite pleasant and helpful. Katy was a great host to work with, and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Unfortunately we had cold and rainy weather most of our stay so we did not get to use the lovely patio area as we’d hoped. So we easily drove to explore areas both east and west of PCB. Lots of good restaurants in the PCB areas too.

Stayed at Jenny’s place for a friend’s wedding. It was perfect location, the perfect amount of space and so clean! Jenny was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Also a very close walk to the beach! Would definitely stay here again.

I like that the home was what as it was described. We weren’t surprised by any extra things or issues. It was seamless and we enjoyed our stay. It was elegant but not over the top. Very well maintained and clean.

What a terrific find Joe’s property is. Located within 2 mins of the beach, quiet, spacious and welcoming. Our family and furry friend, everyone loved the place. Beach access is terrific, all instructions were clear and accurate. We recommend this getaway steps from the gulf coast to everyone. Joe is super responsive and was available for us when we needed him.

Our stay was perfect! The local suggestions on their profile were helpful, as we’d never been to the area. The home is VERY well stocked for a trip to the beach and all the kitchen essentials and then some!! Despite the attached townhome structure, the unit was very peaceful. Having the garage to keep sandy items out of the home combined with the shopvac for sand clean up for the car are some big pluses that set this unit apart from other beach rentals we’ve stayed at in the past. Also, Simeon was very quick to respond to our messages and was able to help us replace a lightbulb in a matter of minutes! The community itself was very well kept and friendly. We met some full time residents who were happy to make suggestions for activities and food places. We visited both Crystal Beach (walking distance) and the state beach ($6 parking) both were equal travel time both have bathrooms and outside showers and ramps for wagons. We cannot wait to visit again.
