To begin this review, I would like to personally thank Lauren for her communication and availability throughout my entire stay. She was always accessible, and provided answers to all of my questions. That being said, my stay was AMAZING! This cozy residence was reasonably priced, spacious, extremely clean, and equipped with everything my family and I needed. The stackable washer/dryer combo came in clutch, as we spent several days exploring the beaches and shopping outlets. And the beds - so comfortable that if you’re not careful, you'll sleep in! The bathrooms are super clean with everything you need, and the pool area was nice, as well. My family and I stayed three days this time around, but I look forward to staying much longer. I could not have asked for a better host, and I look forward to exploring other properties that she has in the future. This place of residency gets a 10/10 from my family and me!

We came for spring break and had a wonderful time! The neighborhood was very quiet and the house itself was perfect for our group, we also really appreciated all of the beach gear as that was where we spent most of our time. Also, we had bad weather and the host was able to extend our stay for us at a reduced price! We were so grateful for her flexibility and generosity, definitely recommend staying here whether with kids or for a girls trip!

I don't usually write reviews unless a place is really bad or really good and Shelly's place is really good! Perfectly situated just over a block from the beach and and equipped with everything you will need while there with a neat little cart to put it in. Loved the courtyard with plenty of furniture, grill & outdoor shower and would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Claudia’s place. It really is the perfect little cottage at the beach. We were so close to the beach access and had the perfect space to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Claudia was such a great host and made our stay so comfortable. Gave us easy to follow directions, was always available if needed and had all the amenities we could need. Thank you Claudia for letting us stay in your beautiful home!!

We loved this place! It was the perfect amount of space for two adults and four teenagers, had everything we needed, and the access to a pool along with being close to the beach was awesome. Heather was always very responsive and friendly. We were comfortable and felt right at home. We’d definitely stay here again!

Probably one the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in in Florida! Visited our daughter and son in law and our 3 month old grandson that live nearby. We came from Clearwater. Spotless, clean and inviting! Loved the porch and spent a lot of time in the rockers and swing in morning and evening enjoying the birds on the feeder and wind chime 🎶🎶. Nice big bedrooms and master bath. Very close to restaurants (Uncle Ernie’s is always great) Copper Tap Grill is good. PCB is about 15 minutes away or less. Schooner restaurant there is on beach and really good. Great location and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us, Barbara! Was nice talking with you too.

Our stay at Coral Cottage was wonderful. I booked during my girls spring break and ended up inviting a friend and her girl to join as well. Plenty of space as a darling beach cottage. Golf cart being included is hands down the best feature and it is an impressive golf cart to offer up to people. Mary Lou was very informative and proactive as a host. We loved our stay so much that we already have another one booked with her.

Suzanne was so responsive. Super helpful and yet gave us plenty of space to enjoy our vacation. The oven/stove needed to be replaced unexpectedly and she handled it so well. She went above and beyond making sure we were not inconvenienced. The house is a gem of a spot. The couch is super comfortable and our kids were so happy in their bunk room. Loved having use of the golf cart. Made back and forth to the beach so easy. The ocean was unusually rough for April so we had several double red flag days but we made it work and it helped that the house was so comfortable.

Excellent place to visit the beach in Panama City. I recommend it 100%. We accidentally forgot to close the door before leaving but Robert was still very kind and nice to us. The place is very quiet and beautiful. The house is nice and clean, perfect for spending time with the family.🩵🌴

Absolutely love this cottage! It is a true beach cottage perfect for two or two couples! The front porch was our coffee spot each day, and breakfast and dinner was perfect on the covered back porch! Huge yard would be great for kids, and the outdoor shower was great to rinse off after the beach. One block off the beach; you can’t beat it! It’s in a very quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors on golf carts mostly. It’s far enough from PCB you’re not dealing with large crowds or too many spring breakers. Only homes are right in the beach so theres plenty of space to spread out. There is a little coffee shop a block away. We loved the 79th pier for beach days. Great bbq place a mile away, Back Beach BBQ. Great little grocery store, Carousel .5 miles away. Zollo’s pizza was great closer to Panama City Beach. I will definitely be back! The AC was perfect! Fans in every room and front porch made it incredibly comfortable no matter where you were. Sharon was lovely!
