Beach house vacation rentals in Rosemary Beach

This house had plenty of room for the whole family, was beautiful and private. I would recommend this rental to anyone that needed the extra room. The house having a kitchenette and additional living room on the second floor was very helpful. We would love to return sometime.

The house is absolutely stunning! Close to town yet far enough away that the beach experience was still private and not overcrowded. The kids enjoyed the home and all of its games so much! The deck was a wonderful place to sit and play as well! Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

Our family LOVED this Airbnb. It perfect for just my husband and our 4 kids. The location being right on the beach with our own chairs and umbrellas was the cherry on top. The host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The home was very cozy and we would love to stay here in future again.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The views from the balcony, and the beach just a few steps away was amazing. Parking was nice and convenient. The house had everything we needed and everything was in perfectly working condition. We will absolutely be back!

We had a fantastic New Year's holiday here with a very large group of 4 families. The house has private access to the beach and one of the best views for the New Year's fireworks show. It's a great location and has lots of options for takeout and many great bars within walking distance. Todd was really helpful and responsive to all our questions.

We had a great stay in Santa Rosa beach. We got to experience the florida blizzard during our trip! It was a very short walk to the beach and it was nice to wake up to the views of the lake especially when the dock was covered with snow. Thank you Elizabeth for sharing your home

This house was beautiful and very clean. The private beach access was perfect and it couldn’t have been any easier to walk straight out to the beach. Nina was very responsive to anything we needed. We had some issues with the pool not working correctly but she quickly had someone out to work on the pool and took care of us for the inconvenience. The location was great and this is a place we would definitely come back to.

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! My friends and I had an amazing time. Tracie is by far the best host I’ve ever worked with. She was super responsive, kind, and accommodating. She gave tons of excellent recommendations for fun things to do and was flexible with check-in/check-out because we were flying in from Boston. Could not recommend this place more!!

Outstanding host, very responsive ensuring our stay was the best it could be. Cute neighborhood with beautiful pool and attentive HOA staff. We loved walking to the beach everyday and the sturdy wagon was a game changer for hauling our gear and everything we could possibly want with us to spend the day on the beautiful white sandy beach. Christina’s house had everything we needed and was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The Welcome Guide (app) was a go to with all the information at our fingertips. We enjoyed our extended stay in Christina’s home and made great memories with family who visited us. Thank you for being an amazing host and sharing your home with us!

Tyler was great. Will stay here again. Close to everything for entertainment. The house was fully equipped and everything was provided that you may need. The house was clean and was enough room for a large group.. No complaints..We had a great time. THANKS TYLER!!

We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

We had a wonderful stay! Great location and the house was super cute and different! We loved the covered patios and massive living room space!

Jennifer’s place was a great place for a family with kids to relax and enjoy private swimming pool & hot-tub with wonderful lounge chairs & a tiki garage with video games for the kids. The open living room dining was spacious for six people . The bedrooms had their own smart TVs . The public access beach was across the street with reasonable beach chair rentals. The golf cart which was rented separately was a great way to get to the beach and restaurants in the area. Great location to get to all restaurants and activities. We will definitely rent again!

Neil was responsive to all my questions which I appreciated. The beach was within walking distance. Towels were provided but you will need to provide everything else, such as chairs or sand toys etc…however in season, chairs are available to rent on the beach.

We had to spend a couple extra days in Panama City after our puppy had to spend a few unexpected days at the emergency vet (who are AMAZING btw). This was incredibly stressful and anxious time, but Surfing Dog was the perfect cozy place for us and our other dog to recoup, reset, and ultimately relax after we got her back. the place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed in this very tense time. Irina was very responsive, and proactive making sure we had everything we needed at check in / out and throughout our stay. DEFINITLY would stay here again :)

Absolutely loved our stay! This place is a hidden gem in PCB! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Nestled in a lovely neighborhood on the quieter side of Panama City Beach, it was the perfect getaway. Just a short, easy walk to the beach, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Paul was fantastic with communication and made the whole process a breeze. Our whole family, including the pups, felt right at home. We can't say enough good things and truly hope to be back soon!

This is our 2nd stay at Kiersten's place. We love the house and the neighborhood. Kiersten is a very responsive host. It is convenient to many stores, restaurants and the beach. Of course, Thomas' Donuts is a MUST and it is an easy ride on the golf cart.

Absolutely the best time I have had in PCB. I have stayed at multiple places.. condos, hotels, and beach houses in this tops it ALL. The host is 10 out of 10 and the house was so spotless the golf cart amenity was perfect for going to the beach instead of driving your car private entrance to the beach was also amazing due to less crowds. I will forever stay with this Host!

We have enjoyed out trip so much we extended by one night and they had absolutely no problem doing so for us! Last minute needed to bring our dogs with us and she was more than happy to accommodate for us. The house had all the necessities plus more, only a few minutes away from the beach access , the neighborhood is a great walking neighborhood/ very quiet and peaceful! We can’t wait to come back!

Our family of four, plus our beloved dog, had an absolutely fantastic time at this home! It was the perfect spot for our spontaneous mini staycation weekend. The location was ideal, with so many local attractions just a stone's throw away. We were thrilled with all the amenities provided in the home—it truly exceeded our expectations! Our dog joined us on every adventure, making it even more special. Without a doubt, we would jump at the chance to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in the area in the future!
