Great place for a weekend retreat, very peaceful with amazing views. An afternoon in the hot tub overlooking the water is just what you need after a week of work.

Beautiful house in lovely surroundings. Extremely relaxing stay for my family and I, and a great location for accessing Cotswold water parks and country. Excellent host, provided good information quickly. Would happily come back!

We had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and much nicer and bigger than the photos in my opinion. The host was really responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a trip with friends or family. Kitchen has more than enough glasses/pots/pans etc which was really helpful when cooking a meal for 6. Lovely space and I will be back :-)

Couldn’t recommend more. We had a great stay! Hosts were very communicative and proactive from the beginning and made our stay very enjoyable. The house was gorgeous, well prepared and we felt right at home.

Beautiful place to stay, very helpful information folder of the area. You could walk or drive to restaurants/bar. If the weather had been better we would have explored the lakes more. But we got out and about . Very clean and tidy place and everything inside that you could possibly want. We would definitely stay again . Thanks Frannie x

The property has beautiful views over the lake and we could see loads of different water birds. The view was even better than the photos suggested. The property was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and has an excellent coffee machine. This would be perfect for an extended family group or 2 families sharing. There was lots of storage and places for shoes and coats. The onsite restaurant Balihoo was excellent especially if you are coeliac. There was also a pizza shack that my kids said was great. Clare was a proactive host and the property is run by Orion holidays who sent plenty of communication and information. We will definitely visit again.

Lovely property, well maintained and well equipped. Great resort with plenty to do for families and groups. We enjoyed hanging out in the house, as well as using the pool, lakes, play areas and walks around the site. Can recommend!

Been stay there for a month and felt amazing. Location is really great in town center right opposite the shopping mall. 5 mins drive to Train Station Many Supermarkets and Convenience Stores nearby Amazing flats, environment is good neighbour is super nice. Everything is perfect The Apartment is great and clean, much better than I expected. The host was super nice!! Any problem with the flat the host will help you asap. Would recommend this stay 👍🏼

We had a perfect stay at Terry and Elaine’s. The apartment is beautiful - spotlessly clean, cosy and beautifully decorated. Ducklington is such a pretty village and we had a lovely meal at the pub next door too. We loved all the extra touches in the apartment such as the biscuits, chocolates, dog biscuits and the booklet which told you all about the local area and different places to visit. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and Terry and Elaine were so lovely and welcoming, recommending us different things to do and areas to visit. We were really sad to leave but can’t wait to come back and explore more of the beautiful Cotswolds xx

Everything went very well. The flat is comfortable, especially the living room upstairs! We had a great time. Edward was very kind and it was easy to communicate.

Could’ve asked for a better location - as it’s a city centre spot everything was walkable which is exactly what we wanted. If you’re after peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Spotlessly clean, friendly host, comfy bed, with all amenities you would expect. Highly recommend!

Mo's place was perfect. The location was ideal and the flat was very clean and tidy. There were far more equipment than stated so great to see a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and cleaning products. Thank you for a great stay.

Two years after our last stay in Binsey, we were very happy to return for another week. It was a very nice welcome, we had lovely conversations with Alison and Steve. Binsey is unique, quite, excellent if you need time to write or read. Rent a bike for journeys to Jerchio, the city center, colleges or the University hospital. We can highly recommend this place and hope to return in the near future.

We had a fantastic stay at Glyme Flat. The location was perfect for what we wanted as we were exploring the Cotswolds. The Flat itself was super clean and tidy with everything that you needed and was in a very quiet location. The information pack was very detailed and would definitely recommend watching the video of how to find the flat as it came in very handy when we lost signal from the main entrance. Would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

The pictures really don’t do the cottage justice, the grounds are absolutely beautiful. I’d definitely recommend taking Jane’s advice and visiting Arrow Mill, and it’s well worth making the short 10-minute drive to Hiller’s Farm Shop. Jane was also incredibly kind and supportive during an unexpected emergency that caused us to leave a night early. She’s a truly caring and attentive host. We had a lovely stay and would happily return!

Sarah’s place is in lovely surroundings looking out over one of the lakes. We had a lovely relaxing stay and Sarah responded very quickly to our questions. The local brasserie is really reasonable and very nice food. Would recommend!

We had a fantastic time and Stacey was very helpful in recommending a local firm to supply us with a kayak and Paddleboard, the kids really enjoyed it Would definitely recommend and will be returning

Absolutely gorgeous home . We loved every moment of it. The house has an incredible kitchen and great little snugs downstairs. Lovely bedrooms upstairs and a large garden to the front of the home , surrounded by a bricked wall and some paddocks to the side. Some breakfast and drinks were left for us on arrival, which was lovely. We stayed for two nights and would definitely come back. Just a note for future guests : The house is hard to find for delivery drivers so just make sure you write in the notes that it’s opposite court lane on village road, otherwise they all end up going to the village pub , which is down the road! What an amazing find. We have just returned from a fabulous stay with our children, at Chris and Alexandra’s gorgeous cottage - the photos don’t do it justice. So much to do and the most stunning views - there really is something for everyone. We didn’t want to leave. Chris and Alexandra were excellent hosts - helpful, friendly and responsive. We definitely will be returning.

We loved the cottage and Lower Mill estate so much that we stayed an extra night. The cottage was lovely with comfy beds, warm and cosy living area and bonus garden that was enclosed so our dog could be let off the lead. There is so much to do from the door step such as long walks round the estate, nature reserve and to local pubs, tennis and swimming on site. Lovely restaurant and bar. We will definitely come again and will look to stay here

Jason was the perfect host. Great communication and the house was just great with all the touches of making sure our stay was as perfect as possible. It’s such a great base for being able to enjoy the surroundings. Our kids had the best time being able to use the estates facilities all as part of our stay at the cottage. Would definitely recommend.

Thoroughly loved our time here! We didn’t use the spa but we did get to use the heated outdoor pool. Weather was amazing and we sat outside in the sun with lovely views over the lake. Lovely development and so much to do locally. Property is better than the pictures. It has a lovely homely feel. The kitchen is really well equipped, beds are comfortable and location is amazing.
