Villa vacation rentals in Oxford

This is second time we’ve stayed on Lower Mill Estate as it has great onsite facilities, so nice not to go too far with the little ones. We did the Cotswold Wildlife Park, it is a 30 minute drive but well worth it. Also Emerald Thai in Cirencester was delicious. The house itself had everything as described on the listing, lovely views over the lake and was enough space downstairs for 10 adults and 4 little ones. Two of the double rooms are on smaller side so wouldn’t recommend if you need space for a few travel cots. On the first morning a few of us had cold showers as hot water wasn’t on, but we figured it out waited half an hour and all was ok. We reported this along with one of double bed had broken slats which wasn’t ideal, but appreciate nothing could be done at the time. The contact was very apologetic about this and it didn’t hinder our stay. Thank you

We had a great long weekend at Llyn View for a family celebration. The house was stunning and very well equipped. It was lovely to relax on the terrace in the sun looking out over the lake. The estate has good amenities - we used the indoor pool, played tennis and did some walks. We had a nice meal in the restaurant and also visited for coffee and cocktails. Jan and Jamie were very responsive to a query we had before our arrival.

We had a wonderful stay as a family. Grandparents enjoyed relaxing, kids enjoyed using all the sports facilities and paddle boarding on the lake. The hot tub on the roof was fantastic and a nice bit of privacy. The information prior to arriving was brilliant and clear. We ate at Ballihoo (Juan was super nice!) and enjoyed drinks in the sunshine there most afternoons. Recommendations for food: We had a meal at Henry’s and it was incredible, and they were very accommodating for children as they don’t have a kids menu. We also had fish and chips from Malt&Anchor which was delicious. We loved the house and lower mill estate. Such a fantastic place! Thank you 😊

Beautiful house, it was ideal for our family get together. Very comfortable, including the beds. Lots of attention to detail. Having individual bathrooms is a big plus. There's a range of activities on site to suit everyone. Information supplied and communication before our arrival was excellent. Any problems we had were responded to quickly. All in all, a great weekend break.

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. The house was spacious yet had a really cosy feel to it. The hosts were friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend staying here.
