We had an amazing time. The home was so comfortable with brilliant touches. From the welcoming calming music to the basket and bits of goodies. It made us all feel right at home. The house had so many beautiful features and areas to relax and spend time as a family. Dan was a perfect host. He gave some lovely recommendations and the local pub was great.

This was our second stay in the house in order to attend a family function in the village and like the first, it couldn’t have been better. Ideal size for our requirements and lovely location but most of all, such friendly and welcoming hosts!

Great location that is ~25-30 minutes from city center and many of the sights like Radcliffe camera. Also has a well connected bus stop right around the corner that made it easy to navigate around much of the city (especially when some of our party was tired of walking). Rooms were pretty spacious (especially master and loft bedroom) and having access to a washing machine in the house was great. Henrietta was very responsive to any questions I had and we enjoyed our stay!

Sophie was a fabulous host. Super responsive and communicated clearly. Her home was ideal for our family of two to take a few days relaxation near the Cotswolds and just around the corner from Bleinham Palace. We loved it. Would recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at Edward's flat. The location was great - easy transport into the city centre, and various nature walks close by. The kitchen appliances were either new or well maintained, and the main bedroom had an excellent desk and wardrobe. The living room was a great place to relax, as it had plenty of windows and quiet due to its upstairs access. The flat is slightly old, so there are minor annoyances such as some drafty windows and inconsistent hot water in the shower.

This apartment was exactly as described. Close to the town centre and right on the Thames next to the boat tours. The place was perfectly clean and all the amenities you need are supplied. The carpark was so useful as well and so close to the apartment. The only slight drawback is it’s on a busy street so opening windows wasn’t ideal however air conditioning is in the room and this provides the cooling needed as we were lucky enough to have a lovely warm weekend. It is also close to bars and small independent cafes which are just lovely. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of staying here to do so you will not be disappointed.

Wow! Where do I even begin. Nena and her family, along with their staff, were extraordinary hosts. Very friendly and accommodating, and provided lovely recommendations when asked. The beauty of this property is unmatched! The hazelnut cottage was the perfect place to unwind and relax after our busy days in London and Paris. There was plenty to explore on the property as well - playing croquet on the lawn was a highlight of our trip! For our first vacation to Europe from the states, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. We are already planning a trip back and will recommend these cottages to everyone we know. 1000/10! Ps. The carrot cake is delicious!

Sophie’s home was truly amazing. Located in this quiet serene location with walkable nature trail to a lake nearby, and with tastefully designed interiors and what I could describe as my dream kitchen, the only word for all these was just AMAZING! With very drivable roads it’s really easy to get to from Oxford. The bathroom is super clean and pretty with a nice tub. Would love to stay again if there’s a chance and perhaps get to meet Sophie and her family as they were away for the weekend!

Nena’s cottage is a hidden gem. It exceeded our expectations. The place is super cozy, squeaky clean and fully equipped to the smallest detail. The Christmas tree and welcome hamper were a kind touch that made our stay more welcoming. The location is great, surrounded by nature in the middle of beautiful Cotswolds. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway.

Barry was really communicative beforehand, giving great instructions on how to find the property and get in. What's great about this property is, unlike some properties for 2 people, this is a complete house, with separate kitchen (very well equipped, though no dishwasher but that's fine), sitting room, dining room downstairs and a bathroom and bedroom upstairs. the kitchen isn't massive, but doesn't need to be and a couple or a person on their own could stay here for a good chunk of time. Barry was a great host and we would definitely stay at Church View cottage again. Witney is walking distance (about 40mins) and there were lots of taxis to jump in to take us back to the cottage.
