Townhome vacation rentals in Oxford

This is a fabulous place to stay. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes washing machine and dishwasher, oven, large fridge/freezer. The bed was comfortable with an ensuite that includes a large walk-in shower. It was warm with hot water all day. The surrounding neighbours were quiet and it is in a peaceful spot. Cowley Road is accessible via a nice walk through Barracks Lane, which is mostly countryside. The number 10 bus takes about forty minutes to get into the city centre. A car rental would make getting around easier. The flat has is own parking space too. Juan communicates well and is responsive and friendly. I would stay there again and highly recommend.

I stayed at Kathryn's place over the New Year with my family (three adult couples, a 2 year old and 2 month old). It was just perfect! There was everything we could have possibly needed for the children (and more!!). Our daughter loved playing with the dolls' house. The house is beautifully done up and was very clean and well equipped. It was well located - just a few minutes walk to the centre of Witney. Kathryn was a great host - very responsive and kindly let us have an early check in and late check out. We'd love to come back again! Thank you!

Can’t believe how amazing this house is. Melanie is very nice and responsible, the house has brilliant views facing the lake where animals wandering around. Great place for a family with kids. Definitely will go back .

This was such a wonderful stay. The home is close to many attractions in Oxford and nice restaurants. Very walkable. The home is nice and cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Airbnb Paul was a very responsive and excellent host. The home in Henley was ideally located to enjoy the town by foot. We needed three comfortable bedrooms and a nice amount of space to gather and to be able to prepare our own breakfast and food when necessary. This properly fit the bill in every respect. Plus, it has a lovely garden with a nice view. I highly recommend both the property and Paul as host.

Lucy was a lovely host right from the day of booking to the end of our stay. She gave recommendations for our trip and she went above and beyond during our stay. Would definitely recommend Lucy as a host.

Clare’s place was a great home from home in Oxford. Taxi to central Oxford was £6. Easily walkable if we had more amenable kids! 😂 The house itself was easy to check-in and nicely decorated. The downstairs suite was newly renovated and the kitchen was well equipped. The sofa in the front room was a comfortable place to relax. A word of warning on parking. The double yellow lines outside the property were my main concern, but I found parking on the street very close by, but I hadn’t appreciated that it’s permit only parking. You may need to venture further afield to find a suitable parking spot or end up with a ticket. 😩

Although a bit of a walk from downtown, this is a lovely place. It was comfortable for two people. The outside area would be lovely during better weather.

It was great to stay at Ali's place. He is an excellent host, quick to respond and helpful with local knowledge. The studio is well equipped and very comfortable. I look forward to staying here again and would recommend it to others. Ali is also a great great guy.

Great house for multiple people as there are so many rooms, with sizeable beds. Was perfect for our business trip. Relaxing, quiet place with bright, clean décor and nice view onto the marina. The house is nicely designed and rooms very spacious.

Our party of 4 women and a baby were very comfortable in this home. It did have some quirky features but these are already clear from the reviews. eg main bathroom is small but as we were all family we used the lovely en- suite for showering. Attic stairs are steep but perfectly OK for a nimble person and the attic bedroom is large, warm and comfy.

We were very pleased with our trip to Melissa's in Jericho over New Year. The house itself is on a quiet street within a short walk of the lovely cafes, pubs, shops and cinema in Jericho, as well as within easy reach of the city centre and canal. The house is as described: perfect for 2 people with very attractive decor and all the amenities you could need for a short stay. Melissa couldn't have been more helpful: she met us on arrival, gave us some ideas of things to do, and also provided some parking permits. We will definitely come back here on our next trip.

Easy to find in the heart of Witney. Literally walking distance to groceries, but still quiet area. Rachel was very welcoming with friendly approach. We were very satisfied with this stay.

The house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a great stay. It was well equipped with everything we needed and we would definitely stay again. Jeremy was responsive to any queries we had. Excellent host!

From our arrival We felt that Sam’s house was our 2nd home! Maeve was especially grateful for allowing her to share the toys within the playroom. Pool table was a great addition too! location for attending a family wedding nearby was perfect.

My only regret is that we didn’t spend more time at the house! Greyfriars’s Hideaway is definitely the nicest most well appointed Airbnb I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Each room is very private and the house is quite soundproof, with heavy doors and space separating the rooms. The kitchen had everything and more that we’d want. The location is perfect for exploring Oxford, right in the middle of everything and very walkable. We enjoyed the pubs on either side of the home as well. Communication was flawless and we were very comfortable with our group of 12 in the two adjacent properties. Highly, highly recommend!

We stayed with our dog for about 10 days in between moving. Super cozy and clean. It had everything we needed for our long stay. Great location to the town center.

Great accommodation. Easy walking too city center and train station. Comfy bed. We'll appointed kitchen, but bring your own spices.
