House vacation rentals in Ohio River

The parking was important to us and there was plenty of room there for the trucks. The property, more importantly room situation was accurately decribed which we also appreciated. Beth was very responsive to any messages sent. overall great experience.

House is very cute and spacious enough for our group. We were lucky enough to have great March weather and were able to enjoy the beach and lake a bit as well as the nice pool. Having the double fridges and laundry was also super convenient for a larger group. Quiet area. We enjoyed it!

A perfect house for a weekend of making memories! Celebrated my son's 16th bday with his friends!! The home is described exactly as advertised. So much to do inside and out for all ages! The indoor pool is above and beyond anything I've ever seen in a private home!!! Wish we would have had more days to spend and celebrate. You will not be disappointed in this resort like home for any occasion.

This was a perfect house for our family. We were meeting up from different states. Everything was so lovely and well equipped. There was a nice, big back yard, fully fenced which my dog loved. The children playroom was awesome, my 2 yr-old nephew loved it! Great location in between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Amanda was quick to respond to any needs or questions. The outdoor space was awesome the pool the hot tub plenty of outdoor seating. The house was stocked with plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen has all the pots pans and utensils you need to prepare meals. We would definitely stay here again. GREAT home for our family of 6. Plenty of space to spread out. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our teenage kids said, “this was one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in!” We’ll be back for sure for our next tournament!

A rememberable stay from start to finish! Due to the weather we had reached out to James to come in a day earlier and he was very accommodating to us and we were able to stay another day in his lovely home. James was very attentive, the house was perfectly located, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We are definitely looking to stay here again.

Moose Lodge was incredible from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the hot tub in the back, which quickly became our post-run hangout spot. It offered an excellent view of the valley below, accompanied by the calming sounds of a rushing waterfall, all under a breathtaking view of the galaxy above. The living area was the perfect blend of vintage charm and cozy warmth, providing an open space for the group to gather without feeling cramped. The kitchen was spacious enough to cook every breakfast and dinner in the lodge, saving us a ton of money. The location was conveniently just 17 minutes from Snowshoe, West Virginia, and even closer to Silver Creek. If booking in the winter, it may be wise to have chains on your tires, but we had no issues, even after snowfall. I usually like to explore different Airbnb options when visiting the same vacation spot, but I can confidently say that the next time I’m in Snowshoe, I will be booking with James again.

The place was a beautiful place to stay with family while we were in town for a convention. Very adequate bathroom and kitchen space and a comfy living room to sit around and visit.

Clean and very quiet place to get away.

We had a great stay. Very clean, spacious and comfortable! If you forgot something at home no worries, they had it available, toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, Q-tips, condiments, coffee for your whole stay and more. We had a last-minute guest added to our stay due to an emergency and there was plenty of room. There was a kid's playroom off one of the bedrooms with a play kitchen and toys, so it worked out perfectly she loved it. There was also a basket of snacks when we arrived. I would highly recommend staying here, and we will return again for next year. Thank you for having us!

Nice house, close to snowshoe. A few minor issues but the host was responsive and we had a good stay.

The house was exactly what we needed for our visit to Martin to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. It slept 10 people comfortably, was extremely clean, and felt warm and welcoming. I highly recommend!

It was perfect for our 1 year anniversary getaway trip. Town was close by with some things to do.

Small town, relaxing stay with everything you need for a relaxing weekend. Enjoyed watching movies and playing games at night. Rio Grande is a small town gem and the Little Brick House makes itself part of the great experience.

We have a son at VT and came to celebrate his birthday for the long weekend. The house had more beds than we needed, but we appreciated the space. We really liked the fenced in yard for our dogs. It was a particularly wet and cold weekend, so it was nice to be able to let them out easily. We also appreciated being able to park in the garage to avoid getting soaked! The location was close to downtown with lots of food options nearby. We walked 5 minutes to pick up donuts before it started raining one day. We also found a nearby dog park when the weather let up. Our son and friend’s wifi was down, so they came to study at the house which was nice. I worked while they studied, and there was plenty of space for all! We also celebrated his birthday at the house with cake and games. We hope to be back to enjoy it again in the future!

Loved staying at Katie’s , was very homey and comfortable for the whole family

Kevin and Joy were pleasant and responsive. Their home is lovely. We had everything we needed for the weekend. Previous reviews regarding the bathroom made me slightly nervous but it was fine. It's an older home but well kept, neat and clean. Conveniently located to shopping, resturaunts and the Convention center. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all places we have stayed. The place was clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was easy to navigate to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to supermarkets and dozens of restaurants. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful home. Thank you Rachel!

Excellent spot to stay! Nicholas was very excellent in communication, especially with the nasty storm that came through, that tore some things up. I will definitely be coming back!
