Barn vacation rentals in Ohio River

What a nice stay! I booked last minute for myself and my two dogs and had no issues at all. Host was very pleasant and helped me get settled in my room. There was a private area for my dogs to use for the bathroom in the back, easy access from the room. Host was willing to prepare food, wish I hadn’t eaten something quick just before booking. Room was clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed.

Great place to stay! It snowed leading up to our stay and they shoveled the drive way and salted the path which was really considerate. Even gave us sledding suggestions when asked. They were very nice, accommodating and quick to respond. And the home was lovely and cozy. Great place for larger groups. Lots of places to sleep and eat and games around the house. Would definitely stay again!

We just stayed at the Dream Rock Silo bungalow for the 6th time, and every visit has been wonderful. Karen and Bill always make us feel like family. They are exceptional hosts, and their attention to detail and their creativity are amazing. The bungalow is super clean, comfortable, well-crafted, and beautifully furnished and decorated. Outside is always peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views, gardens, rocks, and a stream. We love the very friendly, entertaining shepherds, Max and Joe, who spend every waking minute on our covered patio and in the yard playing ball. The sweet older husky, Folger, also spends time with us and gives us a “lean in”. We rarely leave the property and didn’t leave at all this time. We’re already planning our next visit and can't wait to get back to Dream Rock.

This is a cool space. Large and nicely decorated. We went out to the barn and saw the goats, horses and chickens. The property is pretty and interesting. Met the host and she showed us around. Thanks for the great stay!

Very accommodating for early arrival. Provided queen mattress for third person. Coffee was in pint jar in frig door. There’s no toaster, but frying pan did the job.

Where do I begin?! Wow! We stayed at one of the apartments inside the barn. I couldn't believe that we were staying with the cows! Our front door opened right to the observation deck where you can admire and feel enamored with the cows. In the apartment, everything was pristine, cleaned, spotless, and felt so cozy and peaceful! We brought our two doggies and they enjoyed the space, too. As a mom with a teenager (who loves being on his phone), I knew this would be an once-in-a-lifetime experience for him, and it was! We were able to walk around the property and even go see the calves across the road. Jorge, one of the staff working on property, was SO nice and informative about the farm and was SO welcoming to us! Communication on Airbnb was top notch as well, as the hosts were consistently checking in and sent us detailed check-in and check-out instructions. We were also able to visit Bowling Green which is only a 40 or minute drive from the farm. We will for sure be back!

Perfect and serene setting for a couple or family. Convenient to Nashville sights and easy access to I-40. Our hosts thought of everything and made our stay easy and enjoyable.

What a beautiful barn! I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect. Shelby has created such a stunning space. We felt completely at home and so cozy! We will definitely be back.

Twinflower Cabin is exactly like the pictures. Everything you could need for a peaceful, unplugged weekend is there. Katie and Michael have thought of everything you might need and then some! This was our 3rd stay and it just keeps getting better!

Wonderful place to stay. Stayed 5 nights with my family, 4 generations from my 81 yo dad to our 1 yo and 5 month old granddaughters.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs but this is the best one. Barbara is such an amazing host and treated us like family. The loft was so nice and neat. The goats were so cute and friendly as well. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

We loved staying at this place. The cabin is both rustic and homey. There is a large patio with a fire pit if the weather is nice. We visited in December and the Christmas tree and decorations were a lovely surprise. The location is great especially if you plan to visit Oglebay Park. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to rest and get away from the busyness of life this place is for you. The host was kind and responsive. The beds are comfortable and the decor in the cabin is so cute and cozy. Plus the bathroom showers are amazing!

Very homey and private cabin. Would recommend if you are looking for a weekend to get away and really disconnect and relax. Very close to Boone, Blowing Rock and Grandfather Mountain as well for any activities you want to do there. The listing is as advertised and peaceful!

My husband and I stayed at this quaint and cozy Barn for the weekend. We loved everything about our stay…from the greeting by the friendly farm dogs to friendliness of our gracious host. We want to come back in the spring when all the flowers are in bloom. We highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed at the barn for a hunting trip and the barn was perfect. Everything was very clean and had all utensils that you need. We really liked this place and plan on renting again next year.

The loft was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The views from the balconies were beautiful. The host was very nice! We would love to stay here again!

Michael & Dawn were absolute lifesavers after the originally AirBNB I was supposed to be staying in cancelled on me at the last second. They were very responsive when I was trying to find something at the last minute during the area’s busy season, & the cabin is SO NICE. I could not recommend them and this property enough!

It was beautiful! We loved our stay! The entire house is just like the pictures, we had absolutely no issues and had a great time!

Debbies unit are even better in person than in pictures we unfortunately weren’t able to stay as long as we wanted to but we will be back in a few months for a longer stay !!!! I will recommend this beautiful unit and building all the time i have NO complaints!!!!!

The ‘Red Barn’ ( ie Beaumont Parlour) has a welcoming happy atmosphere, with high ceilings & lots of light. The kitchen is well equipped, which was ideal because I cooked for myself during my stay. And I slept soundly in the comfortable king bed!
