We had a great stay at Fox Berry Hill. It has a great view and some nice amenities. It's definitely feels quite a ways from civilization, which is what we were looking for. We brought all everything we needed for our three night stay, so that wasn't a big deal. Ronnie was an excellent host and very responsive. They were having some work done on their dock, but he arranged for us to use the neighbor's - so no harm done. We even accidently left behind an item and he arranged to ship it back to us. Thanks!

Great cottage stay near Summersville Lake. Beautiful pond in rear of property to sit and enjoy viewing while having my morning coffee. Easy walk to Fat Eddie's for the best ice cream. Just a couple minutes drive to the boat ramp, walking trails, restaurants, etc.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed yet quiet enough to relax. The host went above and beyond to ensure the place was fully stocked with all the essentials, plus a fantastic selection of entertainment options. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free, cozy getaway!

We had a wonderful stay in this historic home. It was charming and cozy but had the updates of modern amenities! The kitchen was well stocked and there is a gas grill provided which we used to fix dinners while relaxing by the fire pit. The house was very clean and well appointed. It was a great perk that they provide bikes to use on the trail. We biked towards Draper (the trail was closed just before getting into town) so we couldn’t get all the way to Draper Mercantile but I’d recommend doing that once the trail opens. It is about a 12.5 mile round trip ride from the house. Beautiful mountain and river views along the trail. Internet worked great for us and our cell phones were able to send and receive calls when connected to WiFi calling. Hosts were friendly and very responsive! We would love to return again!

Jill was a great host! Responded quickly to messages received. It was easy to checkin and find all information needed for the stay via the app. The house was perfect for myself and three others. Everything was clean and looked perfect as the photos displayed. The best part of the stay was the amazing view of the lake from the back of the house.

Beautiful place to stay with your partner. I love the place, very cozy and peaceful. Also the jacuzzi is perfect infront of the lake to go in winter.

We stayed at this property for a long overdue girls weekend. The home was exactly as described online and was full of charm and character. Jesse was extremely responsive and easy to work with. We’ll definitely book this property again!

I was surprised when originally it said check in time was 5:00 PM couple days prior to checking in. I did reach out and he responded right away that nobody was there day before and we could check in anytime after 1:30 which was a huge relief. I had not seen a check in time when I booked. Everything about the place was as described and perfect. Note: there are no lights on the dock for night fishing. Matt at no time said there were and when I asked him if there was a place to turn on lights he actually said we could run into town purchase something and he would reimburse us. I thought that was going above and beyond. Fishing was great. It was a very nice place. I did pay more than I usually do after fees and taxes more than I usually do per night. After our stay I would be tempted to pay the money to stay there in the future. Matt is a great host.

My family had a great time. We did early Christmas and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. Comfortable beds.

The house was perfect for our thanksgiving getaway. The hospitality was great! We enjoyed the hiking trails near by.

It was a lovely girls weekend get away. Perfect for 2-3 people! We enjoyed the lake view and quiet neighborhood. It was safe, clean, and easy to get in and out of.

I quite enjoyed the peace and quiet away from the busy city and highways. The hot tub and view of the lake were exactly what I needed to relax outside. The amenities offered were better than expected! The back porch even has privacy screens you can lower while using the hot tub. You will be close to your neighbors! I felt like if I kept the lights on in the living room/kitchen, anyone could see me from the backyards of neighboring houses at night. Hohman Lake Road is a dirt and gravel path - my Nissan Altima could handle the inclines despite wet conditions. I'd be worried to drive my car there after a heavy downpour or freeze, however. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the cabin. It was private, had everything we needed and had wonderful energy overall.

Loved this cabin and our unplugged Thanksgiving! There were nine of us, plus two babies. We appreciated the big open space, plenty of room around the table and in the living room. Beds were comfy and showers were great. Well-stocked kitchen. So many DVDs to choose from! Nice gas grill and wood stove. View was breathtaking. Dana was an excellent host. Loved the shuffleboard table! Best part by far was no wifi and spotty service. It forced us to relax, talk to each other, play games, and enjoy nature. Highly recommend this place!

Alina and Matt are amazing! They are very responsive, and very caring and accommodating. They genuinely care and want you to enjoy your stay. This cabin was very beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway!
