Fantastic host and area! Beautiful setting and loved the shared kitchen/community area!! Great place to disconnect while enjoying the town of Berea! Loved our visit to Tater Knob pottery and hiking the Pinnacles! Will definitely be back!!

Enjoyed a trip here with my wife. Was a beautifully little town and the cabin was plenty comfy. We stayed in the love shack and plan to come back again and try one of the other cabins in the future! Got to talk to the Hostess during check-out and she was very welcoming and friendly!

We had a great time at the Jaybird Treehouse! The weather unfortunately kept us inside most of it, but if we had to be stuck inside, we were happy it was at Kris’ property. We can’t wait to come back in the future!

Me and my five-year-old son absolutely loved this place. It was great to just get out for the weekend. Definitely recommend it to anyone that are going as couples or with your kids.

Wonderful fun and let friendly. She left little Easter eggs of candy for the kids. Super fun and easy to get into. Def worth it!

This cabin was awesome…exceeded expectations! So cozy and cute with beautiful, peaceful surroundings. It was spotless - one of the cleanest, neatest Airbnb homes I’ve stayed in. The host responded to my questions immediately. It was also very touching to see the added touches as a tribute to Trooper Fox. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the area and the atmosphere around the home. We didn’t go anywhere but it was nice to just get away for a few days with my sisters. Definitely going to go again.

Great space, loved the decor and the hot tub was really nice. My only complaint was water pressure but I knew that before I booked it due to other reviews. It was a very cozy place!

We had a tent camping trip planned but severe weather was in the forecast so we stayed at this cabin instead and it was a great find! Would definitely stay again.

Madison’s cabin is unique and perfect for a small group of friends. The large deck with hammock elevated in the trees was the perfect place to relax. This cabin can’t be beat if you are in the Burkesville area.

Lovely cabin, super cozy and convenient within the space itself and close access to the area. We enjoyed the open layout of the full space indoors, the deck, firepit and hot tub, it was like a mini cabin complex on a hill. Modern amenities in good working order. We had trouble accessing the house manual, I’d suggest familiarizing yourself with the ‘BTU Trane RunTru Wall Mounted Ductless Air remote, it’s easy to use but was confusing at first. In regard to the hilltop, parking is no joke, be alert, heavy rain did deteriorate the exit of the drive a bit. Lugging things inside could pose a problem for anyone with mobility problems. In all, a great stay! Definitely recommend and would return on another visit to the area.

We loved our stay here. The rocks and river were so beautiful. The down stairs really feels more like a “tiny home.” The kids had a great space upstairs in the loft. They had a microwave and outdoor grill for cooking, but we didn’t see the toaster oven shown in the pictures. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The couch on the porch is very relaxing. We did feel the price was a bit high for it feeling more like a tiny home, but we definitely loved our stay.

My kids and I absolutely loved this place! For our first "camping" venture this worked great. Location was easy to find, parking instructions were clear, place was cute and fun and fit the listing description. There was enough room for my kids to run around and play tag , hide and seek. The slide was a big hit with my 2 year old! The view is amazing, especially around sunset. I found the area to be well lit at night considering all the trees. The lights underneath the cabin help a lot, there were lights from neighboring houses through the trees, as well as the car lights from the cars on the main road. I was nervous and prepared for my kids to be scared and not make it through the night but they loved it! Would definitely recommend

My partner and I spent a restful night at Rebecca's during a longer roadtrip. The home is charming, and we appreciated her recognition of its original owner and her history. Each room is thoughtfully prepared for visitors. As two book-lovers, felt right at home and inspired by Rebecca's well-curated book selection, including dozens of books on Appalachia. We'd love to return and stay longer, when we can explore the trails near the house and enjoy the decks in warmer weather. Thanks very much, Rebecca!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was kind and welcoming, and we especially appreciated being able to bring our dogs—it made the trip even more special. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Absolutely fabulous location. Spacious, fresh, and beautiful. Loved all the decor and we were all very comfortable. It truly is the perfect cabin. Loved hiking around the gorge and the food at the bbq joint! Wonderful trip in a wonderful space! Will definitely be back!

Expect an amazing cabin in a beautiful part of Ohio. The price is worth the experience. The cabin is beautiful inside and out and I definitely would stay again.

Such a cool place!! Super close to a lot of things to see (hocking hills, caves, ect). It was super peaceful, great place to escape from technology! 100% recommend!

The Treehouse provided my kids and I with a quiet and peaceful respite from city life for a couple days. The attention to detail and love put into the space is evident throughout. It was so nice to enjoy these touches and personal connections to the creators of the space. The provided activities were so fun for the kids on site, and they had an opportunity to meet other families in the other spaces nearby. The host went above and beyond in providing spot-on recommendations for nearby restaurants, hiking, etc. and supplied the room with donuts, coffee, and more. The only miss was the jukebox was under maintenance! But next time can take advantage. The Treehouse is a lovely space for a getaway.
