Barn vacation rentals in North Norfolk District

The house was fabulous. Plenty of space for our families to spend time together but not be in each others faces. The entire place was perfect for us! Only downside (if you can even call it that!) was that the tv in the main lounge was not a smart TV and we only had access to free view! However there was a range of DVDs available, some of which didn’t work very well though! The hot tub was FANTASTIC!!! Well worth the price we paid for the visit.

We have stayed at the barn a number of times over the last few years. It is always spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and Julie adds some really nice little touches to make us feel welcome. Julie is an excellent host and maintains a very high standard of accommodation. It is a home from home for us now and we love going back.

Lovely three nights spent at the barn. Very cozy and warm. brilliant to be able to have our dogs there with a lovely walk on the doorstep and fabulous beaches the short drive away. Highly recommend – thank you Johanna

We had a memorable weekend at the barn. It is renovated to a very high standard and makes you feel you are somewhere special. The barn was spotlessly clean and we had the best welcome pack! The location is great for the beach and village amenities. A 10 minute walk and you are in the sand dunes. Emma is a conscientious host always prompt to answer questions and help. We would stay here again

Garden cottage is easy to find, and absolutely beautiful, situated in a peaceful rural setting. There is plenty of accessible parking & I was greeted by Jill immediately upon arrival. The cottage itself had everything I needed, was super clean & comfy, and I had a lovely few days there. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage, it was so homely and great walking distance for some windy beach walks!

The Barn is an amazing property, that is deceptively big. We had a great time and lots of space for the dogs to run around, despite the awful weather. We made use of the hot tub and games room, and Helen was a wonderful host. We will definitely be back for another trip.

Myrtle's Barn is a delight and we had the most wonderful pre-Christmas week. The barn has been beautifully converted and designed, and the kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked. Walks from the door step are delightful. The Christmas tree was a lovely bonus. Thanks so much, Victoria and team. We'd love to come back very soon!

Peaceful and cosy little place. It’s small but it has everything you need. I liked that it was remote enough for it to feel peaceful and quiet, but very close to King’s Lynn.

The ideal place to stay to relax and unwind. Set in a beautiful village. The cottage was beautiful; cosy and very comfortable- just what we needed and exactly what we were looking for. The place was spotless, well equipped and comfortable- and the bath was perfect after a long day of walking. Plenty to do in the area

We were a family group of 8 in the area to visit a relative. The barn was perfect, very spacious and lots of games to entertain the children. It was very easy to contact the site manager with queries and she was very responsive. We would love to return.

Great little spot for a break! Local pub was closed during our stay but another located a couple of miles up the road in North Creake. Would definitely recommend, cottage was incredibly homely and offered everything we were looking for.

We had an amazing stay at The Calf House. It was a lovely way to see in the New Year. It is in a perfect location if you want to visit local beaches like Sheringham and Cromer. We also loved how close by Holt was and we spent lots of time there too. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had a brilliant stay over Christmas at the barn. Tony was super helpful giving us ideas on places to visit and we had a fair few questions on what they had at the barn to make sure we had everything we needed for Christmas, and they were always accommodating of this. The barn is fully stocked with all the kitchen items you could need. We loved the hot tub and the games options. It was really warm and cosy. So quiet too. The garden was fully enclosed too, which was ideal as made letting the doggos go in the garden stress-free 😌

We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

We had a fantastic 3 nights at Andy and Katherine's place. It was cosy and peaceful. A great location. Really enjoyed the sauna and we are already missing Pepsi! Thank you!

We stayed at Christmas and the barn was beautifully decorated with the most amazing tree and lights. It was very tastefully done and felt very special. The barn had everything we needed for a family Christmas. Plenty of space with excellent cooking facilities and all the equipment needed. The barn was spotlessly clean, with comfy beds and quality bed linen. Heating was also very effective which was important for elderly guests. Well located a few mins drive from the supermarkets .

We picked Mike's place because I wanted to see the grey seals along the Norfolk coast at this time of year and we were not disappointed! The cottage was in easy walking distance of the beach and also centrally situated along the Norfolk coast to do exploring! The cottage itself was great, two large bedrooms with a great central space for socialising. Very private and quiet and if you are into star gazing very little light pollution. The Fisherman's Return was a great local pub and Planet Spice in the next village along did the most amazing Indian takeaway. All in all a great place to escape to the Norfolk coast, thoroughly recommend and we will be back 😀

We loved our New Year stay at the barn; it’s a beautiful property and extremely peaceful and cosy. The setting is beautiful - we arrived just as sun was setting and saw deer leaping across the field and lots of buzzards - such an amazing experience! The barn had everything we needed and was perfect for us, our kids and dog. Alison was very easy ti deal with and made the whole experience seamless. I’d recommend this property to anyone!

Absolutely Wonderful. We booked cornflake barn for a family meet-up for the new year. We couldn’t have asked for more, the property is beautiful and offers everything you would need, really felt like a home away from home. Location of property is perfect hub for day trips around Norfolk during our week stay. We plan to return very soon.

An absolutely spectacular place! The house was beautiful and even more breathtaking with Christmas decorations. Loved the fact that there was basically two of every appliance making it perfect for a big, self catering group. We rented the barn for a family birthday and the hot tubs and sauna were the cherry on top! We did have a problem with the property when we were there, but the host was responsive even at the weekend. Thank you, highly recommend!

The most beautiful setting for a girls weekend away! The cottage was absolutely perfect, and the addition of having complimentary access to the health club and spa for the duration of our visit was a real treat! The communication for the host and the warm and friendly welcome from the spa staff was fantastic. We enjoyed the local circular walk as recommended and booked treatments in the spa, went to Sandringham for afternoon tea which was just a short drive away and found some fabulous places to explore locally! We will definitely be returning, it was a perfect stay in every way!
