The house was beautifully furnished, cosy and in a perfect location. The views from the house were stunning. Fiona was always happy to answer any questions and made me feel she took a real interest in our stay. It was truly the perfect holiday. Thank you.

Miriam’s house is very welcoming, it’s her own home & feels cosy & comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard surrounded by plants and loved being so close to the centre of Norwich, just a short walk from shops, cafes, the river & cathedral.

Our second stay and this was every bit as good as the first. Extremely well equipped, high end home with bags of space for the 10 of us. The addition of the pool table, darts and chess/draughts table is great. The house is in a lovely location very close to Lowestoft and Southwold and only a short walk to Kessingland beach. The perfect hosts. Will be back.

We went away for our annual Christmas trip. When we arrived there was a Xmas tree up which really added to the experience. When we needed to contact Suzy she responded within a reasonable time. The guest book showing the renovation of the house as well as info needed was a really nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay at Katherine’s place. It was clean, comfortable and very cosy. Katherine was very friendly and showed us the best places to eat, visit, … We would warmly recommend her as a host and would love to come back in the future !

We had a lovely stay at the cottage which was extremely clean, very nicely presented and had everything you might need right at hand. The location was very quiet and peaceful and the corner shop was fantastic too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend a visit

We had a great weekend staying here. We were a group of 5 friends and the house was a perfect base for a weekend getaway with everything we could've needed and enough space for 5 adults. Kitchen was lovely and had all the amenities you'd expect and very efficient cooker!! Bottle of wine and milk was a lovely touch too. It was lovely to enter the house too on the first evening for it to be warm, cosy and lit. Thank you.

Such a beautiful house in a fab location. Loads to do in Holt and a short drive to the beach, we loved staying here.

Beautiful house full of character. Accommodation was perfect for our family get together. Guests do need to be mobile to access the bedrooms upstairs as very steep staircases but all rooms & bathrooms were great. Lovely comfortable beds with hotel quality bedding. Log burner was a cosy addition which we made good use of during our pre Christmas stay & the Christmas tree was a lovely festive addition. Appreciated the welcome supplies! Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay in a beautiful part of north Norfolk.

It felt like the house was our home for the duration of the stay. Phale has thought of everything to make it feel like home but also user friendly i.e leaving essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms, candles with matches, plenty of towels but also it was a warm and cosy home from home. We had accidently left valuables behind and Phale co-ordinated getting them posted back out to asap!

A very enjoyable stay over Christmas. The house, its location and all the facilities were exactly as described. There were fully comprehensive instructions for everything from collecting the key to getting the top floor immersion heater working. When I had a couple of questions Alice responded quickly. I can’t think of anything to fault.

We’ve stayed a few times and Zoe is always friendly and accommodating. The flat is just as described and it perfectly located. Everyone who’s every stayed has absolutely loved it highly recommended!

We had a wonderful family Christmas at Limetrees. The house was perfect for hosting everyone and the location on the Buttlands is perfect - opposite two great pubs and a 5 min walk to the harbour with an abundance of interesting independent shops en route. Would thoroughly recommend both the house and a stay in Wells next the sea .

This is our 4th time staying here so I think that says a lot really! Perfect home away from home, close to the centre of Holt. Just a few minutes walk away. Easy to reach various beaches and the local attractions. Laura is friendly and helpful with communications.

Really charming house with lovely period features and antique furniture, while still having all the modern amenities you might need. We had a very cosy stay here over a chilly January weekend. The house is right in the centre of town so we could pop back to warm up whenever needed.

Another wonderful stay at Japonica. We love staying here as so central to everything in North Norfolk and the house has such a warm vibe. Super market just around the corner. Well stocked kitchen which enabled us to entertain family who live close by. high quality furniture and linens make this a really comfortable family stay. Lovely little extras from Gary made it even more comfortable , thank you.

Had a great family get-together here (10 of us aged 5-75) - loved all the space and especially the separate lounge for the kids! Spacious kitchen/diner - incredibly well equipped. Hot tub was very popular despite the freezing temperatures outside. Can recommend the Kings Head - great pub for family meals - and takeaway fish and chips from No 1 Cromer

We were 2 families comprising 7, and had a really fab stay at Compass House. The home is warm, comfy, spacious and very well equipped and provided the ideal centre for our short New Year break. Excellent communication and just a super easy stay. Would highly recommend 🎉😊

Me and my family stayed here for Christmas and had such an amazing time! There was so much space and the place was lovely - exactly as described and shown in the photos! The house was also beautifully decorated for the festive period which made us feel right at home and the location allowed for a Christmas Day walk on Cromer beach. Sophie was always super helpful and responsive, and was really flexible when we wanted to check out slightly later on Boxing Day. I can only recommend both Sophie and this beautiful house and would definitely stay again!

We booked very late, the day before arrival, but couldn’t be happier with Lisa’s property. Located a stones through from the coast and central to everything in the town, location is excellent. The property exceeded our expectations, lovely personal touches and plenty of space over three floors, we were very comfortable. Would recommend without hesitation.
