The flat is beautifully and newly decorated. It's extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, very spacious and has everything you need. Great location in the centre of Cromer and near the seafront. The outdoor space was a bonus with a view of the church. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place to stay. Accurate as in the pictures, plenty of space. Spacious deck where to relax and enjoy sunny days, Parking, and an Aldi within walking distance.

It's our second time visiting this flat. we loved how comfy the beds are and the soft linens, clean well equipped kitchen. all set up for us and it was even ready for an earlier check in too! We loved it and would totally recommend to others. (and be back ourselves) The location is exactly what we wanted, very central but not noisy at all. Beautiful, light and spacious. Thanks Paul!

First time in this part of Suffolk and we loved it. Great location, we managed to park outside the house each day, and it was a short walk to the seafront. The house was very well laid out, tastefully decorated and with a secure garden which was perfect for our dog. It’s also nice when you stay somewhere and feel like the appliances and crockery, etc have been chosen for the house and not cast-offs. Finally, given there are so many fussy instructions about stripping beds, empty bins etc in other Airbnb’s … how great to get a joining instruction stating: “On checkout day no need to do anything as we will sort everything out.” Lovely! We are now planning a return visit.

What an amazing find! As a family of 3 with a 17-month old daughter, we had an amazing stay during our 4-nights Easter getaway. We came up to visit family who have recently moved to Norfolk & this was more than a perfect & relaxing base for us. A beautiful & quiet location as advertised - absolutely amazing setting with extensive grounds to walk & explore. We had everything that we could possibly need in terms of amenities. Our daughter absolutely loved seeing & stroking the dogs. The property was spotless upon arrival & it felt like home as soon as we walked through the door. Great little touches including some milk for a much needed cuppa after a long journey up. We had an amazing takeaway from the Indian restaurant round the corner and the Fish & Chips from neighbouring Blofield, are also a must! A very big thank you to Annette for everything - we will 100% be recommending you to friends/family and we will of course be rebooking for our next visits... thank you for having us!

A fantastic place to stay with beautiful gardens. The garden room was fantastic and the house itself is really quirky and tastefully decorated. The house is really well equipped and I’m a lovely setting. We loved our stay!

Had a great few days staying in this lovely cottage in Sheringham. Parking and check in was really straight forward and communication with Hannah was easy. The cottage was very clean on arrival and is as described. The kitchen is well equipped (actual sharp knives!), and the beds and sofas are really comfy. The location is quiet and peaceful and sitting in the back yard on a sunny evening is perfect. Sheringham beach and centre are an easy 5/10min walk and there are lots of places to eat, pubs, shops etc. We loved Sheringham itself and also found it an ideal base for exploring North Norfolk with days out to Holt, Wells, Cromer etc. We would definitely return in future!

We had a wonderful stay at Sebastian’s lovely cottage. It was so charming and had a calming atmosphere - just what you need while on holiday. Sebastian was an attentive host but respected our privacy. The cottage was warm and cosy with a beautiful outlook over the stunning garden of the main house and our own private courtyard area. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds meant we had great sleep too. Not far from Burnham Market and Holkham Beach which was great for walking the dogs. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Everything we needed, enclosed garden for our dogs , fully equipped kitchen, big log burner with logs & kindling provided, hot tub. My wife really liked the wooden beams in the cottage. Andy was very helpful.

Great weeks stay in New Buckenham. Quirky, comfortable, cosy house with lovely light bright dining area. Easy on street parking. Excellent Sunday lunch at the Kings Head.

Just returned from a 4 night New Year break with my family (2 adults and 4 children). We had a very enjoyable time. The location of the property was fantastic, very central and everything in 5/10 min walking distance. The property itself was spot on, plenty of space, very clean, well-equipped kitchen and it was lovely that the Xmas decorations were still up! Kathryn was very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. She also made us aware of a few minor problems beforehand that really didn’t impact us at all but it was great to have that info upfront. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we definitely would stay here again when visiting Cromer.

This was a great stay.. the location was good and close to pubs and the town. One of the biggest things for us when staying is storage and being free from clutter and this had lots of storage. Beds comfortable too and all the necessary items in the kitchen. Great stay and will be visiting again .. thanks Charlie and Rob

Had a fantastic stay at Hoxne House which was able to host 10 of us comfortably. The property was a great base with the beautiful Weybourne beach and countryside just a short walk away. The house has a range of games, beach chairs and wind breaks allowing us to enjoy our trips to the beach and time spent at the property even more. Great communicative host and somewhere I would hire again without a second thought

Lovely house, with a lot of nice touches and generous provision of the minimum ingredients for cooking, tea, coffee, fresh milk left in the fridge and toiletries, which was a nice surprise. Practical access and easy to park around. Julia was responsive and accommodating when we requested to arrive a bit earlier than planned. Many thanks!

A lovely, well appointed, and comfy house. A stones throw from town and 10 mins easy walk to the golden triangle. Fab location for us. Really peaceful and cosy. Kitchen was really well equipped. Absolutely zero snags or issues. Felt safe and secure too.
