Monthly Rentals in Morro Bay

Hank and I had an amazing stay at this sweet cottage in Morro Bay! The hosts Michael and Jennifer were incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. They even gave us a bunch of dog treats for my 4 year old yellow Labrador. The cottage itself is charming, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like fresh linens, a well-stocked kitchen with a large doggie door to enter & exit the backyard and a lovely outdoor space to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops, yet still tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. They provided excellent local recommendations and were always responsive to any questions I had and even printed out documents for me for work. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Morro Bay. I look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful, cozy, well thought out. We enjoyed ourselves. The hammock, bikes, heaters made a difference. Great location. Can’t wait to come back!

What an incredible month! The view was unbeatable! We enjoyed coffees near the cozy fireplace while looking out at the morning sky colors, daily hummingbird visitors and waves. We really loved how the apartment felt like home and had lots of board games, a chess board, books, and pickleball paddles. It was so peaceful not to have a tv in the unit! The space was large and well laid out. I had the best time cooking full meals with the well stocked kitchen. I am so grateful for all of the wonderful treats Nancy had for us upon arrival and also the special home-baked goodies she shared with us! What a kind and attentive host!! We felt so taken care of! This is the perfect location for enjoying so much from sea otters, walking the beach, exploring Los Osos, Cambria, Big Sur, and San Luis Obispo. There is so much to do around the area, but we were so happy to just relax in the quiet neighborhood and beach only minutes away! This is paradise!! Thank you for making us feel at home Nancy!

I've stayed in several great Airbnb's over the years and Kelsea's Artist Studio is my favorite separate space so far. I stayed for two months and it is thoughtfully appointed with everything needed to be comfortable, including the bed and good WIFI. The studio is private so I didn't feel awkward or "in someone's space." Kelsea was very responsive and accommodating. The area is beautiful, quiet and safe, close to town and easy to head north or south. If this Artist Studio is on your radar I give it a hearty thumbs up.
