David was very friendly, he was beyond responsive to any particular related needs. The place was 💯 clean condition with amenities present. We absolutely loved the location. Minutes from the beautiful beach, close to Pismo Beach. Lovely quiet, and very peaceful place. Will recommend. Definitely be back. 5 🌟

We always know we are getting a great deal for a super nice place when we book with Amber. We have stayed in several of her properties and each one is great! Our favorites are closest to the beach. The beds are high quality and very comfortable. The location is great, close to the beach, a park and several restaurants. The rental is clean and equipped with everything we could need to make our stay enjoyable. She even includes sand toys and beach chairs to use. She’s always just a text away with great recommendations too.

Marlene's place is beautiful and peaceful. So many things you can do just in her backyard if you want to relax and stay in. We were only here for a weekend and explored a bit, coming and going was easy. Appliances were easy to use or figure out (hot tub jets). The bathroom and kitchen were fully stocked and had supplies for every type of coffee drinker you are. Very wonderful stay. I will definitely look for Marlene's place again when we come back.

The location is perfect, the unit is cute and pristine and we saw the most amazing and beautiful sunset of our lives there!

Great stay at this beautiful beach getaway. Location was easy to access and quiet, with spectacular views. Overall the house has everything our group of 5 could ask for, was very comfortable and homey. The house did have a mix of modern and some dated features both for furniture and amenities, if you're looking for luxury everything this isn't updated in every room, but there were no complaints on our end and we still felt the value was there for the incredible views and location. There is a neighboring house close on each side but it still felt incredibly private and we never really saw or heard any others.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s 16th bday. The house was very accommodating for our family of 8. It was close to Pismo and SLO for shopping & restaurants. Walking distance to the beach & extremely close to the dunes. The garage housed all of our ATV’s, which was a huge + Hiking trails were close by. We brought our two beagles & found an awesome doggy day camp in Arroyo Grande (Love Dog’s Camp), which was 13 mins south, so we were able to have some time not worrying about them while we enjoyed our day sightseeing. The house was perfect! Nice open kitchen, dining, & living room, the beds were really comfy (I’m picky when it comes to that!) I slept great!! I didn’t get to enjoy the bath tub or the heated floors, but if I go back, I’ll plan to utilize both of those. The roof with the hot tub &corn hole game kept everyone well entertained. My fave was the accordion door that opens the living room to the patio with the cool beach breeze. A+ to Courtney she’s a keeper!

Everything went perfectly aside from our first night. The neighbors on the opposite side from us were being very loud with their music. We contacted Amber and she reached out to them and everything was dealt with:) We were extremely happy with our stay! A little side note, the place was very clean aside from some dust on the corner of the ceiling and on the fan. I’m extremely allergic to dust mites so this did make my allergies flair up.

The suite was exactly as advertised. Self check-in was easy via keypad and code. The suite was clean, and had all amenities I needed. It was spacious for a solo traveler, and it would be great for a couple as well. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the dunes recreational area. There's a few restaurants and a small market in walking range; for more choices (near downtown) you will need to walk 15-20 minutes, or use a bike/car. The area was quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back next time I am in the area. I would recommend this place.

This was full service location, not a typical airbnb within a Hilton Vacation location, this was a fun shift to our typical home stay bookings. You would have access to a pool, hot tub, fire pit at night, small onsite honor bar, concierge, 24 hour staffing with elevators and restaurants walking distance and an amazing view of the beach at this location. A huge plus is this stay is right on Avila Beach so it felt very much like a vacation for the family even though we were there to move our daughter into Cal Poly adding a special ambiance to our stay.

We had a great time staying at the RV! It was clean, fit 2 people and a small dog easily. It was easy to get in and out and explore the Pismo Beach area.

Great location, right on the beach. We upgraded our room when we checked in and were glad we did so. The fireplace got the place nice and cozy. Falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing was also nice.

The condo was in a great central place for us to go to multiple different towns and beaches in the area. Having the reserved parking space was a huge plus. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful and overly friendly. We’d definitely stay there again.

I would stay in this home again. Steps to the beach. Peaceful and serene, with views of the beach and pier. Excellent host. Place is clean and well taken cared of. All amenities were provided and more.

This was a lovely home base for us to explore this gorgeous area with our son and his girlfriend. The house is bright and spacious, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. The kitchen is very well-appointed. We enjoyed the views, especially at sunset. Highly recommended.

This was a breathtaking quiet quaint spot on the beach, we wanted to have a fire and the host had wood delivered to the house. We did not want to leave and would definitely recommend it to anyone who asked! 5 star all the way!

Team Central Coast was great and the home was exactly what we had expected! Overall, was a wonderful trip and we highly recommend staying at this home- the views were oustanding and the home had everything we needed (and then some)! My only (slight) complaint was that the required in-person check-in process was a bit stressful as we were traveling from Arizona over two days, so it was a little nerve-racking knowing someone was waiting on us to arrive by a certain time. We also encountered an unexpected storm once we hit SLO, so that slowed things down even more and made arriving on time even more stressful. The norm anymore has been no-contact check-in, so it was a little surprising to know we needed to meet with someone at check-in, but definitely not a game-changer, just a little different than what we are used to nowadays when using AirBnB.

This is a great place right next to the beach! The house can accommodate many people with some bed available in almost every room. The aesthetic is modern and very clean. There’s an open top sitting area at the very top with outdoor furniture and fire pit which is very relaxing. Great value overall. Loved staying here and could definitely stay here again!

The host was so helpful, she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was comfortable and well stocked. We did not realize that the beach was a hot spot for ATVs and open to motorized vehicles. After we got over the shock of having to watch out for cars on the beach we had fun renting an ATV just around the corner from the house. We had so much fun! Beautiful beach with lots and lots of activity. We lived our stay.

The house was so beautiful, and Melissa was very nice. The house has everything you need and more. We had an amazing stay! It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops. Melissa always responded quickly when I had questions. I would definitely recommend staying at her lovely home and would definitely want to stay there again.

Great location close by the beach as well as within walking distance to downtown! Having a main house as well as "in law quarters" made it perfect for two families.

Judi’s place was perfect for our family holiday gathering! It was just as described…beautiful home with craftsman architectural details throughout. The living room was a great place to gather around the fire. And close to the beach and pier. There was always a place to go and eat close by. Really enjoyed our stay!
