Beautiful Walk to Downtown from European Flat.

We have a wonderful open floor plan with 270 degree views and a roof deck with 360 degree views of the beautiful San Luis Obispo mountains- Terrace Hill, Bishop Beak, Madonna, etc... Guests have access to the roof deck, two outdoor balconies, shared patio next to the elevator, free parking on Bridge street as well as an assigned and guest parking on the Los Osos Street side. I may not get a chance to meet you but I’m available via text, phone or AirBnB messaging during your stay. The house is in San Luis Obispo next door to Terrace Hill. A bike trail leads across the bridge and downtown to Morro Street, where there’s delicious Italian food at Cafe Roma and an organic breakfast and lunch at Sally Loos. You can walk downtown, grab the bus at the train station or hop on the train to Northern and southern CA all within walking distance. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the roof deck. A great quick hike to Terrace Hill on the other side of the bridge.

Our condo is one of the top 10 oceanfront resorts in California. This unit overlooks the ocean, pool, Jacuzzi, bbqs and fire pit. Access to the beach is just yards away. It has a beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean just steps below the unit. The restaurant offers pool service , room service also a full bar with live music. The resort has a gym, spa, valet parking, bikes that you can use and it is very close to many restaurants, wineries and fun events.

This was such a rare find for us. We’re regulars at the Pismo Beach Clam Festival, and it was amazing to be just a few steps away from the festival, the pier, the beach, and perhaps most of all, Giuseppe’s! My 90+-year-old in-laws were very comfortable, and particularly enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop patio. Superb!

Enjoyed every moment of our girls weekend getaway! Loved the view to the beach and watching the waves come in and people pass by…we parked our car in the garage and didn’t move it all weekend. We walked to the restaurants located steps away from the unit and enjoyed every bite we had - calamari and chowder at Schooners, waffles and breakfast tacos at Hidden Kitchen, and delicious fresh donuts and fritters from Surf Rat. We meandered through the antique stores and enjoyed a good night’s sleep at the end of each day in the comfy beds. Can’t wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful time🌴The beachy studio is very clean, well equipped and comfortably set back a bit which added extra privacy. Amber & Bryan are very responsive and kind providing great recommendations & meeting our needs immediately. There are so many wonderful things to do close by within walking distance and a short drive away too. They also provide a few extra perks too 🥰 You can tell they want guests to have what they would want when traveling paying attention to detail🌴 A real gem that we found. The suite was exactly as advertised. Self check-in was easy via keypad and code. The suite was clean, and had all amenities I needed. It was spacious for a solo traveler, and it would be great for a couple as well. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the dunes recreational area. There's a few restaurants and a small market in walking range; for more choices (near downtown) you will need to walk 15-20 minutes, or use a bike/car. The area was quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back next time I am in the area. I would recommend this place.
