Our renovated historic cottage is surrounded by the best restaurants, shops and tasting rooms. While only 100 steps to Il Cortile for dinner or Spearhead Coffee for a latte, the space remains quiet and private! This original carriage house is a turn of the century building and has a peek a boo wall into the original barn door which is still in place! The fenced yard has a brick patio, seating for six, and a grape trellis. Kids under 2 don't count towards occupancy limit. Tax included in price!

We're on a road less traveled with neighbors few and far between but located just 10 minutes from wine tasting, beaches, downtown SLO, the Village of Arroyo Grande, hiking trails and so much more.

Chill out, play some old school vinyl records, enjoy some wine and that sweet sweet California ganja! This place is a nostalgic blast from the past! The halcyon days of analog music, groovy style and Rock and Roll rebellion. Cool vibes and free beautiful human beings. Pet friendly but please notify me beforehand. This is an off grid antique farmhouse. It is NOT handicapp accessible.

On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

Perfect location to walk to restaurants, bars, music, shopping, movies, coffee and more! Morro Bay is short drive to Wine Country, SLO, Pismo Beach, Cambria. Bring your pets we love all animals! Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am.
