The place looked exactly like the descriptions, very clean, beautiful, and very peaceful! We loved the outdoor spaces, stunning and peaceful! Overall, a very excellent experience, besides one thing. There were spiders found on the side my the matteress and on the wall, which was scary, but I guess hard to avoid because it is so close to all the plants and tress. Would definately recommand to my friends, and consider coming back!

This was a cozy and private abode, a small space situated in the beautiful back garden of a larger home-perfect for a few easy, relaxed days exploring the area south of Santa Barbara, with beautiful beaches nearby. I enjoyed the quiet, peaceful accommodations, impeccably clean space, comfy bed, full kitchen and smart TV on a swivel. Christopher communicated clearly and was very helpful with instructions. Self check-in was seamless and overall hospitality much appreciated.

This is a charming and cozy home that has everything you need for a quiet place to nestle that is close enough to walk to the beautiful Butterfly Beach and the great shopping and restaurants on Coast Village Road. The gate provides privacy. The landscape in the front is very serene. The backyard with its fire pit and comfy sectional are relaxing. We ate dinner outside quite often because it's just so peaceful and lovely, especially at night. Definitely a place we'll come back to!

The place and environment were outstanding. My dog and I felt at home. It was a lovely adventure! Walkable to the beach, local shops, and great restaurants. Host recommendations were terrific. Kathleen clearly mentioned the outdoor shower and even on November, it wasn’t a problem. It was private and the water temp was hot enough to not let you feel cold. Wonderful! Lovely hostess, too.
