We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful and a quick drive to the center of Ojai. Geoff and Annika were friendly and responsive. They helped us figure out the hot tub and cold plunge which were great to have access to after our active days around Ojai. It is a little less private than I realized from the description (you share the space with the hosts), but they have done a good job of making it feel private by putting a gate to a private courtyard and blocking off direct access to the rest of the house. It has the feel of a guest house. The vibe was laid back and peaceful- perfect weekend get away!

10 Stars to our host and this beautiful space! I had family in and we were able to enjoy our time together and have our own space as well. The backyard was perfect for relaxing or enjoying time together. The short walk to the beach was perfect, and the Jacuzzi was such a treat! Pretty late on our first night we realized the Jacuzzi wasn’t getting as hot as it should and contacted Victor. By the time we woke up in the morning, the technician had come out and fixed it so we were ready to enjoy our time. We enjoyed every minute and will absolutely be back.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

There were 6 family members and a 1 1/2 year old. We especially loved the quiet and peaceful location and the fact it was central to downtown Santa Barbara as well as the airport since we were driving back and forth picking up and dropping off family members flying in. The house was well equipped with everything we could need especially the pantry items. Lots of towels, both bathroom and beach towels for the pool and hot tub. Marie was so responsive to all our questions and needs!

Me and my family booked Kevin’s home for a week. I was in town for work at the ports. The home was amazing. Comfortable, full of all the necessary things we needed. The jacuzzi, and game room , were definitely the highlight of this home ! Kevin checked up on us actively and was an amazing host. This place has everything. Kitchen, laundry and 2 bedroom. We had a wonderful stay! As advertised this house is perfect for a family of three. Both our toddler and the adults in our home were super happy with our stay. The house is beautiful and was equipped with everything we needed. Matt and Robin have thought of everything! We really appreciated the helpful communication pre- check-in and check-out, and absolutely loved the house. Bonus points and THANK YOU Matt and Robin for telling us not to worry about doing the dishes before we left!!!! If you’re looking for a lovely, easy, beautiful place to stay in Santa Barbara, look no further! Also super close to the waterfront, so much to do and delicious restaurants a short drive away.
