Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Montecito

The listing is in a great location, walkable to so many shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and up to date. No complaints.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful and a quick drive to the center of Ojai. Geoff and Annika were friendly and responsive. They helped us figure out the hot tub and cold plunge which were great to have access to after our active days around Ojai. It is a little less private than I realized from the description (you share the space with the hosts), but they have done a good job of making it feel private by putting a gate to a private courtyard and blocking off direct access to the rest of the house. It has the feel of a guest house. The vibe was laid back and peaceful- perfect weekend get away!

We had a great time staying at Melissa’s place. It was perfect for 3 adults celebrating our friend’s 50th birthday. The place was clean, spacious and quiet. It was easy to get into and Melissa left clear and detailed instructions. Beds were super computable. She left some yummy cookies and water which I think is always nice when a host does that. The only issue we had was noise from upstairs which was minimal but I can see if they were any louder or if it was persistent it may present an issue.

Close to local shops very walkable every where . Smaller Parking lot can get tight if you have a larger SUV but normal cars fine.

We had a really great stay here. Our hostess, Debbie, was super responsive and helpful. I always want to hear about the bed and pillows - both were super comfortable. Mama Dux was clean, welcoming, and did not disappoint. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, the apartment was in the middle of everything. We parked our car and literally walked everywhere - the funk zone, the beach, farmers market, state street…of course, this convenience to everything comes with the fact that it is not in a quiet area. You could hear cars with loud music, passers by, and the like. In addition, Mama Dux is a first floor apartment and one of the units is upstairs, so you will hear your neighbors if the apartment is occupied. I went to Santa Barbara with my 22 year old daughter and we had an absolute blast at Mama Dux and I would without a doubt stay here again.

Very easy to communicate with zipstay. The place was very clean and had everything you could ever need. Bed very comfy, state street where all the shops and restaurants are very close. Ralph’s grocery store is 2 blocks from state street. Easy walk to the wharf. We enjoyed our stay very much

This condo was absolutely adorable, cozy, clean, and incredibly welcoming, with stunning views of the beach and the soothing sound of crashing ocean waves. Jennifer was an outstanding host—attentive and communicative from the moment I booked until checkout day. Her thoughtful touches made the space feel extra inviting, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, which was a huge bonus! I highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in the Santa Barbara/Carpinteria area. You won’t be disappointed!

Clean, quiet, convenient and private, our stay worked out great for us since we were close to our family and that was essential. We both slept great, and we actually figured out how to use the TV! I loved seeing Elvira’s beautiful vegetable and flower garden out front, and having all the lighting really helped us find out way home at night. I would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay and could relax and unwind near the Ocean. The beach was extremely close and though cold and rainy, we could go on daily walks in the sand on a very quiet, almost private, beach. It felt secluded and peaceful. Nice to enjoy the hot tub when we got back!

The property was perfect for our weekend with our family. The house was warm and inviting. The living room, dining room and kitchen made perfect gathering areas, and the outdoor spaces were comfortable and bright. The location is central to wineries, restaurants, and local venues. I would definitely recommend the property to friends and book another stay in the future.

I absolutely loved this place. It didn’t feel like a normal Airbnb… It felt more like going to someone’s home… And a really nice one… Maybe one that I’ve been in the family for years. Robert answered all her questions about where to find a good market close by etc. responded right away. The only thing I would add is to include a paper print out at the Airbnb of all the instructions for those of us who don’t fit like online reading the tiny print on computers Just a thought.

Joel was an exceptional host. He communicated proactively and quickly, allowed for an early check-in and went over and above to make us feel comfortable in his home. From the generous pastries and bread, to heating the pool up extra high with the weather, to allowing us to trim some fruit off of the gorgeous citrus trees in his garden - he made his space our space for the short time we were there. The guest rooms feel very private and removed from the rest of the home. While there were shared spaces, Joel gave us a lot of freedom to make ourselves comfortable in his home. The garden is truly tranquil and nearby Ojai is one of the best towns I know. Thank you to Joel for making our stay a great one!!

bsolutely loved our stay at Julie’s place in Ojai! From the moment we booked, Julie was warm, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with—she made everything seamless. The house itself is stunning—beautifully designed, full of thoughtful touches, and nestled in such a peaceful setting. It truly felt like a retreat. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and so grateful for the experience. Can’t recommend it highly enough—thank you, Julie!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Some of the things that make this place top on my list, each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Each floor has a bedroom and it's not easy to hear commotion from a different floor which was a plus for us since my daughter took her babies and the rest of us were not awakened by crying. The third floor has a bedroom and bathroom that is very spacious and beautiful. The place was extremely clean, beds were comfortable. I am a germophobe and felt comfortable enough to cook here, which I rarely do. Furniture seems brand new and well taken care of. There is a driveway with parking for two cars. Matthew responded in a timely manner to my questions. It was a very nice and comfortable stay!

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Small but efficient for us two. Great location in Carpinteria. We usually camp at the state beach but opted not to this year. Had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great. Complex was peaceful and other residents and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in gated lot and the spots had plenty of room for our truck and there were bike racks inside the parking lot for locking up our bikes that we took. We only used our vehicle once it was too dark for bike riding, otherwise we biked or walked. Husband fished everyday for several hours while I got to sleep in, relax, watch tv, or walk up the street for shopping. Farmers Market on Thursday was great for buying fresh fruits and veggies and flowers.

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

This is a sweet little beach condo! It was very clean and well-decorated! The setup with the two bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group. We also appreciated that it was dog-friendly. The home is in a gated community. During your initial check-in, the host lets you in through the visitor gate. You're then supposed to receive a clicker that allows you to let yourself in through the resident gate. Through no fault of the host's, the resident gate wasn't working, so the host had to let us in each time we wanted to enter. This presented some challenge for us, but Roza was very apologetic, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure that she was available for us each and every time we needed access through the gate. Easily the most attentive Airbnb host we've ever had! We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in the area!!
