Vacation rentals with a patio in Montecito

Natalie’s airbnb was a life saver for my family during a power outage nearby at our house. I couldn’t have picked a better place to be. This airbnbs location was perfect with a close proximity to the beach. They also provided beach toys and a wagon for easy transport. Another favorite about this place was the amazing backyard. This was the perfect spot for kids and hanging out, perfect for families. The grocery store was another great thing because it was so close and easily walkable. Thank you for the memories!

Only had a short stay, but Charlie was on top of everything and I didn’t feel misled about any of the information provided. Such a beautiful location, and would definitely recommend to any couple/small family looking to stay in the area!

We spent a lovely quiet week with my sister in Ventura at Kerri’s place just one block off Main Street. We walked to the beach, restaurants, up the hill to the Botanical Gardens and the cross. There was a generous pantry of useful items and a full kitchen. We didn’t use the bikes or the boogie boards but we would have if the weather were nicer. We had no problems at her house but Kerri was very responsive with questions that we had. The beds and the living and dining room furniture were very comfortable and the decorating was calm and elegant. We will definitely return here in the future.

We had everything we needed for an amazing stay in Santa Barbara! Clean place and check in was super easy. It was very convenient to have our own private parking space with a gate as well because parking in Santa Barbara can be a nightmare. The washer and dryer in the spot was a nice added benefit too. One of the best parts was the location for sure. Took my girlfriend and I like 6 minutes to walk over to state street where all the restaurants and bars were. Having to drive over there, find a spot, and worry about driving home every time we went there would have been a bit of a headache so I’m glad that wasn’t an issue. The big bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a TV for the end of our nights. Whenever we needed anything, Maura was really easy to get a hold of and helpful. Overall, great spot that checks off all the boxes you need for a great stay.

James’ place is in a great area. It’s super walkable to the pier, restaurants, and beaches. We thought there was abundant parking and we were usually able to park right in front. They offer a parking pass, which helps as well. I’ve stayed places in Santa Barbara, where there is no parking at all so this was a huge benefit in our minds. The bathroom is upgraded with new tile and is super clean. Overall, the place was very clean and comfortable. We will stay there again. if you fly in like we did, and intend to stay close to town and the beach, then you don’t even need a car. There are multiple things to do within an easy walking distance or short Uber ride. We take long walks when we’re at home and it was nice to be in a place that you could walk a few miles every morning right from your doorstep.

Oscar was really nice and helpful the place was absolutely wonderful and clean exactly what we expected me and my family couldn't ask for anything better I would recommend him i thank him for all he's help and support he gave me and my family the neighbors are really nice as well and oscar accep my emotional support dogs him and hes family made us feel at home

We had a great time at the Mermaid Retreat! It was in a great area, close to everything. The instructions were clear. It was a little hard to find but once we got there, we appreciated the privacy of it. They provided the necessities and it was the perfect size for couples, 3-4 max. The hosts were responsive and there was an easy check-in and checkout process. Thanks for a great stay. We recommend and would stay again!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Santa Barbara! It was the perfect getaway for my wife, daughter, our dog, and me. The patio was really nice to have and the location was very walkable to all the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. The host was very reachable and friendly. I would stay again!

The location is excellent - walkable to downtown on beautiful Santa Barbara streets. Lots of space as a home base for a weekend. We really appreciated the hot tub on a chilly afternoon. Beds were comfy. We met Nav on our way out and he was very friendly. Thanks for the stay!

Booked Jennifer's very last minute after being evacuated due to the wildfires in LA, and she was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The house is great. Just on the outskirts of town, so it's quiet and peaceful, but close enough to everything you might need. Couldn't have been a better escape from the smoke and chaos of LA. Already planning the next visit.

Amazing place!! Love the surroundings and felt very private! The host is very friendly and gave us a full bottle of white wine, and of course we killed the whole bottle :p The surroundings property has 2 German shepherds making us felt safe in the property (Doggy also friendly too and my wife pet them for so long! one of the best experiences we had. Definitely recommend to friends!

We had a wonderful visit over Christmas - the home was nicely decorated for the holiday. There was a major windstorm while we were there, and owner was kind enough to check in to make sure all was well. Everything was very clean and as-described, nice bedding and linens. Thank you!

We loved staying at Christine’s place! The home was so comfortable, clean and had everything we could possibly need. The outdoor space was great and the neighbourhood was so cute and peaceful. It’s also in a great location! We will definitely try and book this home again next time we go to Santa Barbara.

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. Cannot wait to come back under better circumstances.

The 3 months I stayed with Bry were great! It was the perfect housing situation for a Summer job, and exceeded my expectations.

We have stayed in Santa Barbara several times and Liz’s place has been the best location so far! It was extremely convenient that we could walk 5-10 minutes to a great selection of restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops. Would definitely recommend this location!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

What a gem! This property checks all the boxes. On the beach. Lots of natural light inside. Comfortable space to enjoy company. A beautiful space to enjoy the beach. We will definitely book this place again. It was a treat!

D’s place was vital to my stay in Ventura. It is just a few blocks from family in the area so I could walk to visit them. The area is beautiful and quiet. Shopping, a school and a park is within walking distance. The condo is very clean with many amenities provided for guests. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and closet are spacious. There is a tv with an Amazon fire stick and several channels. D anticipates her guests needs and goes out of her way to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay including fresh flowers. D is a charming host who communicates well. She was kind to my family. The instructions to finding and entering the condo are clear and helpful with street parking available. My daughter and I chose the wrong elevator upon arrival so D came down herself and escorted us upstairs. She welcomed us with Christmas eggnog and conversation. The cats are sweet and personable. Guests are free to come and go at will. I would not hesitate to stay with D again.

Lara’s place was amazing! My family and I escaped the wildfires near our home in Pasadena and Lara was more than accommodating. The condo is in the perfect location and very comfortable. There are tons of awesome restaurants within a few minutes walking distance along with the beach. Our two corgis were very pleased with our impromptu vacation. We highly recommend Lara’s place and would love to come back!

Amanda is an amazing host. Very responsive, flexible, and helpful. Location is a stones through from the beach. Will be back again next year!
