Vacation rentals with a patio in Montecito

We loved our stay in Ventura such a cute little town and beautiful beach! The place was just as expected clean, quiet and a great outside space. We loved being able to walk to the beach just a few blocks away. We also walked to the grocery store, restaurants and a donut shop. Definitely recommend staying here.

Kerri's place on Santa Clarita is amazing. It's an adorable house with two bedrooms, a large living room/dining room and a great kitchen with amenities. We sat on the front porch every morning enjoying the sunrise and drinking coffee. Her place is walking distance to downtown Ventura with easy access to the beach! You can actually see the ocean from the front porch. This place was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay. Kerri was a wonderful host, so friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay here again if it's available!

my husband + i were visiting Santa Barbara with my parents (their first time). this was the perfect location in walking distance to some of the best parts of SB (the pier; the Funk Zone; etc) and James' accommodations were absolutely perfect for our needs. he was very prompt with responding with any questions. would stay again + recommend to anyone!

Oscar was really nice and helpful the place was absolutely wonderful and clean exactly what we expected me and my family couldn't ask for anything better I would recommend him i thank him for all he's help and support he gave me and my family the neighbors are really nice as well and oscar accep my emotional support dogs him and hes family made us feel at home

We had a great time at the Mermaid Retreat! It was in a great area, close to everything. The instructions were clear. It was a little hard to find but once we got there, we appreciated the privacy of it. They provided the necessities and it was the perfect size for couples, 3-4 max. The hosts were responsive and there was an easy check-in and checkout process. Thanks for a great stay. We recommend and would stay again!

India’s place was perfect for our weekend stay in Santa Barbara! Within walking distance to State Street and all it offers. Will definitely stay here again!

Jonathan's place was very cozy, quiet and extremely clean. I would highly recommend his place when visiting Santa Barbara. The location was also really good as it's only minutes away from downtown and a lot of fun places. At first the heater was not working but Jonathan was highly responsive during our stay and helped us get it fixed quickly. He also helped us getting a pack n' play for our little one. Jonathan is truly an awesome host!

Great location, easy to walk to businesses and the beach. Nice to have a parking spot right out front as well. Maura was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Nice to have the patio for the dog and for eating breakfast. Nice touches with the wine, extra towels/ soaps/ etc. and keurig. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower was low. We really enjoyed our trip and the quick access to Santa Barbara and the beach. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Brenda’s home! We felt so welcomed and comfortable. Casa del Sol was even more beautiful in person, with thoughtful touches that made it a true oasis. We can’t recommend this place enough and we would love to return in the near future. Thank you for being a wonderful host Brenda!

3 minute walk to the beach! Great for our family with a 4 year and 1 year old. No stairs, enclosed yard and open floor plan.

Such a cute little getaway spot! All the instructions were clear, easy to get inside, no problems at all, and Bret was very responsive! It was giving beach cottage vibes and right off the freeway so easy to get everywhere, about a 15 min drive to SB! So glad to have gotten to stay here!

jennifer’s house was super clean and comfortable for our family. super short drive into town but the location of the house is very peaceful and private. would definitely hope to stay there again in the future!

We had an incredible stay when we were in the Santa Barbara area at the end of September. First and foremost, Lisa is a wonderful host who was very, very responsive and flexible with the questions we had. Secondly, the house itself is amazing. It's a charming cottage-like house, but with all the luxuries you will want and need. Very private too and in an amazing location. 2 minute drive to the beach, and 3-4 minutes to Summerland's main street. Lots of restaurants close by. Finally, the property is gorgeous! As mentioned, it adjoins a polo field that functions as a golf driving range (with permission from owner), which we used extensively! Gorgeous views of the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. Perfect as a walking ground too. Net-net, we were sad to leave but I hope to go back soon and would love to book this place again!!

Good spacious space good sized beds and really good central heating cooling The outside gardens need a little dusting and cleaning but other than that it’s was great

This place lived up to it's name - such a fantastic location! We walked everywhere we went during our stay. It's a really nice and comfortable home with easy check in and check out. My favorite thing - the front porch!

Mark's listing was absolutely beautiful! I loved the old Spanish style, as well as the gorgeous woodwork throughout the home. You can tell the property is meticulously maintained, and I'd say it's even better in person than in the photos. The location was great - not too far of a walk to the beach and other attractions. During our stay, we took a day trip to Santa Barbara and another to Ojai, both of which were easy drives from the property. A wonderful bonus was that the home is pet-friendly and has an enclosed outdoor area, which was perfect for our dogs. The owners live next door, which might be worth noting, but they were friendly and respectful of our privacy. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Mark's property! It's a charming, well-cared for home in a great location. Thank you for hosting us!

Liz was very responsive and friendly and provided lots of recommendations on things to do in the area. Her place is spacious and tastefully decorated to feel like a boutique hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable (so much so that I ordered the bedding for my house as soon as I left), parking was easy, it was quiet inside, and very walkable to the main part of SB.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the West Beach Casita is steps away from the serene beaches and delightful restaurants/attractions Santa Barbara has to offer. The West Beach Casita was cute, cozy, charming and comforting! The definite standouts was the amazing and the above and beyond hospitality of our host, Lara. She was so attentive, responsive and has a talent for cooking the best sourdough bread ever! If we ever come back to Santa Barbara, we would hope to come back and stay here again as the location was phenomenal, the attention to detail in making our stay so comfortable and Lara with her top notch hospitality and accommodations . A bonus was seeing their cat, Clawd around the Casita.

We enjoyed our stay in Carpinteria! Can’t beat the location of this unit -hearing the waves at night and walking distance to everything in town. We took the train into Santa Barbara - so easy. Amanda was helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was incredible! It was immaculately spotless at every corner, the decor and amenities were artfully curated, the place felt super cozy and right at home! I would not have minded another few nights there. Not to mention the beautiful location, we were steps away from the beach. Highly recommend!

This may be the cleanest and neatest place I’ve ever stayed at. It looks like it was either just built or just fully remodeled. We felt like we might be the first people to have stayed there after the remodel. I almost felt guilty taking things out of the pristinely organized drawers. This place is also very convenient if you have older folks with you, since there is an elevator from the garage and one of the full bedrooms is on the floor without any stairs. We had a few minor questions and the host responded within a few minutes to resolve them. The place is right next to the freeway, as in you can see the cars and almost touch the sound wall. We were pleasantly surprised that there was almost no noise when the windows are closed There was a small convenience market half a block down the street with surprisingly good freshly made Mexican food

We came to Oxnard with 3 couples and 3 children. The three-story townhouse has a tropical theme with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with garage parking. The top floor has an outdoor patio deck. The location made me feel safe, minutes from shopping and the beaches. The bathrooms were well stocked, the kitchen had every utensil, pan, coffee maker, toaster that I could possibly need. There is a TV on the main and top floors and in the primary suite. Each TV has all the streaming services Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc. I was impressed with the quality of every thing in the Airbnb. From the shampoo, laundry soap, bed pillows, bed linens, towels, décor, pans, dishes, silverware, spices etc as they were either name brand or high-end. I’m leaving with some ideas to incorporate into my own home in Dallas, TX. Esther was responsive immediately to my questions. There is plenty of walking paths in the neighborhood along with a community kid park plus a dog park. I highly recommend this home.
