We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The place was perfect. Comfortable beds and furniture. Everything we needed in the kitchen. The interior is gorgeous and the deck is ideal for relaxing and people-watching. The location is in the heart of where you want to be and everything is very walkable. The garage parking pass was a plus! Danny and Andrea provided detailed instructions and helpful information on things to do and places eat in the area. They were very proactive checking that we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and viewing the spectacular Nights of Lights!

Connie place was so cozy and amazing! Private but still within walking distance of the main strip. Everything you can think of is provided and makes it feel very homey. Me and my boyfriend really loved our stay and got to enjoy everything St. Augustine had to offer.

Valeries place is within a short stroll to all there is to see and do downtown but situated in a quiet neighborhood. The place is clean and cozy with everything you need to enjoy America's Oldest City

Liz’s place made this a memorable trip to St. Augustine! From the moment we arrived, the apartment felt welcoming and familiar. Clean place, clean kitchen, clean sheets, clean everything! It boasts a 10 minute walk to downtown. Liz is very responsive and happy to help. Great stay!!!

This place is perfectly located near the beach . You can also access downtown St. Augustine from here very easily. Best of both worlds. This place is clean and has everything you need for a nice stay in St. Augustine. Owners were very communicative and everything was better than described. Look forward to returning soon.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great time! Valerie's place made it easy to walk to the Christmas lights and all that St. Augustine had to offer. The apartment was clean and comfortable. My daughter adored the stuffed alligators on the beds and slept with them each night. We would definitely stay here again!

We were so happy to find this Airbnb as I recently broke my ankle. Being unable to bear weight this home was perfect for us as we just had to navigate one step to get into the home. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive to our questions. The home was perfect for us with a full washer and dryer, office space and very comfortable beds! Each bedroom has a TV so everyone could be in their own space to relax. We will definitely be back when we are in the area!

We came down for the Fla LSU football game. We had a great time, and everything was conveniently located from the home. The price was a little higher than we would of liked to of paid for but we know on football weekends any place is going to be a little pricier. We had a wonderful time and Glani's place was what we needed. Simple no fuss. Just a great place to rest our heads after a long day of being at the game. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great place! The location is amazing, so convenient. Everything was clean and comfortable, and Gabriel was incredibly quick to communicate. Highly recommend!

The place was in a great location and the best part was definitely the backyard where we spent most our time while at the house. The fire pit and pool were amazing and we enjoyed watching football on the back deck. I requested to add my dog the week of the trip as our pet sitter fell through and they were very accommodating in getting her added. The only small thing we didn’t like was the upstairs was 10-15 degrees warmer then the first floor so in order to have the rooms upstairs comfortable for sleeping, the downstairs is cold where the kids were sleeping but we made it work.

Great place for us and our dog. Walkable neighborhood, Aunt Kate’s nearby was great, the beach is close, and the big bed upstairs (only one we used) was super comfy. House was clean and comfy. Christmas tree was such a nice touch and made us feel so at home.

Mark was an excellent host! He was always quick to respond and was always making sure our stay was going well. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are searching for a place in Gainesville.

We had an amazing experience while staying! The house was well kept and very clean. There were plenty of linens for our large group. The home is spacious and provided everything we needed to care for our family during our stay. Katie and her son came to assist our family when we had a minor inconvenience. Everything was really great! Heidi is a superb host. Communication is great and the place had everything you could ask for. The only issue we had was the main bedroom bathroom always smelled like smoke because the neighbors smoking. It seemed like it was seeping through the walls. I will say the host was willing to accommodate and move us, which was really nice. Also, the queen bed in the main bedroom could have also been a little more comfortable. I would sink down into the mattress and it made a type of rut. Kinda like you could tell people have always slept in that same spot. Those are my only two complaints. Other than that everything exceeded our expectations.

The location was perfect! Steps from the beach - we arrived to cold weather but we still walked the beach and pier and watched a surf competition. The apt is a little dated but so sweet, with beach decor and the most comfortable beds of our two week stay in Florida. Nicole was gracious in allowing our son to check in very early as he arrived ahead of us. It had everything we could have needed.

If you’re looking for a coastal beach escape that’s also dog-friendly, this is the perfect spot! My boyfriend and I spent our 4th anniversary here with our senior pit bull, and we couldn’t have had a better time. The city is beautiful, the beaches are stunning, and it’s such a romantic getaway. A big thank you to Holly for providing such a clean and welcoming space for us to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay! The view from the balcony is unbeatable!!!!! We got to watch every sunrise and sunset, and the last full moon of 2024 glistening on the ocean. These views are also visible from the main bedroom. Proximity to the beach could not be better. Easy and quick. My husband swam and body surfed almost every day…even in December, and we enjoyed long beach walks daily. Beach chairs and an umbrella available. Condo was comfortable and spacious. Mattresses, linens and towels were good. Had everything we needed for self catering, which we did 50% of the time, even though the appliances, pots and crockery are a little outdated. Hosts were SUPER communicative. We love St Augustine and visit every year. We will definitely be returning to this condo if available, we enjoyed it so much. BTW if you want the best fish and chips IN THE WORLD you have to go to Mango Mangoes. It’s very close to the condo, walking distance if you are able.

We can’t say enough about this fabulous condo. We stay here often when visiting family and the beachfront location is spectacular with panoramic views and surround windows. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room area are just like being home. The king size bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and nice open closet area. We enjoy daily walks on the beach and nearby favorite eating places. A short ride to Neptune beach center with many shops & restaurants to choose from. We love Tiffany as our host, and she is always just a text away with wonderful communication and helpful ideas for our stay. We have been vacationing along these beaches for over 25 years and this is our home away from home. Thank You so much Tiffany for this awesome condo!

Needed a place to stay while visiting my parents, who live in a local assisted living. Todd’s place was convenient, clean, pool was beautiful although it closes at dusk (no fault to Todd but good to know) and easy access to the beach. Will definitely look to book here again in the future!
