Places to stay in Middleburg

Perfect two night stay for our family of 4. The first rental in a while that everyone, even our teenagers, had zero complaints about. Our hosts were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to get us a corkscrew the day we checked in and wanted to open a bottle to celebrate my wife's birthday. A very quick drive to the public access point of our favorite beach or a reasonable walk to the private boardwalk. The house was very clean and comfortable and good value. It was a nice spot to take a few zoom meetings for my work.

This property was perfect for our family and friends spring break trip. The backyard is amazing and kept the kids entertained for hours. The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes and the property has tons of really nice beach chairs and a wagon. The property is also minutes away from tons of restaurants and things to do. I only had one high maintenance request (squeaky doors waking my toddler up) while we were there and they had someone out within an hour to help which I appreciated so much. We would definitely stay here again!

Clay was the nicest Airbnb host our family has ever had. He was super friendly and made great local restaurant suggestions for us. The rental was clean, had plenty of extra linens/towels, kitchen supplies and was a short walk to beach access. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe to take family walks in the evenings.

I love the charm of this home, chefs kitchen, the house felt spacious, we loved hanging out in the backyard and the front porch, close walk into town but close to the beaches too and lots of local restaurants in walking distance

A slice of heaven for the week. We would definitely return to Inga's beautiful beach house. We already recommended it to our family and friends! The location is great. Quiet community and within minutes to beach, and about 10 mins. to the Publix grocery store. The St. Augustine historic center is about 20 minutes away. Inga is quick to respond and adequately communicated. The home is spotless and well appointed with all you need for a comfortable and memorable reprieve. Thank you!

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. We will be back!

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.

PLEASE READ!! I know the repercussions negative ratings can do for business which is why I rated this 5 star but you should def read this review if traveling with a larger party. We booked this place because myself and another mom were bringing our sons and a few friends down for a concert at the amphitheater. We particularly liked the outdoor space for them. We saw the rule about 10pm being quiet hours and knew we’d be at the concert at 10pm but mainly wanted the outdoor space to enjoy for the afternoon hours after the beach and before leaving out for the concert. Not an hour into being there (6pm) we get a message from the host threatening to kick us out for noise. We had LIGHT music playing and just the voices of some playing ping pong. No one was partying/excessive noise. Point being it seems quiet hours are really for all hours. The rest of the trip we walked on eggshells wondering if we were too loud. Not recommended for large groups or groups with young adults looking to enjoy
