Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Clay County

I was in town to celebrate my mom's 97th birthday. The location was perfect being close to everything I needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, one block from the river. It's roughly a 4 mile walk end to end on a beautiful tree lined street on one side and water on the other. It was a great way to start the day or end with an evening stroll. The house was super clean. It had everything one needed, was so comfortable and in fact, I was able to have my mom over for her bday dinner. This place is suitable for a one night stay to a month long stay. The hosts were super gracious and responsive if needed yet gave privacy. Can't say enough about this place. Will definitely be back.

Great location to Reynolds Park Yacht Club, where we are renovating a yacht. Play smooth, very clean and had all amenities. We extended our visit for additional days. Post was very responsive and communicative. Will definitely stay another time.

Spent one week here for work with my family and it was perfect. Chris was responsive and very helpful. The house is very comfortable with a beautiful lake view. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone to stay here. Anything you need is no more then a 5 min drive the location is amazing

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

I stayed at this listing for a month and felt safe and comfortable. The unit is a private suite connected to the main house, but you maintain total privacy with in-unit amenities. The space is perfect for one or two guests, and the unit is located for you to enjoy Fleming Island and Orange Park. Jackie keeps the bathroom VERY well stocked also! Of note- for guests working from home, the WiFi is not the fastest. There is a smell of tobacco as mentioned in a previous review, but we did not find it to be an issue during our visit. This home was exactly as described. The front porch was our favorite spot in the evening. The neighborhood is beautiful and quite. Our family of four had plenty of space and felt right at home.

We were in town for a concert at the fairgrounds. Location was perfect. The home was clean, super comfortable beds and spacious.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I can’t say enough good things about Courtney and Levi. I would leave 50 stars if I could! They are extremely responsive, very understanding, and helpful! The home is so comfortable and convenient! I will book this place every time myself or any of my employees are in the area! I wish all Airbnb hosts were like Courtney and Levi! A++++++++++++++++++

Best BnB beds I have ever slept in! Aimara’s home was exactly what we needed and more. For the size and location, I believe this home is an absolute steal. The star of the show was the bedding though. Pictures just don’t show comfort, and these mattresses are equivalent to a high end hotel. All of the guest raved about how well they slept because of it. She was also extremely responsive before and after my stay. I cannot recommend enough!

Wonderful stay! We only needed to stay for one night but would have been extremely comfortable if we had needed to stay longer. We had five in our party. The house is very spacious and is exactly as described. Host was helpful with questions and helpful with other accommodations that were needed. Quiet area and absolutely perfect for a family. I highly recommend this house. We will be returning. Thank you for a perfect place.

Had such a fabulous time for my daughter’s wedding weekend. Albert’s home is just as described and so spacious. We were super close to the venue- Clay Theatre. Albert even allowed me to have guests over for the morning after brunch. Cannot say enough nice things about this host. If staying in the area- feel confident about booking this property.
