Beachfront vacation rentals in Merida

Terrific place with a spectacular private beach the we generally had to ourselves for the entire week we were there!

We loved our stay at Jorge’s place. We stayed a month and were sad to leave this lovely area. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Check in was easy and the property manager was there to greet us and show us around the home, which was so very helpful. He was very responsive and always so helpful with recommendations. The house everything you need, in the kitchen and for the beach (beach towels and 2 nice beach chairs). It was definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs that I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Stunning view and perfect accommodations. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and all of us slept very well every night. Lots of fun, especially for our extended family with great accessible accommodation. Loved it

The place is amazing for a large family and with little ones! The beach is delicious and the ocean view is unparalleled. Communication was excellent, we will definitely be back.

The house is very nice. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It was Tidy and clean Everything works fine. The beach is very nice. Close to the village that has shops, pharmacies, restaurants etc. I went with my family and we had a great time. Fernanda always pending as the people who take care of the house. Super recommended.

Great place, everything was perfect in the house.

Excellent place, private, comfortable, clean, spacious, nice pool very nice in general, the house is super equipped, beach very close, the only one but is that in the showers of the bedrooms upstairs there is no hot water, I say by the heat in certain seasons it may not be necessary but for us the hot water is essential and there was only a little in the bathroom downstairs, I also recommend that if their stays are long, take a car why there are no places nearby to go out to eat and with this they can move or go to the super for food. The location was perfect. The house sits on a main road but has private parking that blocks any heavy noise that the road might bring. It is right on the sea with just a few steps down and you are directly on a sandy beach. The pool was clean and perfect for a quick dip to cool off. There was plenty of outdoor furniture that was comfortable and clean. The house was fantastic. It has 3 very large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. There were some very good details on how to operate everything in the house that ranged from how to hang a hammock to how to operate the on-demand hot water. There were plenty of items in the kitchen and everything we needed (although we didn't cook a dinner-time meal.) The bathrooms were clean with good water pressure and up to date. All the beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Christine and Sonja were instantly available and happy to offer suggestions and recommendations when we asked.

Loved this place! A little rustic (as noted in the listing) but very comfortable. The location is great and the neighborhood was very quiet. Easy drive to great restaurants, LaTerracita in Chelem is my favorite. The outdoor space here is really nice. The views are beautiful, the furniture is comfortable and plentiful and the pool was a good size to even swim a little. Great stay! We would love to come back!

Everything was excellent with the Villa de Juan Andrés, we felt right at home my family and I, was attentive at all times. Ivet the person in charge of super attentive and very nice cleaning with everyone, Carlos who supports with maintenance as well, it is undoubtedly a place we would return to, the Villa is very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need to have a good family vacation, we thank Juan Andrés and all his team!!

We loved the Airbnb, it has everything you need, the beds are delicious. The photos are just like the place. We had a problem opening the door at 10pm and they solved it for us in less than 10min We were fascinated, it's totally worth it

Beautiful location—paradise! Great stay for a family of 5 with kids. We loved the beach, the natural environment and the pool. Very peaceful and quiet, with just the sounds of the ocean. The house and surroundings were very clean. It is a rustic family home and had a real cottage vibe, some things like the taps and showers could use updating but it was fine. We had some issues with one bathroom and Maria was very responsive and friendly. She also left us some games to play with the kids. We can’t wait to come back.

Our experience staying at this property was great, from the moment we booked, our hosts helped us in planning our vacation with suggested restaurants, shops, and sites to visit. They were very responsive when we asked a question or need their help. The house was lovely and well equipped for our vacation. It was helpful that they understood English and Spanish. It helped us navigate our time in Chelem. We would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. We look forward to visiting again in the future and staying here. We miss the home and our hosts already.

Wilma and Fred were very responsive and great hosts. The home was exactly like the photos but we had a difficult time with the location as there weren’t many amenities nearby. We would recommend this space as a peaceful beach getaway as there weren’t any neighbors. We were a little let down with the hot water as the tanks were very small and barely lasted long enough to get wet, turn the water to cold, soap then turn the water hot and wash soap off. This took some planning as you have to switch the water on a little while in advance. The beds were largely ok and each room had its own fan and air conditioner. The kitchen has most of the basics and even a charcoal grill… but would definitely benefit from an update. The pool water was chilly (December) but the views and access to the beach were unbeatable.

What a WONDERFUL place!! Very clean, a well stocked kitchen very good for a long stay. The beach is clean with soft sand and the water is clear and calm for swimming. The view from the patio is perfect and there is always a shady place to sit if you don’t want to be in the sun. The local bus stop is very close making trips into Progreso easy. Looking forward to coming back and staying longer next time.

Ana was a great Host, her divine house by the sea was the perfect place to spend a few days on a family vacation. The people who support Ana in handling the house very helpful and friendly as well. 100% recommended accommodation. The place is exactly as the pictures look. We would definitely come back

We had a lovely four night stay. Juan Carlos was an excellent host. The caretakers were a delight and the woman prepared several meals for us. We highly recommend a stay here in San Benito!!

Stayed for 7 nights. The house and property are vey nice, stylish and well-equipped. Steps to the beach, warm ocean and beautiful views from inside and outside the house made it worth the trip. Pool is small, but the courtyard area around the pool is nice, unique and private. Baphu was highly responsive and very helpful. He's a conscientious host. The town of Chuburná is casual, beachy and a nice place to be in the Yucatan. Was always nice to return to after a day trip. The main drawback, however, was the town's unreliable power. We lost electricity intermittently for three of the days-nights and had to run and tend to a generator. Overall, we were happy with the stay.
