Beachfront vacation rentals in Yucatan

A very nice place, I would go again, if you want to go to a restaurant you can go to Progreso or Telchac, there are some pizzas nearby. (by car). You have everything to cook and store your food. Trola for the bathrooms and for the swimming pool and the sea, 2 beach chairs and 2 beds. The sea is quiet and you can walk and walk and it always comes to your knee. Highly recommended

Really a great place to stay. Everything is as described in the pictures - only the palm trees are now slightly larger than in the pictures. This gives you a lot of shade in the garden:-) We felt very comfortable.

Stephen was a great host and the house was exactly as described. The home had all the basics, was clean and everything worked! The hosts provided a recommendation for a home chef which was one of the best meals we’ve ever had in Yucatan! Check in and check out were easy. One thing that was different than other airbnbs is that a host checked us in and gave a house tour upon arrival and came again at checkout. That was a nice touch in welcoming us and helping orient us to all the home had to offer. We can’t wait to come back and would definitely stay here again!

The place is amazing for a large family and with little ones! The beach is delicious and the ocean view is unparalleled. Communication was excellent, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Sol Salon Beach House. The rooms were large, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we really appreciated the full, filtered water jug. The town of Chelem next door has options for fresh produce and delish homemade tortillas. However, a car will really make the trip easier to see flamingos, Mayan ruins, grocery stores, and cities like Merida and Progresso. The washing machine wasn’t working, but the property manager quickly responded and it was up and running in a couple of hours. Thanks, Keith for sharing you’re fabulous home!

Comfortable with everything you need to rest. Having the sea a few steps away was the best. We would definitely stay with Karla again. Thank you!

the view at this place is jaw dropping. it was the perfect beach getaway with our pups. AC worked well in the bedrooms, everything was clean (with a pleasantly surprising lack of bugs!), and water jugs were available for our stay. Our trip was meant to get away and unplug, but if you're considering this for a "working vacation," know that the Internet was only sporadically available. This is not uncommon for remote locations in MX, so if you really need Internet, find a place with Starlink. but really... who wants to work with views like this?? :)

The location was perfect. The house sits on a main road but has private parking that blocks any heavy noise that the road might bring. It is right on the sea with just a few steps down and you are directly on a sandy beach. The pool was clean and perfect for a quick dip to cool off. There was plenty of outdoor furniture that was comfortable and clean. The house was fantastic. It has 3 very large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. There were some very good details on how to operate everything in the house that ranged from how to hang a hammock to how to operate the on-demand hot water. There were plenty of items in the kitchen and everything we needed (although we didn't cook a dinner-time meal.) The bathrooms were clean with good water pressure and up to date. All the beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Christine and Sonja were instantly available and happy to offer suggestions and recommendations when we asked.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Wayak very quiet place and the outdoor pool site very clean ...Provide a car for travel a little far from Progreso a little difficult for taxis

A beautiful house right on the beach, we had no problems, still don Lalo and Eugenia always on the lookout for everything. Definitely a place I want to go back to !!!!

This place was very nice,however it’s not located in Progreso. You will definitely need car as it is 8-10 miles to town. Very private and quiet. You are steps away from the beach. The host was very friendly and responsive.

We had an amazing time in the house, it has everything you could need to be comfortable. Comfortable mattresses with hammocks to relax. Oscar was there all the time in case we needed anything.

We had an amazing time at Casa Kyma! The location is so beautiful and you have your own private beach. The villa is very spacious, has incredible views and everything you could think of. We were traveling with our kids and Dovile had lots of toys to keep the little ones happy. One thing that was already pointed out in previous reviews is that you should buy most of your groceries before coming to San Crisanto. Also, when we stayed at Casa Kyma, the ocean had a lot of sea weed, so we didn’t really enjoy swimming in it. Thankfully the private pool more than made up for it. We would definitely visit again.

This place is truly magical. The nature and its peaceful surroundings were exactly what we had hoped for. The highlight was the sunbed on the roof. Such an amazing spot. Water was warm and the ocean next to some fisher boats all to ourselves. The kitchen’s plancha was another highlight and we had the most comfortable beds of our whole trip. Our day trip with Paco was a great suggestion by Tomás and did not disappoint- from crocodiles to Flamingos and Pelicans, we saw it all and were also able to stroll through Rio Lagartos for lunch, where we also bought some fresh fish directly from the cooperativa - which we made on the plancha. Turns out best fish dish during the holiday! If you want to calm your senses and relaxation in its true form, this is the place! Two tips from our end: don’t forget there is an hour time difference when heading back to Cancuun airport. And also be aware of potential sand flies.

The pool and the cleanliness of the house is excellent. The regular beach. The host's attention is excellent and quick. The house is quite comfortable, the only thing missing is hot water in the showers.

We loved the property, it's much larger than what's shown in the photos! Ana and the people who are on the property always very attentive to everything! It was definitely worth it and we wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Juan Andrés’s place was absolutely beautiful! Couldn’t have asked for a a better view in a more peaceful home. Would come back anytime I’m visiting Mérida.
