Everything is excellent, from the location to the stay, it is close to downtown and that makes it much easier when going out. Adriana was very attentive from the moment we arrived and was ready to help if we needed anything else. Everything was excellent.

The place was clean and cozy! Jorge is kind and responds quickly to questions! There are plenty of necessary furniture and storage space! The bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen are neat and useful! The location is close to the city center and the property is near the roadside, so it's safe! It was very useful because Walmart and a laundromat were nearby! I recommend it:)

The location is superb because it’s right next to the main road and a stone’s throw away from 2 malls. Verónica was very helpful with the instructions for checking into the apartment. Clean bed, kitchen and bathrooms. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m back in Merida.

Caseiba is a comfortable and cozy place. The apartment is clean, with everything you need to be there and the beds are very comfortable. We were able to enjoy the pool and take advantage of the weather. We really enjoyed the balcony too. We had no problems with mosquitoes. Carlos, the manager of the place, was very attentive and helped us get into the place. He was very friendly and clearly explained all the amenities of the place. He also sent us a list of nearby restaurants. Everything was very helpful. The place is downtown and very accessible to everything. The house has its own parking and is easy to access. We really liked the place. Thanks for having us. I hope we can have the opportunity to return soon.

The space is comfortable and well remodeled, the double height gives it spaciousness. It is conveniently located, several options around a few minutes away. Just consider that it is a bathroom for both rooms and one room connects to the other, if you are looking for privacy as a couple or family it is complicated. Mariana's service is excellent, I recommend this place.

The apartment is very comfortable, nice, clean, matches the photos perfectly, easy to access if you go to the Yucatan Country Club area. The directions are very clear, it has security gates to enter the development. We would definitely stay in the same place on our next visit to Merida.

The bedroom is just as advertised and the location is excellent for activities or going for a walk. Perfect for relaxing. I would definitely stay there again. (Small details: the bathroom sink faucet was very far away, which made the water go out to the bar if it was not opened completely/ The bathroom drain in the shower emptied the water very slowly, which caused it to flood when bathing/ the sounds of the place are heard, so you usually hear some noise from the neighbors)

The place seemed excellent. It has air conditioning for your visit and everything advertised, it is very comfortable. We were very easy with everything the accommodation has to offer. they will also find accessible means of transportation to get around the whole city. Also less than 8 minutes walk away is a shopping plaza and benches. On the street near the accommodation there are many restaurants where you can buy cheap and very tasty food. The host responds very quickly to your doubts and is attentive to your stay be very pleasant. I would definitely stay in the place again.

Gianna and Brian's place was an amazing oasis for me in Merida for 10+ days. It is a very modern smart apartment with everything connected with smart buttons or Alexa controlled. It has everything from an instant pot to a robot vacuum for people to feel right at home. The WiFi is very fast and there are enough places in the apartment to work from. The bed is extremely comfortable. The neighbors are extremely friendly and were very happy to share a meal with me. The public transit to centro is a very easy 10-15 min bus ride from near the Airbnb and it is well marked on Google Maps. A big Plaza (Plaza Oriente) is about a 10 min walk where there are numerous grocery stores, banks, mobile shops etc. All in all, it was a great stay at Brian and Gianna's apartment, and I can't wait to return again in the winter.

Nicte's home was wonderful. The space was well organized and spotless. The internet runs as advertised and is perfect for work, streaming and playing games online. Beautiful apartment with incredible view from a seventh floor, large swimming pool open 12 hours a day, a lot of security and it is easy to get to Harbor from the central park which has a playground and a beautiful lagoon, the kitchen has everything you need, close to other squares, it has covered parking, Ale is always attentive, we will definitely be back
