Excellent accommodation, it is as seen in the photos. I highly recommend it. Would definitely come back by good location (a few steps from the beach), by the very comfortable layout of the property, the easy independent access with clear instructions and good educated and efficient attention from Jess.

Stayed here for most of February into March 2024 Great place. Big. Great patio area Lots of furniture Quiet safe neighborhood 180 steps to ocean Michael was right on top of things Had a couple small things that he dealt with promptly Would definitely recommend this property. We hope to be back next winter

This home was lovely and the pictures perfectly represented the home and pool. Oswaldo was most responsive . We had a wonderful time and appreciated the toy chest stocked with beach toys, the bug spray and beach towels. I was expecting the walk to the beach to be easier but we went to the Progresso beach and had a perfect afternoon. The home was a tad hard to locate due to poor road signs but our gps got us there easily. I had a fabulous ceviche at the beach in the small town…. Vista Mar? We also enjoyed Xcambo and sightings of flamingos in the marsh. We enjoyed two nights in this home. Thank you for sharing your home and making our beach trip possible.

Ana was a great Host, her divine house by the sea was the perfect place to spend a few days on a family vacation. The people who support Ana in handling the house very helpful and friendly as well. 100% recommended accommodation. The place is exactly as the pictures look. We would definitely come back

the property is amazing just like the pictures show. super quiet and peaceful. Getting there was a little tricky no signs or paved streets got past that and we found a wonderful place clean,airy and Dulce the caretaker was super nice. I would definitely go back.

Great little house near the beach? Very comfortable and clean, I recommend

The location was perfect. The house sits on a main road but has private parking that blocks any heavy noise that the road might bring. It is right on the sea with just a few steps down and you are directly on a sandy beach. The pool was clean and perfect for a quick dip to cool off. There was plenty of outdoor furniture that was comfortable and clean. The house was fantastic. It has 3 very large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. There were some very good details on how to operate everything in the house that ranged from how to hang a hammock to how to operate the on-demand hot water. There were plenty of items in the kitchen and everything we needed (although we didn't cook a dinner-time meal.) The bathrooms were clean with good water pressure and up to date. All the beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Christine and Sonja were instantly available and happy to offer suggestions and recommendations when we asked.

It’s a great home base, pretty strong wifi and comfortable house. The master bed is like a soft pillow, a bit too soft to sleep on for longer than a day or two, but it was very cozy! The other beads were more firm. The sheets and blankets and pillows were older but clean. The shower water system works as well as can be expected - it heats up in about 25 minutes, not bad! Flip the switch and then wait for a bit before you have a shower, no problem. The water pressure is very low, as it is in many little towns we’ve visited. Tony cleaned the beach for us, so sweet. There were tons and tons of shells on the beach, it was cool to find nice ones and make a collection while we were there. Progreso was nice little town with a cool beach front parade with food carts and entertainers - it was a cool experience on a Sunday night but the e following days was dead! Must be times with the cruise ships arrival! Chicxulub was not impressive but no big deal since it’s just a little town.

Definitely a place with great spaces, comfortable, nice and optimal facilities that allow you to quietly enjoy a wonderful luxury vacation. First attention from the moment you make the selection of the place. Highly recommended

Beautiful house, bigger and nicer than the pictures. Beautiful, calm and safe.

Our hosts and property managers Albi and Carlos were kind and prompt when we needed otherwise we were able to feel at home and privately enjoyed the home.

The place is comfortable and beautiful, it meets what was described, Ale is very attentive and attentive when needed, the location is good, the place is very quiet and beautiful.

Rustic and quaint place to stay. The views are 2nd to none, the beach access is great, the pool is beautiful and the how was awesome. Could use some overall updating, but really nice place to stay.

Robin has a beautiful home, and it feels like a home away from home. The water is less than 2 mins away. downtown Progreso is only 5 mins away and extremely walkable. Having breakfast outside in the incredible backyard was the perfect way to start the day. After a day on the beach enjoying the sunshine and waterfront in downtown Progreso, you can relax in the crozy den with the refreshing AC and watch some TV. The kitchen is fully stocked for those days or nights that you feel like cooking and evening breeze off the ocean while you sleep made the place heaven. The whole neighborhood is very friendly and caring, always saying hello and making sure your stay is perfect, adding so much more to our stay. Can't recommend Robin's place enough.

Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our vacation at Herman house. The house is beautiful, well equipped and it’s very quiet and peaceful around there. Herman also provided us with great recommendations and was very responsive. I highly recommend!

Very beautiful home with the most amazing view right in front of the beach. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

The house was beautiful + clean, very comfortable. We had a little trouble finding the place at night but that was due to us not using google maps the first time. The beach just down the road was very nice for a long beach day. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
