Monthly Rentals in Madison

A fantastic apartment in a great location with everything you need for a longer stay. The unit is updated and cozy, and was the perfect place for us to spend a month in Madison. On a quiet street with plenty of parking but close to restaurants, a grocery store, Tennyson Park, and the capitol square. As noted in the listing, it’s an older house so you’ll definitely hear the upstairs neighbors from time to time (mostly in the evenings), but as long as that doesn’t bother you this is a perfect place to stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend staying with Cherie. Proactive and helpful communication. Beautiful apartment full of art, comfortable bed and seating, space to work, fully equipped kitchen, nice shower, laundry in the basement, and a very functional layout. Feels like a home rather than a generic Airbnb. Street is quiet and street parking is easy. Location is 2 blocks from Willy Street, which has grocery, shop and restaurant options. Stayed for a month, and grateful Cherie's flat was available.

My son stayed here for his last semester in college and it was just perfect for him. Quiet location helped when he needed to study but not too far of a walk to get to his classes or out with his friends. The management was extremely responsive if and when any issues -- no matter how small -- appeared. Overall I know he loved his time here. Highly recommend.
