Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom with queen bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living room, mini-kitchen, laundry and bath. The mini-kitchen includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, table and chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. The entire space is completely updated. Private entrance. Located in a quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs.

Absolutely spotless and lovely! Loved the small touches and couldn’t as for a better location. Never even had to move our car! Even though it was rainy and pre-busy season, we had a great time and are looking forward to our visit later this summer!

Beautiful place with very professional and helpful host. Excellent communication and ease of check-in. The apartment is lovely and has loads of character. The windows and woodwork and tiny kitchen were very cool. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom and shower functioned well. We stayed only one night, just passing through, but enjoyed the apartment, Vikki’s coffee recommendation, and the quiet neighborhood. Would recommend for short or longer stays!

Take advantage of Jenny’s place when you visit your student at UW Platteville. Now that our eldest is graduated I can definitely endorse staying at Jenny’s. We were always worried it would be booked for those important events at UW Platteville. It’s nice it has a stove/oven and full refrigerator if you want to cook a home cooked meal for your student.

Our stay at Arbor Crest Cottage was wonderful and we hope to return soon! The cottage was nicely decorated and stocked with all the essentials, and some nice extras like makeup remover wipes. The landscaped grounds are so peaceful and welcoming. It was so much fun feeding & watching the goats. The kitties and dog were adorable bonus visitors! Highly recommend this accommodation, it's a lovely location and even though not far from home, immediately felt like the escape we needed.

Kitchen had just what we needed. Highly recommend. Especially loved the flowers by the front porch - the Lilly of the valley and Lilacs smelled amazing!

We had a very last minute request to stay at Scott’s Cabin very late at night and Scott not only confirmed the booking but left us a bottle of wine (we were celebrating our anniversary). We had many questions and he kindly replied to all of them. The house has everything you could ask for and more! We will absolutely be staying here again!
