Loved this place. We were greeted warmly and taken directly to our clean room with comfortable beds Would definitely stay here again.

Brian is a wonderful host! He provided great instructions and was always reachable whenever I had a question. The place is nice and quiet, but also 5 mins away (driving) from anything you might need: restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, post office, etc. Great experience overall!

It’s a corporate apartment - in an apartment building. Thoughtfully furnished and stocked. Very clean. I messed up my reservation at first and they were very helpful.

Friendly surroundings and charming building. Enjoyed fish fry Friday night at the bar downstairs watching the Packers. Noise wasn't too much of an issue at all. Easy to find and easy parking.

The pictures don’t do it justice! A beautiful and spacious room with big windows and lots of natural light, located in a fun part of Madison on the east side of the Isthmus. Highly recommend!

Brian was a great host. Very responsive and also adjusted space needed , When I had to extend my stay a couple extra days.

Everything was as listed and described. The condo was very clean and homey. The fluffy plush carpets were a plus as well for my daughter!

Gorgeous week in this unit. Our teens took the upstairs bedroom and bath and my husband and I took the first floor — terrific sunset view, every amenity, wildly comfy beds, great pool (my husband and son also enjoyed the on-site gym and game room). Entire family loved it and we would absolutely book again.

unit was better then we thought and made us very happy. we decided last minute we may want to extend our days by 1 or 2 and they were all open upon booking and checking in and then when I asked the day before checking out the unit was now booked. I guess it would of been nice if they checked with current people staying in unit that they didn't need to extend etc. otherwise we loved for stay.

My husband and I took a mini vacay to this location. we have never been here before. it was so beautiful even it being winter time. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The game room was also a nice plus! The room itself was nicely kept. We will definitely be back!

Super cute and charming place with a lake view!! I highly recommend staying and enjoying the renovated property. We were beyond pleased with the service we experienced from the owners. Every message I sent was answered right away and accommodated. Definitely looking forward to the summer so we can visit again!!!

I have never booked a hotel room through AirBnB before, so it was a first for me, but I'd do it again. The Wingate Hotel was very close to the Kalahari Resort where I had my conference, almost walking distance, less than a mile. Easy walk to multiple restaurants. It was quiet and well maintained. The pool was sufficient for swimming laps indoors but likely great fun for kiddos in season. Breakfast had everything one could want. I will just say that if the hotel is not busy, don't expect them to be serving room service; I get it.

This was great for a one night stay while in town for a conference. A little off the beaten path, but well worth it!

This is a truly charming renovated building on Cambridge’s Main Street. The room was well furnished, spacious, and clean, and the bathroom was modern and very tastefully done. Communication with Tony was terrific. Because of the historic nature of the building (and its previous use), my room didn’t have a window. Some rooms do, so if that’s important to you, you can inquire & make sure you get a room with a window.

Absolutely loved our one-night stay! The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable, I slept like a baby. Nice size mini refrigerator, microwave, Apple TV for streaming apps, safe parking lot, stand more. The only downfall would be that it seems like the city was closed after 7pm; based on the availability of food delivery and gas station snacks. Horrible planning on my end, but I was in town for a last minute work event. I would suggest to bring your own. Highly recommend and will come back!

Great location! Coffee shop right out front! Only negative was the pull outs were uncomfortable.
