Cosy Chalet in North Norfolk Coastal Village

ClaireRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We had a great visit to The Cranny. From our first communication with Helen the whole visit has been great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the chalet was clean comfortable and is in a great location for both Mundesley and surrounding towns (we had some great day trips to Cromer, Holt and Sherringham). We found the chalet to be a home from home. We hope we will be able to return again.
A tranquil marina scene is captured, showcasing several charming lodges with sloped roofs along a calm river. Lush greenery and colorful flowers line the water's edge, complemented by a sunlit patio area with furniture. Reflections of the lodges can be seen on the water's surface.

Delightful lodge on river marina, fully-furnished

RichardRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Very peaceful stay , Andrea has allowed for the less prepared , and supplied every you might have forgot or not thought about, along with a honesty box. We always come prepared so not needed but impressed with her planning The weather was perfect and there are some great walks near by along with a 7.5 mile circular walk right on the door step. Great WiFi and plenty channels on a good TV we used the apps for our normal viewing on the evenings while there. There is a local butchers across the road that did a fantastic pork pie although we bought 2 Ribeye and 2 sirloin stakes and unfortunately they were very poor with little flavour which is a shame Great location and home plenty space to park and a great way to recharge

What a gem, we have been coming to Norfolk for years, just recently we are drawn to Heacham .We found this lovely place on line and what a surprise. I loved the location only 5 mins from the beach , very quiet and peaceful it has a community of people that are very friendly and welcoming. My husband Ian is a kite surfer and had a great few days on the water. We will definitely be back to this place. Thank you Vicky.

Affordable, sea-side holiday lodge near Cromer

ThomasRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Just got back from an amazing break. The lodge was nice and spacious for our family of four. It was also clean. The site is a great location with easy access to many great days out and an easy walk into Cromer. Philip is a great host and responses quickly and provides great information on the lodge. We look forward to returning soon.

Shangrila - The Beach House

NikiRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We enjoyed 3 days here, it's a great location if you want to be close to the beach, and don't mind driving 15 minutes or so to amenities (which we didn't). We had breakfast in the lovely Smallsticks Cafe which is a 5 min drive away (or a 15 min walk) and it's dog friendly on the outside tables which was perfect. We were really using the chalet as a place to sleep so didn't spend much time here or use the kitchen much, but it was great to have a freezer and washing machine.
The exterior of a charming home is depicted, featuring a combination of dark wood and white paneling. A covered porch with glass doors provides access, while a small garden area is visible with a potted plant and seating. A lawn extends in front, enhancing outdoor space.

Beautiful, stylish home right next to a huge beach

LukeRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We stayed for two nights at the end of August, and had a really lovely time here. The house is a very decent size for two people and two dogs, with plenty of space to sit and eat or lounge around, a well stocked sizeable kitchen, and a very nice new bathroom. The back room was a lovely sun trap, and when the doors or windows were open, we could enjoy the sound of the sea as we sat there. We came mainly to be able to spend time by the sea, and with the beach a mere 5 minutes walk down a quiet lane, we were able to easily satisfy that. The beach itself was very quiet (end of August), beautifully sandy, and you only have to walk a small distance along the top of the beach to reach the part that was open to dogs, and there were plenty of dog bins around. Bacton itself is small and quiet, but had enough amenities for our short stay - 1 great fish and chip shop (you may have to queue), a small but well stocked shop, a couple of takeaways etc. Hosts were lovely, and very responsive.

Beach Hideaway, Bacton, Norfolk with free wifi

HelenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We are back from an amazing stay at the Beach Hideaway and it was just perfect! The property itself was spotless and so tastfully decorated with a seaside theme. It was just right for 4 people and a dog to stay in and there were so many lovely touches like a personalised welcome sign, blankets for the dog and solar lights that came on at night. It is located a very short walk from a beautiful beach and we managed to cram so much into our short stay. Crabbing at Cromer, seals at Horsey Bay, the lighthouse at Happisburg and boating on the Broads at Wroxham. Kev was great at communicating with us and answering any questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Beach Hideaway to people and we are already looking at when we can book to go back! Thank you so much Kev.

Mundesley Beach Chalet with stunning sea views

LouiseRating, 5 stars7 months ago
What a wonderful week. Great place. Quiet. A short walk across the back garden to the beach. Lovely comfortable place. Katy and Janice provide lots of recommendations for places to go. We went to them all. The accommodation has everything and we appreciated the welcome pack. The beach is beautiful. Perfect for my 2 dogs. My partner worked from there so the WiFi is also good. Sad to leave. We’ll be back. Thank you.
A tidy chalet is set within a grassy area, featuring a small patio with a wooden table and two chairs. A large window allows natural light to fill the interior, while neighboring chalets are visible in the background against a clear blue sky.
